I am very satisfied with the physical therapy services provided by Jesse and the team at West Bay this past year. Their attention to detail and personalized rehabilitation plan was excellent, and exactly what I needed to get back to cycling.

Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic experience. Jackie assessed my sprained ankle after I saw the orthopedist, and helped me slowly heal and strengthen over a couple months! She cared about which activities I wanted to return to, and towards the end gave me advice about how to restart those. Kelly makes scheduling and insurance run very smoothly at the front desk. I hope to not be back anytime soon, but will come back if I have future issues!

Fantastic experience: This is an excellent center with highly competent therapists and a helpful and friendly support staff. Therapist Kimberly Tom, DPT did a great job helping me regain functionality in my left arm after a serious injury. I had to wait a couple of weeks for a first appointment, but it was well worth the wait. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Jackie helped me tremendously after my knee replacement last year. It’s one of the hardest things I’ve ever done and the folks at West Bay were kind, professional, and challenged me the entire way.

Fantastic experience: West Bay Sports Medicine helped me recover from a running injury that had kept me off the road for six months. For the entire rehabilitation process the staff at West Bay were wonderful. The professionalism knowledge were on-par with large nationally-recognized facilities that I have attended in the past. They are also friendly and attentive. They remembered details I had shared over previous visits and were fun to talk to, which really makes the time fly. I obviously hope that I don't need to return, but if I do suffer another unfortunate injury I know whose door I'll be knocking on!
