Fantastic experience: Jessica entered my recovery process with empathy,knowledge and great skill personally.She was very thorough and responsible, my recovery mattered to her. I had lost significant strength and balance due to a severe illness. She creatively used my home surroundings to maximize my ability to do all the exercises at home. She showed great talent for individualizing exercises for my needs. She was always responsive to where I was, what I needed. Jessica went that extra mile to make our time together FUN and effective. After 17 sessions and conscientious practice I have regained my strength and balance.I am impressed at the progress.Jessica was really there for me practically and emotionally and that facillitated my healing. I highly recommend Jessica.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jessica is awesome! I was referred to her by another physical therapist from New York. We were spending the summer in the mountains of North Carolina and working on line with a therapist was perfect for my situation. Once a week I used my computer to connect with Dr. Jessica. She did an initial assessment of my movements. I have Parkinson’s and just had had cataract surgery in both eyes. My body was just not working the way it had been before the surgery and I had more balance problems. Jessica set goals for the 6 weeks we had left in the summer. Each session she put me through a warmup, and then taught me exercises to practice for the following week. She sent me pictures and directions of the exercises that I could print off the computer. We worked an hour each week. Little by little I became much more confident of my balance. Gradually I realized that I was making great progress and today the exit testing numbers confirmed it! So if you are in North Carolina, need physical therapy but maybe can’t get to a clinic for lack of transportation, or time - try doing it virtually on telehealth with Jessica! I did and it was awesome!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Tomkoski has been so helpful to me and having home visits was truly wonderful. She gave me tons of information and exercises to continue doing on my own and having her see how I needed to function in my home, helped in tailoring the physical therapy to get me more mobile. She is very gentle and a delight to work with as a medical professional. Dr. Tomkoski went the extra mile in making sure referrals and insurance coverage would be available to me. Outstanding service!!!!

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Move Free, Jessica located the source of my lower back and leg pain quickly and personalized exercises to target and strengthen the muscles around this area. It only took me a few visits to be pain free :) And she came to my house so it was very easy for scheduling!

Fantastic experience: Jessica and her results are nothing short of amazing! After several PT’s with little to no improvement, we have seen ENORMOUS IMPROVEMENT and progress in my husband- with Jessica’s care in a short period of time. We couldn’t be more thrilled. Jessica is professional, thorough, patient, motivating, and clear in explaining issues at hand and corrections. She has provided us with videos of how to do the exercises when needed. We feel so lucky to have found her and HIGHLY recommend her.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Tomkoski is very knowledgable, empathetic, and pragmatic. She worked with me on a short series of exercises that I am able (and willing!) to do on my own. The results thus far are no more pain! And she graduated me to be on my own. I loved having her come to me, saving me the travel time. She was always on time - never kept me waiting. Try her - I think you'll be gad you did.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jessica comes to your house and treats you there. She is much more thorough than the PT I had at the leading area ortho/PT group. Her sessions are 60 minutes, 15 minutes longer than that group and if you (like me) are not on Medicare, you will appreciate the cost of her services which is less than half of what the leading group charges. After being in pain and having to use a cane to walk for 2 months, in about 6 sessions with Dr. Jessica, I was able to rid myself of the cane and my pain is now minimal. Although I am not receiving treatments at this time, I continue to perform her prescribed daily exercises at home by myself. If the pain returns, I will certainly contact Dr. Jessica for additional treatments.

Fantastic experience: Jessica is an awesome physical therapist and person all around!! She takes the time out so hear all your needs, if they're connected she shows you ways to help. For the years of me always lbvs about my head being too heavy and I needing to take it off and sit to the side. She is fixed the root cause of the issue for good!! She gives you knowledge behind what you're doing as well. It is all beneficial!! Ask about scar massage!! I can go on and on about how great she is, but you should try her yourself!! As long as she practices, she will always be my PT!! ❤❤

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jessica Tomkoski was incredible! I came to her with a fitness-related knee injury that was stopping me from completing a lot of the activities I love, and even hurt while doing simple things like walking and driving. WIthin my first week, she gave me activities and stretches that immediately made an impact and helped me get moving again. After 4 sessions, I felt like a different person. She did a great job educating throughout the sessions so I understood better what was going on, and helped make sure the excercises could be integrated into my routine. Also, having someone come to your house instead of having to drive to an office was a big plus as well. Made it even easier to incorporate into a busy schedule. Absolutely recommend working with her!
