Fantastic experience: Today was one of the best experiences I ever had at Kaiser. Parking was no problem. My physical appointment went very well, and my doctor was able to answer all of my questions and refer me to other departments based on my needs, most of which I was able to complete on this same morning. Upon visiting the other departments, including the Lab for bloodwork, X-ray, and orthopedics, I was greeted very cheerfully. In waited a very short time in each instance, and was cared for very well by the phlebotomist, the x-ray technician, and the orthopedic technician. Everyone was very cordial, professional, and helpful. Great job, everyone. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: The nurses were wonderful as always. The doctors were very efficient and paid close attention to what I had to tell them regarding my issue. The emergency room was a snap, I only waited five minutes to get taken in to be checked in and they were just so wonderful to deal with.

Negative experience: Took my son for therapist evaluation, and spealist only spend 3-5 min with him. Says nothing is wrong. To help him by reading books and enroll him in school so that he can start developing his speech. Local regional center for children are no where around ,the only ones in LA are far. It'll be great is additional information was on the kaiser locations,too many children have lack of resources (IEP) ,as a brain tumor mother I'm asking for help

Negative experience: I came get fot my alcohol withdrawal/addiction. All the staf was nice told we are going to take of your self. Believe this addiction is horrendous Asian lady claiming she was a doctor told me she needed the bed. I was furios..now I'm dealing with the symptoms here at

Fantastic experience: Dr. Robertson performed my hip replacement! He and his team are amazing. Only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner!! I live in OC and drove to see him, worth every second of traffic! Highly recommended!

Negative experience: If you are attempting to get a patient in for a Workers' Compensation case, be prepared to wait months for their case manager to review and determine whether or not they will accept your patient. The patient and I waited from September 2017 to February 2018 for word, and never heard anything. Every time I called, they told me the case manager was reviewing it. We opted to switch to another facility that accepts Workers' Compensation. We never officially withdrew the referral, but still have not received a call or a determination. It has been 9 months.
Fantastic experience: It's better then county
Positive experience: Every visit here has been relatively quick and very helpful. Sill wish it were a bit faster lol. Satisfied.
Negative experience: Nice people, I came here for surgery cause i have a fracture on my finger and can't make a fist, i was denied surgery cause the doctors said the fracture had healed and surgical procedures would do nothing for me. I was then told to see a hand therapist which they were going to set up, I talked to the receptionist and was told I would receive a phone call about a hand specialist which 5 months later I am still waiting for that phone call, I still can't make a proper fist, guess Kaiser Permanente is not going to help, time to look for a new doctor, why do I keep paying the premium for insurance that doesn't work? I guess I have to be near death for them to actually start helping me. ☹☹☹☹
Negative experience: This hospital and it's establishment are complete garbage. The nurses of Kaiser are rude compared to Hoag Hospital. The mess up the dosage of meds for their patients. What if a patient dies due to not getting their meds on time. The doctors and therapists have a complete take-it-or leave it customer service mentality which doesn't work in a hospital when many patients lives are at stake. There are literally cockroaches roaming around in this hospital, which can carry many diseases. Their food services are really bad and never have the food you want, nor are available on the phone when you call them to put your order. There is absolutly no communication netwerk the doctors, nurses, physical therapists and other medical helpers.
