Fantastic experience: All the personnel are very nice. The Physical Therapists are good at what they do, and are patient with you. I have already recommended this place to a few of my friends.

Negative experience: Regarding the CBD Drops, Tameka has great sales skills BUT somebody lied about the above. Find product online or go across the street to the Tobacco Store and buy their Gummies for $8.00. Same dosage I spent $60.00 for nothing. These drops are awful. Does nothing for pain. I called it's cheaper online! Fysical didn't want to discuss it.

Fantastic experience: I happened to stumble on this business while out running errands. I was diagnosed with MS in 2008 which causes problems with balance and extreme muscle stiffness. I decided to give this place a try. I'm so glad I did. They are amazing. They are so friendly and professional. You get this from the front door (Sophia),(Tomika) to the therapist (Jorn)my favorite, (Chelsea) and (Garet). I have learned so much and I feel like getting out and enjoying my life again.The whole team is knowledgeable and has great bedside manners. You guys rock.

Fantastic experience: Every aspect of my mother’s therapy here has been wonderful. After a massive stroke at 83, she had to learn to walk again. Jorn and Garrett have worked tirelessly to improve Mom’s balance, stamina and confidence. She meets every challenge with enthusiasm and determination and once she conquers a goal, they give her a new one. Most places just want to discharge you, rather than help you CONTINUE to improve. Mom walks well with a cane, but they also focus on moving safely, turning, stepping backwards and side to side...all things we do and take for granted each day. It has made ALL the difference in her recovery and safety! All I have to do is mention that Mom is struggling with something and they figure out an exercise to help her with the problem. The staff is friendly, sensitive and caring. The front desk staff are great and scheduling is quite easy. The owner is onsite every day working with patients as well! I only wish they offered OT and speech therapy! We have encountered MANY therapists since Feb. 2018 and they are the best!!

Positive experience: Private owner, Physical Therapy has been very professional and knowledgeable! Home exercises, for after I complete my therapy in this gym, I'm able to continue on myself at my home! Print out copy provided also

Fantastic experience: I got the results I needed after a knee replacement and the office was amazing. This is a great group who works well together, I can't say enough about them.

Fantastic experience: The physical therapists here approach PT in a different way than anyone else I've been to in Durham. They are hands on, paying attention, working WITH you, not showing you exercises and just watching you or walking away. Locally owned. They take insurance. Everyone is friendly. They have affiliated with Fyzical Therapy and Balance Centers for business reasons, but nothing changed except the name on the front sign. I can't say enough about this place.

Fantastic experience: Eleanor is a godsend! She has helped me so much with my shoulder pain, and (with my consistent daily exercise) the pain is almost gone. She also helped to dramatically improve my posture. She genuinely cares for her clients and I will only come here for any future PT needs.

Fantastic experience: Wow, if anyone ever has vertigo or BPPV, this is THE place to get it fixed! Friendly front desk folks and great therapists!! My therapist gave up her lunch break so she could fit me in! Highly recommend!
