Fantastic experience: I was involved in a car accident. I had a very bad whiplash. Connie Ideta was great. She was hands on!I have done physical therapy before, for other issues; instead of taking oral pain meds which has a lot of side effects and can alter your though process. After a session with Connie I was felt energized! She have such a positive attitude, and a great personality. I really enjoyed talking to her and going to my sessions. I didn’t miss not one session. She has a lot of compassion for her clients. She also has a since of humor. She is also very smart and knows what it takes to get u back to a state of well being prior to your present discomfort. I will most definitely visit her for therapy if needed.

Fantastic experience: I had spinal fusion surgery in 2006. In all the time since my accident until now I have not found any other physical therapist that has been able to help me heal my body and strengthen what I lost in my accident. Not only is the physical therapy extremely specific to the patient but also the level of customer service and care is extremely genuine and heartfelt. This place has literally been a miracle and a blessing to my life.

Fantastic experience: To say that I'm grateful to Connie for the work she's been doing to resolve a long-standing injury is an understatement. She's everything you'd hope for in a practitioner: knowledgeable, professional, compassionate and effective in what's she's doing. I have no doubt that my issue will be resolved in time, and at the end I will have gained a deeper understanding of my own body and how to manage self-care going forward to prevent re-injury. Fantastic experience: Joseph visited with me and was a consummate professional, listening carefully to the nature of my sports injury, as well as goals, and ulitmately after a thorough physical assessment gave me a rehabilitation routine and a stretching tool to utilize. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Ashburn Physical Therapy. I found them through an online search after being injured in a car accident. I've been going to treatment a few times per week for just nearly a month now. The office staff is always friendly whether it is about completing paperwork or scheduling/canceling appointments. My therapist, Connie, is amazing! She is so knowledgeable about the body and how to relief pain. She takes the time to insure that I can perform my stretches independently before sending me home with a list of what to work on between visits. She builds on my gained strength without rushing me. Connie has a sweet demeanor and made me feel comfortable from the first meeting (evening during a pandemic). Lastly, it doesn't hurt that I met the owner by chance and he was ever so gracious and personable. I will continue my treatment with them and encourage others to try them as well. I am so grateful my search led me to this group. I am getting stronger and diminishing the pain in an pleasant and encouraging environment.

My arms were aching, I had very limited range of motion, and could barely move. Fantastic experience: My experience with Ashburn was very wonderful. The receptionist were very friendly, neat and very welcoming. That being said, CONNIE was not only a professional therapist but very friendly, a God fearing person, great adviser, a teacher and always in a happy mood anytime with great hands. I have been to different therapy since 2016 and never felt great and relief like when CONNIE got her hands on me. I felt so good and better than ever. I will surely recommend Ashburn to friends and loved ones as well as anybody to go to Ashburn for a better result and a professional therapy like CONNIE.
