Fantastic experience: A great PT clinic. Rachel was my physical therapist, assisted by Anna. The place has a good natured, family atmosphere, with lots of laughter. Happily my physical woes disappeared as my core strength and flexibility improved. My husband and I have each been clients; we both recommend this practice to anyone who needs help.

I have such a drastic improvement that is jaw dropping given that I spent over 10 years with pain from my computer job. Fantastic experience: What a great staff from the front desk to the therapists. I went for therapy in my leg and started to feel better within a month. Molly at the front desk was incredibly helpful and communicative and did a great job of explaining the process when I had insurance and scheduling questions. I worked primarily with Marissa, who was exceptionally knowledgeable and very quickly determined root cause and provided clear directions/exercises which helped me resolve my issue. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Great place--friendly and welcoming! I woke up with a pinched nerve in my neck a few months ago and when it didn't go away on it's own, I came in to Results. Well, fast forward to 2 months later, the pain is gone and my posture has improved. This is such a friendly, warm environment with expert PTs. It's a terrific place to heal.

Fantastic experience: Received multiple sessions here for my left knee pain after starting training for a was-to-be 10 mile race in April. Kelly, my PT, and Anna, PT tech, were extremely fun to work with. They were intentional in asking about my knee symptoms, explaining exercises, and providing encouragement throughout my rehab. I looked forward to seeing them weekly and felt extremely sad when my knee was all healed! They will push you (in a good way)! In the end, I was able to do a 4 mile race instead and will plan for a 10 mile race next year thanks to their guidance! Molly, the front desk, was also very lovely and caring. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart! Look no further for your rehab needs!

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience at Results Physiotherapy! From the moment I stepped into the office, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. I had zero issues with insurance, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Kelly was exceptionally caring and professional. Fantastic experience: I had a very positive experience here. I came in discouraged about my pain, but Marissa was incredibly knowledgable and immediately helped lessen my pain. After a couple months, I’m now pain-free and able to enjoy physical activity which seemed unattainable just a few months ago. I really didn’t expect to have this great of a recovery in such a short time. Marissa and the entire team is amazing - the environment was always positive, fun, and lighthearted! Fantastic experience: I am so grateful for the team at Results Physiotherapy! Kelly was my PT and she helped me regain mobility and strength with my hip to be able to run longer distances again and play soccer. She answered my questions and helped me make a plan for how to do my exercises at home (sometimes I didn’t do them, sorry Kelly ). I also have to give a shoutout to Anna for helping me with exercises as well and making sure my form was on point! And I have to give a shoutout to Molly for working with my schedule to make sure I could find times to come in! Also, my insurance was giving us a hard time with authorization, but Molly kept appealing and Kelly would speak with my insurance company as well. We were able to get some more visits in to help get my hip to a better spot. Thank you all! I would give 10 stars if I could.

Fantastic experience: I had recurring struggles with pain in my foot and knee that affected me for several years, chipping away at my outlook for my future. My doctor referred me to Results PT. Not only did my physical condition improve with every trip which of course is what we expect, they helped me understand the principles behind the various stretches and exercises so that I could put more focus on the areas that needed more attention. But the most important part of Results is how the practitioners get along with each other and their clients. They turn you around emotionally as much as they turn you around physically.

Fantastic experience: I went to Results Physio for pelvic floor PT for 7 months and from day 1 everyone at that office has been nothing short of amazing! So kind, so considerate on top of top of assisting you with all your PT needs and goals. The most comfortable environment; I hate that my time has come to an end, but that just means the job is done!

She listened to my concerns and took them seriously and checked in often to make sure we were making the progress that I wanted. Fantastic experience: I came to Results Physiotherapy after two months of dealing with debilitating shoulder and neck pain, few answers, and multiple visits to different healthcare providers. Physical Therapy and manual work have helped me to recover mobility, and manage pain. Rachel Ferguson, DPT, has been pivotal in my recovery. In addition to her encouraging and supportive demeanor, her professionalism, ability to pinpoint issues and solutions are outstanding. I’ve found her answers helpful, as she is able to provide accurate and honest information. I always tell Rachel that her manual therapy skills beat NSAIDs, which is so true. Yes, I do my part, faithful to my home exercises and attendance to sessions. Through ups and downs in my healing journey, I am confident that I am in good hands. I also love the exercise program app and the opportunity to see the same PT provider consistently. The office atmosphere at the Durham office is lively. Staff (Clinical and Administrative) is friendly as well. If I could add a suggestion it would be more space in between patients, a personal preference. I I am grateful I found a PT provider that is a good fit for me and recommend to look into their services.

Fantastic experience: I went to Results Physiotherapy to deal with a longstanding hamstring issue that was holding me back in my fitness goals (I power-walk marathons). I worked with Kelly, and she helped define the source of the problem and came up with a clear and doable at-home stretching and strength routine. She has a great mix of warmth, humor, and firmness that motivated me to work hard during my twice-weekly sessions and at home. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Who knew that a few weeks with Rachel would turn me into a wannabe division one athlete? I walked in with the hip strength and flexibility of a garden gnome and walked out feeling like I could perform in Cirque du Soleil! Not only did Rachel fix my hip, but she gave me the tools to continue to help myself moving forward and prevent future injuries. She did an absolutely amazing job adjusting my plan of care as I progressed, and equally importantly, emphasized WHY she was choosing each exercise and manipulation. Her commitment to educating me was above and beyond what I asked of her, and will help keep me healthy moving forward. I am proud to say that even after being out of PT for several months, I can still kick, squat, and wiggle without feeling like a stranded turtle. If you want your hip to be the envy of all other hips, Rachel is the person for you – she is amazing, 10/10 would get injured again just to see her! I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the rest of the clinic – from the moment you walk in the door you can tell this clinic is special. The front desk folks are so kind and helpful, and the entire PT staff and Clinic Director know each and every patient and are genuinely invested in your success. They say that PT stands for Pain and Torture, but this clinic keeps you constantly entertained really makes you look forward to your visits each week. Thanks Durham Clinic!

Fantastic experience: I've always had a great experience at Results Physiotherapy Durham! Everyone there is great to work with - I felt completely comfortable working with all of the therapists. Kelly and her team of therapists are THE BEST and I will always highly recommend them to anyone that needs physical therapy!

Positive experience: The service is wonderful, the staff is amazing, but the billing leaves alot to be desired. They don't keep a close watch on when you meet your deductible, so most likely you will over pay. Then it takes at least three months to get the refunds back. And if you don't call to get your refund, they will conveniently keep the overpayment. So pay attention.

Fantastic experience: The team at Results is absolutely fantastic. I had PT for about a year and a half for chronic migraines and they were so supportive all along the way. They took the time to really get to know me, my goals, and all the factors that contributed to my pain. They challenged me in the best ways possible, made sure I always comfortable, and understood my weird descriptions of pain vs. strain vs stretch. I primarily saw Kelly and Rachel who are both wonderful and knowledgeable physical therapists. Kelly is a dry needling wizard! Molly is amazing and does a fabulous job helping sort out insurance questions and knowing the requirements/restrictions. There were two PT techs over the course of my year and a half. Emma was the first tech I saw and Anna is the current PT Tech. They both did an amazing job listening to and providing feedback during exercises. I never had an appointment with Marissa, but heard great things and got to see her positive interactions with others. The whole vibe is positive, fun, and I genuinely looked forward to my appointments each week.

Fantastic experience: I have so many wonderful things to say about this place. After a long, difficult childbirth, I knew I would need pelvic floor therapy since I couldn't walk without a limp or being in pain. Kelly has taken amazing care of me here. She helped me identify the issues with my tension and taught me how to relax my muscles properly. Kelly has given me the knowledge to help maintain the progress we made together, but I will always go back to her if I need it help in the future! I have to give a shout out to Molly at the front desk too for always being so helpful and sweet. Even though PFT is not the most fun thing, I truly enjoyed going there because everyone treated you like family there. One of the best places for friendly knowledgeable therapists who will help you be stronger than ever

Fantastic experience: Physical therapy and a party all the time! I injured my shoulder and went here to figure out what to do and was assisted by Rachel and she in the kindest sweetest way possible blew my mind on the way the body is mapped out and connected, she also was a blast to talk to about anything. I always felt comfortable and cared for by everyone. I loved they days as well I was helped by Marissa she was always amazing to talk to and joke around with! Molly was always so sweet and up beat and always was understanding when I needed to cancel. Kelly’s dry needling gave instant relief! The exercises are not the easiest which I liked and they let me push myself (in a safe way). It really is like a family there and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND. But please be nice to all of them. P.S. I'm now pain free and have started doing things, including running, that I hadn't done in years. My overall quality of life has improved. Fantastic experience: I came to Results after my Duke PT was getting me nowhere after my knee surgery. I gained several degrees of extension after just a couple of visits with Kelly, something I didn't get after 2 months of PT with Duke. Kelly helped me improve so much that I got full extension and great flexion in my knee. I highly, highly recommend Results Physiotherapy!! It was recommended to me by a couple of friends and I can see why. All of the PTs at the Durham, NC office are phenomenal!

Fantastic experience: I use the location across from Cary Wakemed hospital. From Mike to Jess, Megan and everyone I came into contact, they are all terrific. Mike is an experienced and dedicated clinician and never fails to appropriately address my needs. He is dedicated to his practice and continually learns and teaches upcoming PAs. He also expertly uses dry needling, and it is another source of relief. This is a great practice with great people who truly care about you and make you feel very comfortable.

Fantastic experience: Results PT helped me with two issues over the past year. During my 1st pregnancy I had horrible back pain and was forced to wear a support band. During my 2nd pregnancy I started PT with Chelsea and was able to safely build back strength that resulted in no back pain in late pregnancy and no belt! I then had an unexpected c-section. I struggled with pain and lack of core strength during my recovery. It was so bad that I had to walk hunched over. I started working with Chelsea on core recovery and Meghan (in Cary) on pelvic floor and scar tissue recovery and with 1 month I felt like myself again! They helped me so much with pregnancy and recovery!

Fantastic experience: As I have entered retirement, but still actively playing tennis and golf, I have various bumps and bruises and squeaks and creaks. I have been to Results Physiotherapy in Durham a lot over the last few years. They are always professional, well-informed, great listeners, and right on target with the pain I'm feeling. Sometimes, I get a little frustrated with the seemingly slow progress and they keep me focused and continuing to work. I would highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Kelly and Dylan are amazing! Always professional and attentive. I had some very serious issues with several slipped discs that had me in excruciating pain. After about two months of therapy, I was pain-free. I have also been treated for plantar fasciitis as a result of a tear in my right foot and was able to have four weeks of PT with Kelly and able to exercise again. The location is extremely convenient , They are near the intersection of Highway 54 in Fayetteville Road in South Durham.

Fantastic experience: I really appreciate all the professional staff with Results Physiotherapy in South Durham. I had worked with Chelsea Hogan last year and she was great. When some of my issues returned and I could not address them, I went back. Chelsea is great and very efficient. She helped me to strengthen and addressed my concerns. She also coordinated some issues with my personal doctor.

Each time for a different accident or problem. Both Kelly and Chelsea are great therapists and got me through each time being through and caring at the same time. Even with the pandemic they did a great job. I highly recommend this place. Hopefully I won't need Physical Therapy again but if I do this is where I will go. Thank you Kelly and Chelsea for your great care.

Fantastic experience: Kelly and team are amazing. I came in with debilitating pain of unknown origin that was preventing me from walking & standing without pain. Within 20 minutes she diagnosed the issue and got right to work fixing me up. After about 8 weeks of treatment and home exercise (shout out to 'clams 5 ways'!) am now pain free with full mobility and I can't thank Results enough for the great care. The facility is warm, inviting, clean, with the latest in tools to get patients back in action. There is no pressure to commit to anything - their first priority is to do what's best for the patient. If I ever have another issue I will be back!

Fantastic experience: I tore a ligament in my lower back and the therapy I got here was great in getting me back to my regular routine. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and provided a great experience.

Negative experience: People are nice. facility and service is pleasant. but they didn't solve my problem. I came with specific aches and pains in my joints: wrist, shoulder, hip, knee and lots of general muscle stiffness. and later after being in PT, I developed pain in my upper and lower back, which I also had them treat. I participated in treatments and exercises for 6 months attempting to address all of these issues. I saw results in my body (much like if u are on an exercise regimen), but I did not get relief from the constant pain which was the whole point of my being there. I never received restored mobility of my wrist. my wrist was still jammed and unable to hold weight when I was discharged for that issue. my knee still couldn't support the weight of squatting without pain.... hip still just as stiff and painful...back still hurt when I breathed....shoulder discomfort returned quickly....I think physical therapy in general is more like getting a low intensity personal gym trainer. they helped me strengthen my hips, which I appreciate. they helped me to understand how I should have been moving my body during exercise in some regards, but they DID NOT get to the root cause of the systemic problems that were causing my pain and poor posture. neither did they help me to find a different specialist that COULD help me do so. also I don't think the people there understand the limitations of their own trade. I provided them ample feedback about my progress when asked. When they address the issue of minimal pain relief, they just say "it takes time," and continue to rack up your co pay instead of saying, "hey, maybe I am not the correct person to understand and solve your problem." I understand, its a business first. but they are NOT in the business of helping u find the cause of and eradicating your pain. This is not an attack on them personally. it's more just a critique of "physical therapy" and it's place in physical pain treatment. they take this approach of one body part at a time whereas I think a more systematic approach would have made more sense. they also don't check in with you to see which exercises and treatments are helping the most as a way to update the treatment plan.... from this experience, I learned how to determine if something is actually working for me. Yes it takes time, but it DON'T take THAT much time. I also gained a bit of body awareness . my favorite PT moment was when I was asked "WHY?" I was still in pain. Well, that's what I've been paying YA'LL to investigate!!!! that was evidence to me that they simply DID NOT KNOW what they're doing. they just assign exercises that work the general vicinity of the area u point to. theres no true strategy to addressing YOUR specific issue......in conclusion, the ppl there just do what they are trained to do which is a cookie cutter approach. if that solves your problem, fine, if it doesn't, oh well. they're not gonna point you in any direction to help u figure out HOW to solve your problem if their exercises don't cut it....YOU have to take control over researching your own issues and hiring ppl with the correct knowledge and tools to solve it. if you are in pain, GOOD LUCK!! They also have this "hospitable" thing they try to do where they ask you about your life all the time. I find it annoying. I'm here to get my pain problem solved. that's all I wanna talk about. not all my life woes and wins. if you don't have an update or a new direction for this pain treatment, just say hi and bye. and it gets robotic and disingenuous because they literally ask u the SAME personal questions at EVERY appointment. yup, well that's my 6 month experience with results physiotherapy. I see all the 5 star reviews and I'm really jealous that I couldn't have my issues resolved with PT, but I can't lie about my experience either.

Fantastic experience: Chelsea Horgan and all the folks at Results PT, Durham, are amazing. They take the time to work with you and really listen to what you say so that they can create a treatment plan that keeps you safe and on your way to healing!

Fantastic experience: They aren't a "you have low back pain, here's our generic low back pain plan" kind of place. They really listen to you and they are always adjusting their plans to adapt to what is actually happening to you. They are fun. They communicate well. They are creative. They are friendly. They stay on top of how things are going. I actually look forward to going there and they are making a big difference for me.

Fantastic experience: The entire staff at Results PT is amazing. I worked with Chelsea after a shoulder injury left me in pain and unable to sleep, exercise, or function in my daily life. Chelsea and the staff at Results sought to understand my goals (get back to running and cycling!) and helped ensure I learned a variety of exercises to stretch and strengthen my shoulder post injury. I completed PT with a complete 100% return to activity and no pain; I also have a plan for how to prevent future injuries thanks to my exercises! Fantastic experience: Had a really fantastic experience at Results Physiotherapy! The team was friendly, encouraging, and knowledgeable. My lower back injury was all but reversed and I left feeling like I had the tools to keep it from happening again. The facility was well managed and in a convenient location. Highly recommended! Fantastic experience: When I first came in to Results I didn’t know what to expect. I had been to a few other physical therapy places before but none like Results. Kelly immediately put me at ease and put together a plan to get my shoulder feeling better and stronger. Everyone that works there are awesome and are a professional team. Fantastic experience: I recently graduated from PT with Kelly working diligently working on getting me back to running pain free. I've dealt with PF for close to two years and most recently numbness on one of my toes. I went to a podiatrist, etc and she sent me to Results Physiotherapy. I was skeptical because I've been to other PTs without positive results. My PT, recommended three visits per week (wth?? really??) Well, the name of the business rings true! Results did happen and and am back to running almost completely pain free!! YIPPEE!!! PT works if you work on those exercises and continue them at home! Thank you to Kelly and the staff at Results. Fantastic experience: Great clinic!! As a physical therapist assistant working in a different are of rehab I was in need of a more hands on approach and despite basically diagnosing myself, I still needed a bit more help! Chelsea was amazing and so was the rest of her team. I highly recommend this clinic and will go back if I ever need additional PT help that I can’t work out on my own!

Fantastic experience: Professional, Personable, and Empathic. This team is wonderful and I had an amazing experience at Results Physiotherapy. Every session the entire staff would greet me which made me feel like they cared about my progression. Chelsea, Liv, and Andrew did such a great job focusing on my recovery and making it fun! They would adhere to any hesitations I had but doing so in a way that didn't make me feel dumb. I am so thankful for this experience and this team. They have helped me get so much of my life back!

Fantastic experience: I came to PT and felt completely broken, I couldn't even bend forward - they were so kind, patient, and encouraging at every turn, and the entire place has an excellent sense of humor. I was so happy to feel like an improved version of myself at my last appointment and was a little sad that I wasn't coming back (although I can come back at any time when I need them!) because I'd had such a great experience and looked forward to each appointment.

Fantastic experience: I've had physical therapy at other recommended facilities. Results Physiotherapy is by far the best...lots of hands on ,literally, to get the optimum results. Chelsea and Sarah are great ! Jennifer is always willing to modify your schedule if needed.

Fantastic experience: I was experiencing pain in my leg from Sciatica. I had done research on my own, and tried to treat it using some stretching and exercises I had seen, but nothing seemed to work. Within the first 10 minutes of my visit, they had root caused my issue and put me on a great stretching/strengthening routine to help. Within a week I was seeing noticeable results. Can't thank them enough!

Fantastic experience: I have had two rounds of PT with Results (for different issues) and both have been great experiences. Everyone is very friendly and warm and they really work hard to get you better as quickly as possible. They have great hours so I could go before work. If I ever need PT again I won't hesitate to go back.

I went in with two messed up shoulders and now feel like my shoulders/neck/upper back in general is better than ever. Fantastic experience: I honestly cannot give a high enough review for this place and these people. I am in the least amount of pain I've been in for nearly two years and have so much more hope for living with less pain and more strength. Experiencing relief from pain is such a huge gift, and Results has given that to me and so many others! Also, as an unexpected bonus, I've experienced so much kindness and understanding here. I believe that when you feel seen, heard, and cared for, recovery comes quicker and is more empowering. What an encouragement Chelsea and Kelly and their team are! I've also laughed a lot while working hard during PT, which has been so good and always look forward to appointments! Basically, everyone should hear about and go to Results Physiotherapy. I'm partial to the Durham location because they are the best, but really, I'm certain any location is !

Fantastic experience: I was very impressed overall with the care at this location. I had issues with plantar fasciitis and was scheduled quickly for my first appointment. They handled coordination with my health insurance and were very communicative about everything. I saw Chelsea and she was excellent at coming up with a treatment program that lead to improvement in pain and functionality. I was really impressed with the knowledge and skill of everyone there; they were knowledgeable, skillful, and very caring people who listened to what I had to say and cared about my quality of life. Highly recommend.
