This organization, which has been awarded and accredited, helps hundreds of adults with disabilities and veterans in California to obtain meaningful employment.
We currently have agreements with over a hundred external employers for positions such as janitorial, landscaping, inventory management, packaging, retail, and clerical work.
The health and safety of everyone is our highest priority. In response to Governor Newsom's "Stay@Home" order, our offices are no longer open to the public. The Work Activity Program will resume activities in accordance with the guidelines from Governor Newsom's office. LTC's Supported Employment janitorial teams and teams working for organizations classified as "essential services" are still providing assistance. Our other programs are still available, but in a different format, such as phone calls and virtual meetings.
If you have any questions about your program, please contact your job coach or advisor. You can also call Lincoln's main number (626) 442-0621 for the most up-to-date information. In addition, we will post any updates on our website as soon as they are available.
We urge you to take all necessary steps to stay healthy by following the CDC's widely-publicized protocols. Let's get through this together.

Fantastic experience: The best
Positive experience: I Love this place
Negative experience: What a waste of taxpayer dollars. This facility receives money to maintain highway rest areas, yet the doors and locks have been missing from them for years. I'm assuming they only won the bid because they don't pay their people minimum wage.
Fantastic experience: Very good place for persons who have a disablities. Staff are very good with all the. Clients.
Fantastic experience: I was at the south rest stop on I-5 between Las Pulgas and Oceanside. today about 11:00am. I wanted to commend the staff and especially the lady who was cleaning the women's restrooms. She did a wonderful job and the restroom was spotless and smelled so fresh. The other parts of the rest stop were clean and tidy and folks were working steadily and conscientiously while my sister and I were there. Thanks you all so much! It as a pleasure to stop there. Rita Bierman, Andrea Stein
Fantastic experience: Is a work shop for disabled people
