Our clinic is still open to patients with heightened hygiene protocols in place. In addition, we are pleased to offer our loyal patients the option of a telehealth appointment. This private, one-on-one virtual session is a great way to get advice on your physical therapy self-care, such as home exercises, posture, and outdoor exercise activities. All you need is the Zoom app on a device with a camera and audio. To make a telehealth appointment, please call the clinic at 415-664-6492 and provide your email address. If your insurance does not cover the telehealth appointment, we will offer the service for your usual co-payment amount. We hope that our telehealth service will be of assistance to you.

FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Centers - San Francisco was created from West Portal Physical Therapy & Wellness Center (WPPT), which was founded in 1992 with the aim of providing patients with effective physical therapy in a caring and professional environment.

In 2019, WPPT joined the national network of FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Centers and relocated to a newly designed clinic near Mollie Stone's Market on Twin Peaks, as part of our mission to provide improved services to our patients.

We want to ensure that our standard of care, the management of the clinic, and the staff have not been altered. Additionally, we still have a semi-private, scheduled Fitness Training Program with an individual trainer. Our new facility has four private treatment rooms and a large gym with 12-foot ceilings for our rehabilitation, balance, and fitness programs.
