Fantastic experience: I recently received physical therapy for my TMJ issues, and the experience was remarkably positive.Dr Stephanie demonstrated a comprehensive understanding of temporomandibular joint concerns, providing targeted exercises and manual techniques that alleviated my discomfort. The tailored approach significantly improved my jaw mobility and reduced pain. The therapist's expertise, coupled with a supportive and engaging environment, made the entire treatment process effective and reassuring. I'm grateful for the positive impact on my TMJ symptoms and highly recommend this therapy for anyone facing similar issues.

Fantastic experience: Refresh is by far is the absolute best! I was fortunate enough to meet Dr. Stephanie when I tore my knee apart. Dr Steph and her therapists got me back to being active and pain free. They are all very knowledgeable and really care about their patients health. To this day, I still go to Refresh for cupping, needling, stretching, acupuncture and an occasional Pilates class. I have seen every therapist there and I enjoy all of them. If you have not been to Refresh you are missing out! They roll out the red carpet for their patients. It is my forever home and a place to treat my pain and help me feel my best.

Fantastic experience: My doctor recomended Orthopedic Physical Therapy Services after surgery for a broken wrist. My whole course of physical therapy was provided by Dr. Sue. She was kind, gentle, extremely knowledgeable and very perceptive of my needs. An amazing experience that helped me heal after a traumatic fall. If ever needed, I definitely would return to Orthopedic Physical Therapy Services.

Fantastic experience: I am a former college volleyball player and I struggle with constant knee pain/swelling. Ashley did an amazing job working on my knee. She is very knowledgeable, and she provided me with a variety of exercises that I can do at home to continue to strengthen my knee. It feels so much better, and i am now able to workout without any pain or swelling. 10/10 highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I struggled with a shoulder injury for over 3 months before I sought the help of the staff at Orthopedic Physical Therapy Services. I am completely satisfied with my progression and feel I was given excellent instruction on exercises I can continue at home to avoid a relapse and continue to become stronger. Ashley, Cassie, Jess, Justin and Mary were all involved at various times during my treatment and each made me feel comfortable and well-informed. I definitely recommend them.
