Fantastic experience: When I went in to discuss long-term birth control options, I shared my fear of being pregnant and giving birth. Unlike my prior OBGYN, who brushed off my fear, the employees there validated my fear and comforted me by telling me my options and being honest about the side effects. Val had a sense of humor and I felt comfortable being open and honest about my sexual history with her BECAUSE she had that sense of humor and made me feel at ease. I was respected and understood at this clinic, and I can’t thank the workers there enough for that.

Fantastic experience: This was such a good experience. The whole staff was eager to help and really eased my anxiety. I wasn’t sure which form of birth control would be best for me, but they were super patient and answered all my questions. 10/10 would recommend.

Fantastic experience: I've never had a bad experience here. The nurses are always nice and respectful. They even called me to let me know I left my daughter's bottle. Very caring.

Fantastic experience: I've never had a rude or unprofessional experience with the staff here and I've been coming to this location for years. They're super fast when getting prescriptions, it's never too busy and I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes, and they have always been able to fit me in for appointments on short notice (when I couldn't get my last refill because I needed my yearly exam first, they got me in for the exam and then got me my refill both on the same day within an hour of me showing up unannounced! I was really glad I didn't have to come back). The gals I've worked with at PP have always been helpful, prompt, and had a great sense of humor when it was called for (esp the doctors there, which I think is really important in some potentially awkward situations). I love PP and I don't know what I'd do without them. I've relied on them since I was a teenager, and even if other people have caught the employees on a bad day, thousands of people rely on this organization - at this location - for their literally life-saving services. I just wanted to leave them one good review in case we lose access to BC - or this wonderful org - in the years to come.
