Fantastic experience:

Positive experience: Two out of the three experiences here have been very good. However, my last visit here ended up being more time consuming than usual due the check-in system they have. Apparently, the computer does not check you in unless a payment is received. So, if there is an error with the computer system recognizing a payment even though you paid, it won't check you in. This could result in a significant wait time since the nurse or nursing assistant will never come and get you as you weren't checked in and the medical staff will believe you did not show up for your appointment even though you did. They will then see 1-2 patients that had appointments after you before you. After waiting 30 minutes, the receptionist came out and told me what had happened and said that it could be a significant wait time to see me still that day or I could reschedule. I was livid on the inside about the matter. I ended up waiting an additional 10 minutes to be seen. So, in total I waited 40 minutes to be taken back by a nurse even though I showed up on time for my appointment. Then I waited an additional 10 minutes in the patient room for the doctor.
