Pt Plus

Negative experience: Every day a new physiotherapist or student worked with me and the last time they totally ignored me and I had to ask from trainers over there to train me but most of them ignored me and for give 5 excercise 5 different people came and very fast showed me what to do and left to the other patient! Even they didnt supervised to see if I doing correct or not! Definitely it not a professional place with professional physiotherapists most of them are still student or too young and inexperienced and it seems they dont know what they doing! Though some of them are nice and respectful but not all are nice and respectful!

Fantastic experience: I want to commend Dr Johnny Mejía for his OUTSTANDING and professionalism in treating patients and myself. He went above and beyond to teach me different techniques in my recovery. He has so much knowledge, which I have learned and applied at home. This place is clean and well equipped. The staff is AMAZINGLY friendly and helpful. I wish I can give a MILLION stars!!! Thank you so much Dr Johnny Mejía for helping me in my recovery!♥️

Fantastic experience: My mom was able to get a physical theraphist that is a Dr. I was super concern how much theraphy my mom may b able to get since my mom has painful disabilities n had 2 major operations, but the Dr told us that how much shw can do for physical thereaphy. mom n i felted so much hope!!!

Fantastic experience: My Experience at PT Plus is very comforting, the staff has always been very polite in making sure that I get what I need when it comes to scheduling my appointments, and Dr. Johnny and his staff have been very good at making me feel safe while doing my exercises, the energy of this whole place is all about getting better, & they are helping me do just that :)

Fantastic experience: Dr. Johnny Has Been super Professional, With my wife and Her Recovery, My wife broke her ankle in 3 places and hes been very attentive in making sure she walks / Runs again. I can tell hes giving her the necessary Treatment she needs for proper recovery.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to PT Plus for almost 9 months for ACL reconstruction with Johnny. He’s just the best PT he’s respectful and makes you feel very comfortable. I’m almost done with my therapy and I feel great I really recommend this facility to anyone seeking PT especially with Johnny you won’t regret it!

Fantastic experience: I just started going and all the staff is great I didn't have any problem scheduling my first appointment, when I arrived the girls in the front desk are on top of stuff and my PT Jonny is great he takes the time to listen n explain in detail he ask question to help you get back to your normal activities thank you Jonny n your team for a great job

Fantastic experience: Iam attending therapy a few months ago with Paolo Leonardo he is an excellent person,very professional,he takes great care of his patients,he gives them the right tension,hopefully I’m always there like him,I think there is no other,I feel satisfied with everything he does thanks to him,I feel better.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to pt plus rehab for some time and I love this place. I'd recommend this place to anyone. Johnny is the best PT. The employees are nice to everyone that comes to the clinic. Johnny is very attentive to all of his patients. He also likes to make sure you get better. He also challenges you to give it your all without you getting more hurt. Melissa and Natalie are very respectful and try to make sure you get your appointments to your schedule.

Negative experience: They rarely answer there phones. I called 4 times and left messages then I blocked my number and called and they finally answered. I set up 2 appointments and they were fine on my third appointment I woke up with a sore throat and called to cancel until I got a vivid test which was negative and called back left a message to schedule my next appointment and I have not heard back in 2 weeks. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Poor customer service. I would not go here but my insurance assigned me to this place.

Fantastic experience: Pleasant employees.

Positive experience: I was scheduled for a 10am appointment. I had never been here before, so I called them for directions. Someone answered and ask me to hold, I managed to find the place on my own since I was placed on hold for 28 minutes. When I got there I saw the phone flashing and since I have 20 years in Telecomm, I knew they were lying when they said their phones must be acting up. I would of appreciated a truthful answer like im just not in the moid to answer the phones. Also the pool was dirty and pubic hairs were floating in the pool, The pool did not smell like chlorine and was advised they clean the pool once a week. I own a pool so I can tell you thst a pool is cleaned every day.

Positive experience: The pool is dirty you're waiting outside in the heat for them to open at 1 p.m.the stop don't always check to see if you're really doing your workout I don't like going there when the pool is more than six people in it so it can handle 8 I get a little claustrophobic with that many body is in one pool I feel that the physical therapist should actually be in the pool with you while you're doing your therapy how do they know if you're really doing it or not but then again if you're not doing your therapy then you're only cheating yourself out I complained about one lady because she peed in the pool and I thought that was disgusting another time I noticed that the bathroom is always filthy there's only one shower stall in the women's shower area and there are no seats inside the actual shower while you sit there the men come in and out of the pool area so that it doesn't make me feel safe enough to take a full shower

Fantastic experience: The parking stinks but is totally worth it! The staff are friendly and understanding of your pain. They educate you and tell you exactly what needs to get done to help you heal or at least feel the best you can (depending on injury). I go here currently and would recommend to anyone!

Fantastic experience: I came to PT Plus a few times and the atmosphere is so welcoming, this place has a pool in the back and also has an area for patients to work out and regain muscle. Make sure to schedule ahead of time because it gets a little busy! The therapist are educated, passionate and love to see their patients heal !!!
