Fantastic experience: After foot surgery I went through 9 weeks of physical therapy with Joy and Leslie. Both were very caring, gave me their full attention and made sure I was performing my exercises properly to ensure proper healing. I noticed a big improvement in the movement of my foot by the time the 9 weeks was up!

Negative experience: Hello All, I have had very bad experiences with Doctors of Physical Therapy location on randall rd, they send us the approval letters from insurance claiming that all my visits are approved by insurance and now they are sending bills to my address asking to pay because insurance didn’t cover them. 2nd thing i paid the bill per first statement and next day i got another statement with $25 credit from previous when i called them to get the refund they said you will have no credit but you owe $47 more since credit was a mistake on our end. These guys are so fake and dont know i should trust them on anything from service or billing. They are threatening me that they will send this unlaid bills to collections. Do not recommend these scammers.

Fantastic experience: I wish I would have started my journey with physical therapy a lot sooner. Dr Kelly Donathan listens to you very closely and then treats the problem areas and also explained that one part of the body may be compensating for another. I was able to strengthen my body as a whole through exercises assisted by Leslie, that was right there to tell me when I was doing something wrong so I could correct myself. It's hard to explain how much they have helped me but I will try to keep up with my stretches and exercising to get myself stronger. Thanks again for everything!

Fantastic experience: Jim is great! Very caring and knowledgeable physical therapist. Lesly is a fantastic support person - very organized and helpful. I feel like they are both very dedicated to helping me make gains towards relieving my symptoms and improving my health. Appointments are longer than in some places and this is really helpful towards making positive long term gains.

Fantastic experience: From the onset therapist Jim was clear about each exercise and welcomed feedback in order to continue fine tuning exercises to resolve the core issue. From time to time exercises changed after meaningful discussion.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Neha Chavda at Doctors of PT, Elgin is very friendly and caring doctor. She's the best and takes utmost pride in treating patients. She gives one-on-one care to everyone. She patiently listens to our injury/pain concerns and always has an answer. Her staff is no less - provides the same care to all patients & is always on top of their work. I don't think I would have been happier or more satisfied going to other PT post my knee surgery! My post surgery recovery wouldn't have been possible without you. My family member and I are very grateful to you for the care & compassion you provided. I will always recommend Dr. Neha to anyone who needs PT. She's the best!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jim Kaemerer listened to my concerns and provided caring, measured, and knowledgeable care (exercises and massages) for my neck. Pain gradually reduced as my neck muscles became stronger.

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of being treated by Jim and I can’t stress enough how amazing he was. Each session was extremely helpful in my recovery process. I really felt like Jim took any feedback I gave him and incorporated it into my regiment. If there was anything that hurt too much or I was unable to do then we just wouldn’t do those things. As we progressed through our sessions Jim would adjust exercises to better suit the pains and stiffness I was feeling. Also huge shoutouts to Lesly for greeting everyone with a smile and just being wonderful in general.

Fantastic experience: Doctor Neha Chavda at Elgin location (819 S. Randall Road) is one of the most caring PT I have had the pleasure of working with. After my leg injuries she took proper steps to make sure my leg heals properly and I get my muscle back. Her staff is no different and will go the length to make sure all is well. She does not rush you in and out or just show your exercise. She will explains in detail how each exercise will help you recover properly. Dr. Neha Chavda is very professional. Takes time to explain things, resolve problems. HIGHLY Grateful for her experience & wide range of knowledge. I would recommend Dr. Neha Chavda to anyone seeking a kind, compassionate, and brilliant doctor! update 8/27/21 -- I just found out that Dr. Neha is leaving Doctors Of Physical Therapy South Elgin office. It will be big loss to DOPT team but i wish her good luck for her future endeavors.

Fantastic experience: my name is steven tomaselli and the doctors of physical therapy in elgin at 819 s randall rd. are terrific. Neha is the physical therapist there and devotes all her attention to you the whole time you are there no matter how many people are there at once. she is very professional and knows what you need to get back to normal. She is very accommodating and pleasant and she has really helped me with my challenges in getting back to normal. It has been 6 weeks today for me and my doctor says i am doing great. Leslie who works the front desk and also helps Neha with the clients is a very pleasant person who disinfects every piece of equipment and every ball and weight and every item that is used for the training. So the whole room is a very clean environment. I highly recommend this facility for your physical therapy needs.

Fantastic experience: in 2019 I had back surgery and PT Neha Chavda in Elgin was my therapist and did a wonderful job, I was amazed couple of weeks after surgery and I was this far along. Then this year I had a complete tear of the rotator and bicep and was sent somewhere else that did a horrible job and was making use weights a little over a week after surgery which is a complete no no for rotator rehab. I took it upon myself to go to a therapist I could trust and that brought me back to Neha. Within the first vist I felt different and I knew this was the place I needed to be back at again. Been going for around a month now for the shoulder and every day its getting better and better and I owe that to Neha. For any kind of therapy look no further then Neha Chavda Doctors of Physical Therapy in Elgin.

Fantastic experience: I cant say enough good things about this physical therapy practice. Neha and Leslie were both very professional, knowledgeable and kind with all the care they provided me after my meniscus surgery. Ive regained so much strength and stabilty in my knee because of all their expertise and patience. I looked forward to my PT sessions each time because i knew i would receive great care and my exercises were being modified daily based on my progress. Everyone was very kind and helpful. Very clean environment with good equipment and I felt totally at ease with all Neha's covid precautions as well. I highly reccomend this practice.
