Fantastic experience: I have been employed with Saber for six years. I have gained an additional family. We are close knit and welcoming to new recruits. The Carillon facility offers a homely environment and exceptional staff presence. From my experience as a team member I proudly say that we are family and we are SABER STRONG!!!

Negative experience: Terrible place do not send your loved ones here. They are only concerned with getting money from the insurance companies or in my case my own money $48,000 of it exactly. Only so they could wait a could weeks after cashing the check in to kick my father out of their nursing home when the man cannot even walk and is unable to take care of himself. And now they do not answer the phone the one time they did they hung up on me as soon as I mentioned the money that is supposed to be returned to me which is approximately half give it take a few thousand of the original amount that was paid to them. And when I went in to spam when them in person the last at the front desk told me to hold on while she went to look for somebody and a while half hour later and she never did return. So I walk back in the direction that she went and wouldn't you know that I found her at the nurses station sitting there kicking it laughing guessing having a good old time and when she seen me acted like she didn't know what I was there for or like she knew what I was talking about.... Acid at all costs your loved ones would be better off in any condition but themselves at their own home. My father is unable to even feed himself without losing the majority of his meal on the floor and not one of those so called nurses could even take their job seriously enough and do what they took the hipacratic oath for and provide him with the care that he needs for something as simple as feeding the man because he is unable to do so himself. They laugh and giggle whenever his mental impairment begins to occur which is a severe state of confusion and at times hallucinations which is for one very unprofessional and for two just morally wrong I was always taught as a child to never make fun of it laugh at somebody with any kind of disability at all and don't take for granted what somebody else struggles with is not even a thought because it's just so natural for yourself. These people do not even have the common decency that was taught to us all as children.

Negative experience: Had to lay in my own fescis for over 2 1/2 hours before they changed my diaper.

Negative experience: This place is complete garbage staff is very rude and very unprofessional the nursing director was also very rude and highly unprofessional I would not recommend this my place to my worst enemy let alone any loved one

Negative experience: Had to give at least one star to review so to find a positive, the best thing I can say about this place is that nearly everyone was friendly. My wife went here for rehab after a hospital stay. Care was inadequate. Most visits by family were spent meeting needs that should have been met by the care team. They would not listen to her, outright lied about her being comfortable and someone being in the room with her the night when she reached out to her parents for help when she couldn't breathe, only to discover that she was seriously ill once getting to the hospital. If you need rehab, find someplace else, even if it's for your dog or cat.

Negative experience: I had to give this place a star in order to leave a review,My brother was in this place for rehabilitation 10 days later he was sent to hospice where he passed at the age of 50. When he entered hospice the doctor said he was very malnourished, he has pressure sores on his feet and ear ( his ear had to be bandaged) I myself have worked in care facilities most of my life,I have never seen a bed sore so bad,he hadn't been bathed or cleaned

Negative experience: The staff is very rude to patients and half of them act like they do not want to do anything. The food sucks and the menu says one thing and get served something else. They need to train staff on manners and not to be on there phones all the time. Would not recommend them as a former patient

Fantastic experience: I am an employee seeing wonderful and exciting changes. The patients are well taken care of and management is very involved! :) Dunbar is an exceptional facility and they are doing great things for this community! They specialize in Vent and In house Dialysis care as well! You should definitely stop in and tour and meet the staff!!

Fantastic experience: Dunbar is an Amazing place. I love working here and taking care of the residents. They have a great respiratory team and our physical therapy department is wonderful! Would highly recommend!!

Negative experience: My daughter was denied services.

Negative experience: My mom has been at this horrible facility for two weeks. They don’t check on you , and will not clean or change you for days, or keep up with your medication. My mom misses her dialysis and these horrible people never change the bandages on her wombs. This place needs zero stars. I delivered food and snacks for mom to have and they steal her snacks and food the workers in the facility. I would never send a animal to this place it’s that bad. The workers are not professional and need training on professionalism. This place NEVER returns your calls or answer the phone. DO Not Send Your family Here or they will get mistreated.

Fantastic experience: My mom has been there for rehab for her legs so she can get stronger so she can go home this place is amazing but my mom does not like the food there she says that she wants to go home

Positive experience: Staff is very caring. They respond quickly when you need an aide or nurse. Food is better than than expected from a facility like this. Entire building is very clean and no foul odors. Would highly reccomend anyone needing rehab to check Dunbar out.

Positive experience: Since my Daughter has been here the staff had treated us very nice, any concerns we have had has been addressed and tooken care of in a timely fashion

Fantastic experience: I have been a resident here for almost a year now, and they have turned this facility around good! The staff takes care of our issues and they solve any problems we may have. They have good aides, they are respectful, the night staff is great! They check on me all of time and they take care of me good! Food quality is getting better. The building stays clean! The housekeeping of the building is amazing.

Positive experience: From the date that I arrived as a resident on Feb. 25, 2018 this place has turned around 150%. The food quality is getting better, and the dietary staff is openly accepting to food suggestions and meals. The place is UNBELIEVABLY clean for a nursing home. there is no smell or odor. Management has taken a turn for the positive, they are more open to listen to the residents and making changes. They always have an open door to listen. Seems like there is more compassion from the staff and management now. I like what I see and I am blind. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of long term placement or skilled rehab.

Negative experience: I am a temporary resident. We never get our meds on time. Half the time the staff doesn't show up to cover their shift. The food sucks and we barely get enough to keep us going for ward. If you choose not to do something they threaten you with non-compliance and eviction. I am in total control of all of my facilities and yet I am still treated like I'm dumber than a bag of hammers. 3/4 of the STNAs need a serious attitude adjustment or at least a course in respect and bedside manor. Oh and cell phones should not be used while on the clock.

Fantastic experience: I am an employee at this faculity ive been here over a year now and i can say i love working here i enjoy my co workers and i love my residents i enjoy coming to work when im here they brighten my day rather its good or bad i will have a smile on my face great job dunbar health and rehab.

Negative experience: Trash! The staff are HIGHLY unprofessional, smells awful, Do not send your precious loved ones here to be mistreated. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this place to be mistreated! This facility need to be put out of business immediately!!

Positive experience: I was there 5 weeks and it wasn't really as bad as everybody makes it out to be. That is what you make it for real. If you've got a problem you just have to go to somebody higher up and get it solved. But my experience wasn't too bad. Did pretty good with me. Yes sometimes they were late on medication which was uncalled for but other than that it's not a bad place.

Negative experience: My husband had been here twice now. It's definitely not the nicest place nor tbe cleanest. The nurse are very rude to the patients and their family . Very few of the aides actually do anything. When I asked to be kept informed of my husband care they did not comply at all, the Dr.that comes in there does not take any time to talk to him or I, other people there have told me that he doesn't talk to anyone hardly ever. Hey have an infectious disease Dr.that spent 5 min.In the room and decided that the hospital was wrong about his diagnoses even you they did all the lab work and he was there for 10 days ! She changed his meds according to her opinion. I have called and called. I have been there almost every day and i cannot get any of the upper management to tell me anything! We have asked that he be discharged now because of all of this and now they can't even give us a day that he can leave. It's crazy.

Positive experience: I've been here for about 10mo.For the most part I've been taken care of very well.But alot of the nurses cant seem to find the time to change the dressings on my wounds.Derricka is the only nurse that makes the time to change them and take my vitals because I have high blood pressure. Derricka is a awesome nurse. Dunbar could use more like her.
