Tate Van Houten, DPT, opened Integrated Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine on Linden Street in October 2012, and later opened the south side location in 2014.

Both locations offer full outpatient orthopedic services, including post-stem cell and platelet injection therapy. The therapists at the Thornton location also place a heavy emphasis on proper postural restoration exercises following procedures to maintain proper joint mechanics.

I've only had three visits so far, and I'm already seeing remarkable results with my shoulder pain. I have more movement and flexibility, and less pain. I'm totally satisfied.

This is a great organization with excellent service. The staff is very courteous and prompt, and they have excellent communication skills. They are able to explain what is wrong and how to fix it. This is a great 5-star service.

Fantastic experience: I've been to a fair share of PT's in my life and I can truly say, hands down, this is the best place I've ever been. I came in with rotator cuff issues and could barely lift a gallon of milk, and needed follow-up care from a severe shattered leg/ankle from years ago. Things were too tight, stuck, and scar tissue adhered to even stretch or strengthen the muscles. After one session of dry needling, immediately after I could finally rotate my injured foot outwards for the first time in years. Between dry needling, Tens therapy, and INDIBIA heat treatments, I've gained so much mobility in these areas. This support made it possible for me to actually do daily exercises, and each week I'm seeing a significant improvement in everything (and I'm only on my 4th session)! I've had more progress in such a short time here vs a month of bi-weekly sessions at other companies. Drew is very knowledgeable and has an entire tool kit of modalities to customize care based on the specific issues and current state. He also has an excellent bedside manner, you can tell he has a passion and joy for his work. His approach brings a sense of collaborative healing and positive motivation towards the prescribed exercises, which I've never experienced at another PT office. Thank you Drew & staff, for helping treat these issues so I can finally start to enjoy the daily physical things I love to do. You rock!

Fantastic experience: Sam is the absolute best. I had reconstructive ACL surgery a few months ago and am well on the road to recovery. The atmosphere is welcoming and all of the therapists are knowledgeable and friendly. This is my second round of physical therapy and even after a 5 year gap I chose to come back. 10/10 would recommend not getting hurt, but if you do this is the place to go!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to the integrated for 20+ times and was always a great experience. I have had both Kris and Drew and they are both nice and knowledgeable. Also someone to have a good conversation with. After my Regennex I had concerns every once a while and Kris used a range of treatments from Indiba machine to needle therapy that really helped me feel better. It’s been 6 month after the Regennex procedure and I feel awesome. Btw I had injection in shoulder, knee and wrist. I could never believe to get to where I am now!

Fantastic experience: Very pleased with Kris , his needling and therapy he has given me. My pain level has decreased 50% or more since starting. He is so nice with such a good disposition all the time. He treats all his clients respectfully and they all seem to be in a better mood when they leave because of him. He definitely should get praise for everything he does. All other employees working there are very nice and always make you feel welcome Have recommended Kris to others for needling and will continue to do so.
