Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Grace Hassan for several years now I would never ever go to see anybody else. I was offered to see Doctor SION when I was trying to find a doctor to administrate ketamine infusions because he would not give them to me unless I was his pain doctor. I refused, even though I have been looking for someone for over a year to start and treat me. my chronic pain for the last 17 years but he did recommend a different clinic but. But it takes a lot for someone who’s in chronic pain for all these years to turn down these treatments because I would never leave grace for another pain doctor that’s how good she is compassionate she listens to every word you say and she gives you time to say what you have to say . I don’t know what else I can say about Grace and their staff. No I recommend them highly and now I even have my husband goi for his pain and she’s helped him a lot. I think God put her on our path. I highly recommended can’t do better than her.!

Negative experience: I'VE BEEN GOING THERE FOR THE LAST 3 MONTHS I SEE Yolanda . I got health issues which means I'm not going to be around for long. Left hip they want to do surgery on,5 bulging, herniated disk lower back. End stage c.o.p.d end stage. Anyways Yoland the same exact thing she tell Angela Henkelman 6 months ago word for word can't get my records I have arthritis . All the test xrays m.i r 9 or ten visits to ER. Their all wrong Somebody told me this was a pain clinic. They will take care of you. This place is a joke

Positive experience: I’ve been a patient at DOC for almost a year. I’ve seen Dr. Mehta, NP Yolanda and mainly NP Grace. I feel I’m being listened to when I talk about my chronic pain etc. Overall I have only positive things to say about this pain management I am now seeing a new Doctor, Dr. Smith. He is incredible! I’m rarely in horrible severe pain when I go to my appts. Today was different I did something and I was at least a 9. He did a Toradol shot and we have a plan of care now with my MRI results. He’s done my injections twice now and both times have been worth it.

Positive experience: I see Yolanda NP here and she is wonderful!! my only complaint is the seats in the waiting room and in the ones back in the patient rooms are so uncomfortable especially for people with back pain. The staff are really nice and friendly.

Positive experience: The only reason it has 4 stars instead of 5 is that horrible elevator that they have. It tries to close on you. It shakes really, really bad and is very small. Other than that small thing. I love the people that are there. From receptionist to the provider. They are great people easy to talk to. They listen and give you a very clear pathway to follow.

Positive experience: Always well taken care of. Yolanda it’s great very compassionate. Only took 1 star off because they are so busy so appointments sometimes run long, recently they are getting better. However I would not recommend the surgical center options. The new providers used, hurt me very badly for a celiac plexis block which had not happened previously. Also surgery just sends in which ever doctor is available I did not see the doctor for block that I was actually scheduled to see. The pain clinic is amazing really takes care of you!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dr Zokary. He is the best. For the first time in 4 1/2 years I’m not in pain. His diagnosis and treatment was spot on. He is very compassionate and spends the time needed to fully explain everything.

Fantastic experience: I've been coming to DOC Pain Management Center for more than ten years now! They offer many different services other than just the pain clinic and ER. They have a vein procedure, laser hair removal, Botox treatments and so much more! The Doctors, nurses and staff are all very nice and friendly! I highly recommend this place for anyone looking into any of these services!

Positive experience: At least today, I didn't just feel like a number. Sometimes when doctor offices are super booked, it can feel like your just a number. Today, wasn't as bad, and I think the AC & Fan were going and it didn't feel like you were going to get sick bc the air wasn't moving.

I detest needles but they help me so much that I’ll go through it time and time again because they work for me! I’ve had hip injections which WORK and I can actually get some sleep. I also have the nerve obliteration which works easing the pain for at least 9 months. I see Grace and she explains things to where i completely understand how and why it’s going to help me. Her nurse is amazing as well!

Fantastic experience: Doc is a great facility to go to they're very courteous and kind and they get down to the bottom of what's hurting you but running tests until they find out what it is that's hurting you once they find out what the problem is they go in and fix it thank God for doc if it wasn't for them I'd be in a lot of pain. Fantastic experience: This is the best pain management office that I have ever been to. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. The physicians and the CNP a wonderful. They are so caring and compassionate and they actually sit down with u and explain different procedures and anything else that have questions about. They take the time out for no matter how long it takes. They do not just run in and get on their computer and just ignore u and then just run right back out the door. My CNP has actually spend as long as an hour with me before to answer questions that I had and to explain procedures to me that they want me to have done. Great People & A Very Nice Clean Office&Rooms/Environment. I would definitely recommend this pain management office to anyone/everyone that is looking for a pain management to go to. I have been coming to this office off and on for about 15 years. I have tried other pain management offices & none of them have ever compared to this pain management. They truly truly are the best around. Not to mention that everything that u need to have done such as procedures, different types of injections, they have a DOC Vein Management right in the same building on the same floor for any vein ultrasounds or vein procedures that u may have to have done. They have a wonderful & amazing Surgery Center located at the front of the building as well. They also have many locations all around the Dayton/Huber Heights area. You will truly be amazed if u decide to start at this pain management and give it a try. Like I said before they truly are the best around in everything, not just pain control, also in compassion, sympathy, empathy, caring, friendliness, just everything all around involving this pain management facility I give definitely give 5 stars. If I had could give more stars then I would definitely give this facility a 10 star rating/review. Fantastic experience: Angela Smith is who I've been seeing since before Christmas to present date & she has been awesome. She takes the time to listen to you, gives recommendations to treat & manage what ails you & throughly explains each one to help you make the best decision for you. I just had ablations done on both my knees a day ago & already getting relief. I definitely will recommend DOC to anyone needing pain mgmt. Thank you Angela, Dr. Metda, nurses, medical assistants & office personnel in Enon & Dayton offices. You all have been so attentive & good to me.

Positive experience: I saw Angela the NP, she was friendly and throughly explained the treatment plan. I had time to think and declined to go back because I don't feel that's the best route for me. However, I don't dislike the clinic and wouldn't discourage anyone from going.

Negative experience: I'm very upset my father has been a patient there for a long time and never have we had any issues but yesterday my father came there to have his pump filled and I had told them that he recently had a heart attack and that he was not feeling well the nurse was very rude with my daughter yelling at her that he needs to see a cardiologist we have one he just got out of the hospital and there is no reason for her to be rude to my daughter nurses should have compassion I work in the medical field very upset and disappointed in the way we were treated we take care of my dad the best we can
