Negative experience: Pésima experiencia, ponen a dar terapia a muchachitos que no saben dar una terapia, en mi segunda visita el chico que me estaba atendiendo ya me iba a poner los parches de la terapia en la mano equivocada, el ni siquiera sabia como poner la maquina para checar la presión, le pedi hablar con su supervisor y vino una chica llamada Rosy y me dijo que en las próximas terapias me atenderían personas calificadas (con licencia), la tercer terapia fue la señorita Daisy ella es una excelente terapista y pude notar la diferencia desde el minuto uno, es una lastima el sistema que tienen, un dia te ponen una persona y otro dia otra, pero no me cumplieron lo que dijeron. Mi cuarta visita otra vez me pusieron una aprendiz que me lastimó horrible el brazo, ademas del moretón tengo una bola, inflamado, me lastimo horrible (anexo fotografia). Las terapias son para desbaratar bolas no para hacertelas. Por otra parte yo tenia autorizada terapia con ultrasonido la cual nunca me hicieron y cuando pregunté si no tenian el aparato de ultrasonido para la terapia me dijeron que lo tenian en el storage y que no sabian si tenian el gel pero que en la próxima cita me lo harían, y no, tampoco me lo hicieron. Un desastre total. Cuatro citas fueron suficientes, ya pedi a mi Doctor que me refieran a otro lugar. No lo recomiendo para nada. Muy poco profesionales.

Fantastic experience: I go to the bellflower office and the therapist are all fantastic and friendly, even the front desk always a smile and they care. Louise and Rosie are phenomenal at what they do. I have been to other therapist offices and they were rude and did not even care. I am so happy with all the staff here. I truly recommend them. As for the main office there pretty average.

Negative experience: Mala experiencia, me dieron una cita llegué antes y me dijeron que había llegado tarde, que tenía la cita más temprano según ellos. Les mostré el papel que tenía en dónde decía la hora de mi cita y me dijeron que los disculpara que es que ellos tenían otro horario y al final no me atendieron y me dieron otra cita

Negative experience: Ese lugar no tiene parking es un lugar muy feo

Positive experience: The therapist themselves are wonderful and incredibly knowledgeable. However I have been unable to set up an appointment in over two weeks because their people in charge of scheduling refuse to answer the phone. I have spoken with the therapists about it and they’ve mentioned that I’m not the first to bring it to their attention.

Negative experience: These people are crooks I asked for my medical records and they charged 40 dollars to print out 15 sheets of paper, ... The PT staff is over booked and don't really give individual attention... although they are nice folks the office workers could use a little more patience

Negative experience: Worst place ever !!!!! The front desk service is the worst. Am glad we no longer gotta be back to this place

Negative experience: Wont even waste more time on explaining how rude is the front desk personnel.
