Negative experience: The worst treatment I could have ever experienced. I was sick for 3 days with a migraine and I went to my doctor and they told me I could come here. The person who has been registered since I arrived treated me badly and then made me wait while other people were treated better than me. I think it is not fair that one has to go through that.

Negative experience: I requested the opportunity to speak with a doctor before signing consent to treatment forms. Instead I was met with a rude and aggressive nurse, who seemed very forceful with her idea that I get examined without speaking to the doctor that would be examining me. If you're not in an emergency, don't come here. Schedule an appointment with a doctor you find competent and understanding, or someone that cares about the people they meet with, and not just billing your insurance when you don't need what it pays for.

Fantastic experience: Honestly almost don’t want to write a review because then the secret might get out! Easy, quick and clean. I was able to come on a SATURDAY morning, get checked in quickly and easily and get labs drawn and out of here in just a few minutes. Extremely helpful as I work full time and also have to care for a little one. Feels so good to get efficient care!

Negative experience: Waited over an hour for chest x-ray and bloodwork for surgery scheduled next week (told I needed this yesterday). Told the wait would be 20 min, turned into 1 hour than told they did not have time to do bloodwork cuz they were closing soon. Frustrated to say the least. I'm not going to have time to come back before surgery.

Negative experience: If I could give this a zero I would. DO NOT COME HERE.

Fantastic experience: Very good rehab services. One on one care which is outstanding. I’ve never had rehab services that have been one on one in the Chicagoland area. Nice to know these people care enough to do this.

Negative experience: I am rating the service here "1 star" only because a "no star" rating wasn't available. I arrived with my daughter (whose oxygen on our home oximeter was 90) at ten minutes before 9:00. Long story short, the nurse made it no secret that she wanted to be home instead of caring for my daughter. We asked her if she wanted us to leave. She responded with great attitude, "THAT'S UP TO YOU!" Knowing she would not receive good care, my daughter decided to leave. We are sitting at Sherman Hospital now. So far, the wait is long, but the staff here has a great attitude.

Negative experience: Very long wait. Not good customer service at all. I came in and they didn’t even ask me what I was here for then they just said they will put me on a list and I’ve been waiting for almost 2 hours this is ridiculous I just see people going before me who came in after me.

Fantastic experience: Took my mother in Friday 2pm for a CT scan. The tech/nurse performing the scan was so incredibly kind. Took the time to explain the process and made sure my mother was comfortable.

Fantastic experience: Thank God for Urgent Care!. The Dr. help me to get what I needed for my Illness. Thank you Staff and Dr.Thompson. Thank you JESUS!.❤

Negative experience: Terrible place no sense of urgency I could have went to the south elgin out patient clinic and been out . Under the 2 1/2 hours I have been sitting here so far with my sick 7 year old severely agitated at the beyond very slow and no urgency as I sit here and now wait for the doctor to come into the room with staff outside laughing merrily as there patients wait. Will never visit this place again!!!!!

Positive experience: I always come to this outpatient center the doctors are great and the nurses are wonderful....but recently i visited this past friday! I took my baby in because she has a cold...and the older woman who checked us in....was very unpleasant to me, being rude and very outspoken for no reason...just because i said the wrong health insurance company name, so she basically told me my daughter couldn't be seen there and to leave...so after siting there uncomfortably, she finally looked up my baby insurance..so we were! good to see the doctor after all....Sherman outpatient center please inform the older receptionist with the short hair cut. that she has to be more kind to the patients, and maybe she's not in the right field of work.
