Fantastic experience: Friendly staff!! My 3 year old had to come with me a lot of the time and they were always really nice to him. They engaged with him and would even find toys to keep him entertained. Erica was my therapist and she was just amazing! She worked on me to eliminate my scar tissue and helped me recover my strength and movement. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: My experience at Downey optimum care was excellent. The office staff, physical therapist and therapy assistants were always welcoming upon arrival. My physical therapist Akleen was wonderful with my needed pain management, as well as the therapy assistants for guidance in exercises assigned for my care. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I really like going to Optimum Care Therapy. All of the people there are nice. And they really give a workout to help you to get back on your feet.

Fantastic experience: I've been here twice a week for 2 months and everyone here is wonderful! The front desk ladies are always welcoming and extra helpful if you need anything. The aides that do your exercises make sure you understand what you're doing and help you execute them properly. The physical therapist are always making sure not to hurt you while also helping you heal. Everyone says good morning, asks how your feeling and remembers your name!!

Fantastic experience: Clean environment, proper cleanliness protocols between patients, timely and consistent feedback on any questions with scheduling appointments, making adjustments to services received to better serve the purpose of rehabilitation therapy, excellent explanation of exercise instruction at every session. Accesible disabled persons parking almost always available. Friendly staff. Professional demeanor. Reminders via text. Very pleased.
