Fantastic experience: I have an appointment with Dr. Kao, he is so patient and professional, he spent more than 30 minutes on the treatment, and it does help a lot of my pains, definitely going back seeing him, hopefully my back pain can be resolved soon.

Fantastic experience: I am someone with a regular exercise routine. After getting injured during my last workout, I sought physical therapy assistance and came to this clinic based on a friend's recommendation. Dr. Wu was very friendly and understood my issues well. After two sessions, I experienced significant improvement. I'll consider coming here regularly if I have any discomfort in the future!

Fantastic experience: The shoulder pain problem has been bothering me for a long time. I thought it would get better on its own, but it didn't. I looked it up on the internet and found that rehabilitation is needed. Fortunately, the doctors here are very professional and patient. After a few weeks of treatment, my shoulder has significantly improved .

Negative experience: New Patient, never get to see the doctor because of stupidity of front desk scheduler. Will never go back. I am very upset with Austin the scheduler. He changed my appointment time 2 days before. The morning of, I texted him and confirm the time and he said ok. When I arrived, he said I am not in the schedule. He went and told the doctor that he didn't schedule me and I just show up. So, the doctor rejected me. Ten minutes later, he said he recalled what he did and the system wiped my schedule. He made me look like a fool in front of the doctor and I didn't get a walk in because he made it my fault that I just showed up. And, he has no time slot for me. I spent an hour driving back and forth because of this idiot. Such incompetent, with no memory of things 2 days prior, couldn't recall his mistake, and choose to blame others before trying to recall.
