Negative experience: De lo peor

Fantastic experience: Great experience as a first timer. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. The staff and Dr Woodson were all friendly and helpful. I especially loved how Dr Woodson and his staff took the time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatments options. I had a great visit and the Dr demeanor has put me at easy.

Negative experience: incredibly rude and unprofessional, a few individuals are fine but for the most part one of the most radical experiences I’ve ever had with a medical establishment. I was told to arrive at 3pm to check in for a procedure at 4pm. I end up waiting for two hours just to check me in and while I’m waiting other people come in after me yet still get seen before me even though I have a scheduled procedure. Why make me show up hours before my procedure just to make me wait and not even attempt to assist me? There was no one at the front desk for hours and every time I tried telling them I had an appointment and that I’ve been waiting for hours I just got told “just a few more minutes”. If this is how I’m treated for a medical procedure I don’t even want to know what’s going to happen when I have to come back for therapy.

Fantastic experience: Yo...Dr. Woodson is the best surgeon I've had, had two surgeries by him and that man is God sent because they were success and healed well. I definitely recommend him.

Negative experience: SOME STAFF ARE REALLY RUDE, THEY TALK LOUD AND RUDE TO YOU. EVERYONE COMPLAINING ABOUT THE FRONT DESK, WHO TRAINED THESE PEOPLE. THEY NEED A CUSTOMER SERVICE REFRESH COURSE.

Positive experience: Great staff. Clean. Very respectful. Really work with patients to get them whole again.

Fantastic experience: Workers comp case for deep tendon laceration and phalanx fracture. Took a while to prepare for the actual surgery but they were very informative of any questions and handled the full procedure professionally

Negative experience: Pésimo lugar para terapia las personas que están en el área de terapia sólo están platicando ni siquiera ponen atención a los ejercicios que te ponen hacer ni el tiempo que debes de hacer cuando terminas de hacer un ejercicio les hablas para para saber que sigue y por estar platicando ni te hacen caso no recomiendo para nada este lugar porque aparte cuando se les olvida ponerte hacer un ejercicio Qué debes que hacer les dices y simplemente dicen o se me olvidó

Fantastic experience: I had surgery on my finger from Dr Feldman, he was the best and the staff was great and friendly.

Negative experience: Pésimo servicio en la entrada empezando con la que toma la temperatura deberían poner sillas afuera mientras uno espera 40 minutos esperando

Negative experience: Very undisciplined front desk/office. They don’t follow through on their tasks, never send out work status and always are changing employee dates. No communication whatsoever with the referring party. Horrible office

Negative experience: My husband had surgery here, they made him come 3 hours before surgery So his spot wouldn’t be given away ,And yet he still didn’t go in til an hour an a half later from his appointment time. I kept waiting for a call , I tried calling the office but since the office closes at 5 the phone just rings. Tell me why a clinic closes while patients are still in surgery? They should have at least one receptionist to answer calls for those family members waiting for news. It’s truly unprofessional. I had no way to contact my husband and no way to get Information from the clinic.

Negative experience: Honestly if I could give it zero stars I would. The front staff is very unprofessional. They asked me to wait to wait outside for my father who was getting some stitches after I had already been sitting there for a long time. Which I completely understand yet there was plenty of other people accompanying others and they weren’t asked to wait outside. I asked how much longer it would take, flat out side I don’t know. She didn’t bother asking or trying to make it look like she was trying to find out information for me.

Fantastic experience: One of the best orthopedic clinic I have ever been to,excellent staff,great doctors ,specially Dr. Woodson, I highly recommended you see him

Negative experience: Front desk staff are really unprofessional. I do not recommend. I’m already stuck there for my workers comp case so I have to keep going but if I would had read these reviews I would not had came here at all. Dr. Starks and Mario are cool everyone else sucks.

Negative experience: Dr Feldman is extremely rude and narrow minded. My father was asking questions about maybe going another direction instead of amputation and he started yelling and saying that if we dont like it we can go somewhere else for another opinion and I told him to stop yelling he got offended told me I was the one seeing him to choose. I told him I'll go somewhere else he said ok, got up left turned around and said forget about the prescription I was going to give you. I really didn't care about them but he said it like if he was using it as payback for leaving him. I'm in a workers compensation process I just felt he was amputating for the money.

Negative experience: Doctor Stark is always late and she cleared me back to Full Dutty even though the strenght on my right hand never recovered even 50% i was at 17 out of 42 in psi also i always had to wait between 3 and 5 hours to be seen

Negative experience: Horrible front office staff. Horrible. They're very unprofessional and accused me of writing false claims for my WC. Lorena the "supervisor" would not let me explain my situation and rudely interrupted me. Now I'm left w no job or money because of how horrible they work to help their patients. Everyone else in the back and PT are the nicest people around. Dr. Cox is an outstanding dr. But I can't with the front office.

Fantastic experience: On 04/26/2019 I severely injured my left hand, index finger at work. I had a complex laceration on my index finger specifically having a sever tendon laceration. The clinic I was sent to at first was only able to cleaned and dressed my wound, but could not perform the procedure due to the extent of the injury. So they immediately referred me here. It was easy to find, and the staff, nurses and doctors were all very courteous, friendly and professional. A little bit of a wait in all but then again I was there for surgery. The surgery though was quick and merely felt any pain during it. The doctor who performed my surgery was Dr. Feldman. He’s a fantastic doctor and great sense of humor ! Before I knew it I stitched up and ready to go home. No pain since the surgery and the medicine they prescribed me is helping me a lot ! Thanks Doc ! I think this place deserves a better rating then it presents itself.

Negative experience: This place makes me wana cry my eyes out.

Negative experience: Avoid this office at all costs. Doctors are very knowledgeable and professional which is this offices only redeeming quality. The front and office staff are absolutely horrible, lazy, and unprofessional. When having them try to fill out paperwork expect to have it takes weeks to write one sentence as they have no idea what they are doing. This office is nothing but one large headache. The building itself is filthy and looks as it hasn’t been cleaned all year. For your sake please look elsewhere.

Negative experience: I do not recommend for workers' comp cases. The office will send reporting, but is not very thorough in evaluating patients or hearing patient complaints. The staff doesn't seem too familiar with treating workers' comp patients, nor do they seem to communicate with each other internally about matters. I would recommend looking elsewhere to avoid a headache and angry patients.
