Physical Achievement Center

Fantastic experience: The Physical Achievement Center is a wonderful group of highly competent, friendly, and professional staff. The Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and other staff assistants, all work hard to help individuals return to and maintain healthy lifestyles without surgery or medication. My PT, Dr. Rebecca is a rock star and so helpful in assisting me achieve a more active lifestyle, and return to functional living after a recent injury. I have received dry needle treatments as part of my care plan and highly recommend it! For anyone experiencing difficulty with mobility or "feeling old" before your time, I highly recommend checking out the Physical Achievement Center! I have also seen Dr. Jessica and Dr. Eric and they are great clinicians. I have referred several friends and they have all been pleased.

Fantastic experience: The Physical Achievement Center really helped me with my tendinitis in my ankle. I could hardly walk without a lot of pain since August of 2023. I finally called & got an appointment with Dr. Rebecca. She was great & covered all bases as to what was causing the pain. I’m now walking pain free. Thank you Dr. Rebecca, Dr. Courtney & Dr. Eric.

Fantastic experience: I would like recommend Physical Achievement Center to anyone struggling with physical pain or immobility! Everyone is helpful, positive, friendly, attentive and kind. I tried fixing my foot and sciatica pain on my own with little success. Dr Jessica and Dr Rebecca really helped me find relief before vacation to Punta Cana! I'm so grateful! Check them out!

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Eric from Green Medicine of WI. They were not covered by my insurance but offered me a great 14 days of treatment plan. I worked with 3 different PT’s and they were all great to work with. Friendly, on time and very good at what they do. They kept track of all my progress and gave me exercises that fit my strengths and my needs to healing for my shoulder. I gained significant movement in my shoulder and I’m still doing everything they taught me. They gave me confidence that my shoulder will continue strengthen and continue to heal. Also there staff was great! I really liked my time at Physical Acheivemnt Center and would recommend them to everyone.

Fantastic experience: Hello, I would like to say thank you for helping me recover so quickly. I am pretty amazed at my therapy results. When I began my treatment with Physical Achievement Center, I had so much hip and leg pain, I was sleeping sitting up in a chair. I hadn’t been able to sleep on either of my sides for a couple years and it began effecting other areas of my life. I really appreciated Dr. Eric investigating my issue at a deeper level and finding that my pain was originating from my spine muscles and ligaments being a bit out of wack. Once they treated the areas that were really causing the pain, therapy and healing proceeded quickly. I believe a key to healing was setting up all of my appointments in advance, which kept me going and gave me the guidance I needed to recover thoroughly. Another key to the effectiveness of treatment was me being given different exercises which if i chose to, I could follow on line. Those exercises were and are beneficial in keeping the therapy done in the office, to have a lasting effect between my appointments. I liked the specific questions I was asked at the beginning of each appointment, my answers somehow guided the therapy and helped them tweak the exercises I did at home to be more effective. The therapy was so gentle and and didn’t feel like a lot was being done at times but the results are phenomenal! A little done the right way, had big phenomenal results!
