Fantastic experience: I recently visited a family member who is staying at this facility everyone there is very nice and professional .You are able to see how each person who works here cares for the patients and the role they have. When I asked them question they answered all of them and they made sure iI understood any questions or concerns I had. The nurses are very attentive and caring. The one things I appreciate a bout this nurse is that they are very patient centered. The facility was always clean when l would visit and they keep it very secure. Definitely would recommend Brookfield!!

Fantastic experience: Brookfield Healthcare Center is a top-notch skilled nursing facility where I've personally done per-diem PT. They have an incredibly well run rehab department with Cristina at the helm. If you want a loved one to recover well with great therapy, you can't go wrong with Brookfield.

Fantastic experience: Brookfield Healthcare Center is by far the best when it comes to quality care. From upon entering the facility you're always greeted with a smile. The nurses, office managers, CNA's and activities staff have consistantly demonstrated professionalism. They are very caring and are taking exceptional care of my mother while being rehabilitated. The physical therapy team is awesome and work diligently with your loved one. Thank you to all at Brookfield Healthcare Center making my mother feel loved and not so lonely.

Fantastic experience: Too bad I had to move. Residents are well cared for here. David (the manager) cares about the staff and the patients here. Luisa (nurse) & Anne (therapist) have that nice mix of compassion & smarts. Nice environment and you feel the energy. I’d work here and send my loved one here for care.

The kitchen is well organized and efficient, and the staff I encountered were both friendly and attentive, making my visit enjoyable. Additionally, Maria, the Dietary Manager, was especially accommodating and supportive, further enhancing the overall experience.

Staff it's great, all the department's and activities are phenomenal, laundry and house keeping are the best in the world. Dietary good food and good service . Administration is caring, very caring!

Fantastic experience: Thank you to the Brookfield staff. My sister was in bad shape when she arrived to rehab. We were hesitant to skilled nursing but The staff was so caring and made my sister feel comfortable. I appreciate all of the nurses, dietary staff and house keeping. You all do the best and are good at it.

Fantastic experience: Brookfield Healthcare center is the place that gives premium attention to residents in a warm and compassionate manner. I have gone in randomly a few times and seen that the staff are professional and care is given to all residents on a one to one basis. Administration have a good relationship with the family of residents and they have a lot of activities to keep the residents occupied and entertained. Medication regimen for residents is adhered to and they advocate for their residents ALWAYS. You need to go and see for yourself.

Negative experience: HOW did this place get a 5 STAR RATING is a good question. The staff are not well informed of the patient's needs or they ignore the indications given by medical professionals. The administration doesn't seem to care either. How can you be in charge of elderly people who are sick and not know how to treat very common diseases like diabetes? How can you justify throwing a patient's dentures away? HOW? Does the staff not know what dentures look like? How do you run a nursing facility with the food they serve? PRISON food is of better quality. Everyone seems to be friendly and cheerful but they are also incompetent at best. I honestly don't know how this place still has a license to operate! I would have perfered to give them NEGATIVE STARS if possible. If you take your loved ones to this place, make sure you keep an eye on them. They are probably going to leave this place in worse condition than they arrived.

Fantastic experience: Recently visited Brookfield Post Acute and was really impressed not only by the facility (very clean and well maintained) .. but also was really impressed by the staff. Everyone from the receptionist onward treated was very nice. You can see that they care about their patients. In talking with the Director of nurses, Social Services, admissions you could tell they were interested in what I was needing and that the patients care was their priority. Also. They have a petting zoo as part of the activities program! How cool is that. Left feeling relieved that I found such a great place

Fantastic experience: He podido estar como voluntaria en este lugar hace ya un par de meses. Las veces que he estado ahi el personal a sido muy atento y he visto como se esfuerzan por atender las necesidades de cada paciente. He podido notar que las necesidades de ellos son diferentes y el personal se esfuerza por atenderlos según las necesidades de cada uno. El trato siempre ha sido cordial y las instalaciones siempre lucen limpias. Algo muy importante que noto también es que se respeta la opinion de cada quien en el lugar. El personal es accesible y amable.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming here for about two months I’m a caregiver for one of the patient who is temporarily there and I’ve seen nothing but good things there the case worker’s the RN, LVN, and the CNA’s the therapist everyone who works there is doing a good job. Everyone always has a smile they have lot’s of activities for the clients it’s a very nice environment from what I could see.
