Negative experience: La peor experiencia de mi vida en ese hospital, si se le puede llamar hospital, llegué con dolor intenso a las 3 am, no me atendían inicialmente porque no habia cama, cuando estaba a punto de desmayar me asignaron cama y eso fue todo, pasé 5 horas sin ser atendida porque no habia médico, me aplicaron acetaminofen habienfoles dicho que eso tomé en casa y el dolor no mejoró, sin embargo me pusieron únicamente eso y me dejaron ahi hasta que finalmente 5 horas mas tarde apareció el médico, curiosamente cuando el llegó el dolor habia emepzado a ceder espontáneamente, me mandó exámenes solo para no decir que no me hicieron nada, pero lo peor de todo es que no me habían atendido cuando la cuenta estaba llegando al teléfono un poco mas de 2 mil dólares sin hacerme nada, ni siquiera darme una sabana, eso no tiene atención de emergencia, crei que moriría del ek dolor sin recibir ayuda alguna, mi familiar pedía ayuda a enfermeria y únicamente decian debe esperar el médico llegará en cualquier momento, ese momento fue 5 horas mas tarde, realmentente es desepcionante

Positive experience: I only give 4 because it just seems so old and dingy looking. I live in PA where our hospitals are clean and beautiful. I was nervous about coming here because I live 2.5 hours away. I am having an elective procedure and was send for bloodwork. Every single person working here was extremely nice and helpful. Especially the one at the desk in the Same Day Unit. She was so friendly, very polite and efficient at her job. The lady in the front Admissions desk was also very kind and helpful. My experience was fantastic and I am no longer worried about having my surgery here. Again, the 4 stars, I am used to a newer, more up to date facility. It could definitely use some renovating.

Negative experience: The Emergency room staff is very disrespectful, starting with registration. The triage nurse cra jay does not need to be employed with TRMC, she’s very hostile towards patients. As well as not caring for the patients concerns.

Negative experience: Hello, I am writing this complaint with a lot of pain in my soul apart from the great frustration that I feel at this moment. I arrived at this hospital yesterday, October 3, 2024 at 7pm for an induction. The nurses and doctor on that shift were amazing and kind, but the nurses on the shift after 7am were terrible, I had my baby after 17 hours of being here without being able to eat absolutely anything since the day before, after giving birth I asked for food while I was in the recovery room which I had to beg for since I had been 19 hours without food and they brought it to me at mealtime at 4pm, more than since 12pm I was asking for medication for the pain and congestion that had me really bad and the medication never arrived because according to the nurse I had to wait for the doctor to approve and the pharmacy would send it, while I was in that recovery room I never saw a nurse again and I called several times asking them to please give me dinner which they told me they had already served it and they didn't bring it to me, I cry from frustration because I don't have anyone to come and bring me something to eat and I never thought I would live this terrible and unpleasant experience in such a big hospital, I hope I never in my life see myself in need of returning to this place.

Negative experience: Worst day ever my 12 years old had a fever body ache they look like an hour to give him a room ..then the male doctor came just some questions touch him and nothing else .And just said to keep giving Tylenol. Then took more and 3 hours for the discharge paper ..when I went up front and ask they was not polite. I was there from 1:30 to 7:30 and they did nothing..I so disappointed because there are lots of workers and just talking and making jokes you can here there laughing across the hall...I'll never visit that hospital again and that's that my family has a good Insurance it was not for free.

Fantastic experience: When one gets older and needs to switch over to Medicare and Medicare supplement it can get pretty complex and complicated in making sure to have the right coverage for care and how it goes into the system so you are sure everything will go okay and you will be covered. The Trinitas Regional Medical Center Admitting Department team are very careful, thorough and diligent in making sure that all the paperwork is as it should be and they work together to make sure everything is right and this was also true of the Radiology Department. It is very reassuring and very much appreciated. Thanks so much.

Negative experience: Deberían mejorar el servicio de recepción, de pediatría ;las recepcionista ponen pero por todo no hay ayuda ni colaboración por parte de ellas , si llamas a reservar citas te tienes horas esperando no les importa tu tiempo . Fantastic experience: No entiendo porque tiene malos review este hospital, yo lo frecuento desde el 2017 y me parece que es muy bueno, tanto los doctores como el personal muy amables y te orientan lo mejor que pueden oral y documentado, si llamas para una cita si es complicado porque en ciertas áreas difícilmente contestan el teléfono, la razón ellos la sabrán pero me parece que es buen hospital en lo normal cómo en otros hospitales siempre es de esperar para cada proceso, hasta ahora no he tenido mala experiencia en ninguna área

Positive experience: Trinitas Radiology gave me an appointment for 1pm, I left work early. I was sitting in the waiting room for over two hours waiting to be called. Meanwhile, every one that came after me was called and seen. They kept calling people who recently arrived, while I was waiting for over two hours...

Fantastic experience: I have very little experience with the hospital but I do know that I would like to give praise to the ICU case worker Denina. From the day my mom went to ICU she called me and kept in contact and sent over paperwork that was important asap. She followed up with me every day when she started her shift and always returned the call. She seems to like what she is doing and genuinely care. That meant a lot during this difficult time for my mom

Fantastic experience: I had to go to Trinitas on 8/14/24 for a procedure on my heart. I was to report to the hospital at 6:30a but I got there at 5:45a. Not even 5 minutes later a code red was called and everyone that was sitting in the lobby was asked to move to the coffee shop. At 6a we were allowed to go to the registration department and then sent to SDS. Once there everything was moving quickly and on time. From the registration, nurses to the doctors everyone was wonderful and they made me feel so comfortable even the doctor when he seen my tears, he asked why was I crying and I told him I was nervous and he said you're gonna be just fine and he was so right. Thank You Trinitas for making me feel comfortable ❤️

Negative experience: Llegue por un problema en el corazon atrial Fribillation, estuve 5 dias y todo normal , regrese por lo mismo , tengo 3 días y algunas enfermeras muy lindas personas , hasta este momento nunca vi a mi cardiologo ,nunca me dieron hoy por ejemplo desayuno ni almuerzo , ayer me dieron desayuno 11 am y almuerzo 2 pm , nunca me dieron el kit con pasta de dientes , cepillo medias para ir al baño , tohalla , por decir algo , pero el bill q llega t lo tenes q pagar , siento mucha impotencia , espero poder salir y q diosito me ayude a no tener q pisar mas este hospital

Negative experience: This was the worst hospital I stayed at, the employees and security were absolutely disgusting. Laughing at the patients in distress. Saying horrible things. One even almost let me leave with the emts with my IV still in my arm because she “forgot”. They lost my PROPERTY and I woke up without the things I was wearing the night before. 0/0 if only the workers could get fired and this hospital get TAKEN DOWN. I just hope I don’t see none of them in person cuz we’ll have some words !!!! Worst hospital ever made me feel like it was so inhume the way the treated me/other patients.

Negative experience: This place is trash the workers are aloud to call people names over a parking space there laszy worker this hospital has been the same for years terrible!!! They need to close this place down !! Over a hundred workers and the wait is still 4 hours ! They treat you like they better then ! I wouldn’t recommend this hospital to anybody !! El día sábado 14 de junio del 2024 ocea ayer, fui al hospital Trinitas por un gran dolor en todo el lado izquierdo causado por una muela, el enfermero que estaba de turno en emergencia trata a los pacientes mal dure casi dos horas esperando la doctora. Solo había 4 camillas ocupadas no estaban ocupados y aún así te dejan sufriendo del dolor y para el colmo te tratan y te hablan muy mal…… PÉSIMO SERVICIO!!!

Negative experience: I've been going to Trinitas Regional Medical Center for years I've always come to my appointments early and I'm given appointments and you sit there for hours to be seen. Today is June 21th I have a 10.30am appointment at my gyn whom I have been with for years I got there at 10am its 11.31am and I'm still waiting to see doctor. That's why I lefted my medical doctor here Dr tholodys officI e now I have to find me a new gyn office I should not have to sit for 2 hours to see a doctor.

Negative experience: This place never answers their phones and when confronted face to face their answers are "you need an appointment" or "go to the emergency section". 1hr and 47 min wait on phone just incase someone would pick up. Arrived after given up on phone and workers acting like they are doing the hospital a favor that they are there attitudes don't help. If possible look for another hospital, this one just have unexperienced folk who are counting to go home asap.

Negative experience: The worst hospital I have been to in the state of New Jersey. Avoid if you can! Many Unprofessional staff and the rooms dirty. Kids, adults, prisoners, homeless and substance users all in the same emergency area with just curtains and most are opened. Lord help!

Sigue siendo la misma M… Es mejor ir mas lejos a otro hospital mejor

Negative experience: Carol the labor and delivery nurse/midwife. She’s mean, nasty, rude and disrespectful. She shouldn’t be allowed to assist anyone with birthing a child. To be a nurse you have to have patience and you have none Carol my daughter had a awful experience with you last week. You didn’t like her sister Tone of voice so you went and called DCP .. they can’t touch us sweetie no drugs no alcohol! I’ll be praying you’ll find it in your head to be a better nurse in the future. Trinitas hospital is trash (Trinitrash) get a loyal staff! They have no hearts

Fantastic experience: Today I had to visit the emergency room due to high blood pressure. I am in the medical field so I do take it personal when caring for patients. Let me tell you about my encounter with a few staff to mention Nurse Clovis professionalism was absolutely amazing, Carmen, Dr. Khoury and other staff was magnificent. There were no complaints. The areas were very clean. The triage nurse and staff up front were generous and caring as well. I never did reviews on medical staff. I must say I was impressed. Thank you team for taking care of me. AA

Negative experience: Ese hospital es una decepción total por no decir otras palabras hoy fui con mi hijo de 10 años el llevaba un dolor muy fuerte en el estómago llegue me registraron y cuando nosotros llegamos solo había una personas antes q nosotros y luego llegaron 6 personas más después y pasaron a las personas antes que a mi hijo y solo porque mi hijo no tenía seguro no me lo atendieron yo decidí retirarme porque ya llevaba 2 horas allí esperando y pregunté dos veces y las mujeres esas me respondieron lo mismo que no había habitación q la estaban limpiando y porque a las demás personas si las atendieron

Negative experience: Llevo cuatro horas con mi bebé en emergencias con fiebre, vómito y alergia y la única persona que ha venido es la encargada del papeleo de la factura y veo los otros cuartos 5 bebes más de menos edad que mi niña y tampoco los ha visto el médico… donde están las enfermeras!! al parecer esta noche hay un solo médico para todo el hospital y solo dicen tenga paciencia!!!!! ………vengo por una emergencia enserio??? Negative experience: Please please please avoid this place at all costs. I had a mental health emergency a few years ago and to this day I am still traumatized from my experience. I went through psychosis and I unfortunately still vividly remember how the nurses and staff treated me during my stay. From the day I arrived, I was lied to, laughed at, mocked, yelled at and mistreated. I have never been treated so horribly, especially at a scary and vulnerable time in my life. These people do NOT know how to deal with people suffering from a mental health crisis. Shame on all of you. Sinks and toilets were clogged for weeks. The cleaning lady would lie and say she cleaned the bathroom, only for me to find urine everywhere and I had to clean it up myself, and this was a daily occurrence. God forbid you’re menstruating, it’ll take days before they give you disposable underwear. I bled through and ruined multiple pairs of my own underwear from home because they failed to provide me anything. This isn’t even the extent of my experience. How this place is still running is beyond me. Do yourself the favor and go somewhere else. Save yourself the trauma. I’m still trying to heal from what happened to this day.

ICU was outstanding , emergency staff & security excellent. !! 7th floor staff & nurse superb. Here’s the ugly & dark side of the hosp the 6th fl nurses1- Lazy, 2-careless 3 -, unresponsive. Dirty bed sheets not changed for a week, urine on liner, I asked nurse to change, she replied after she eats lunch.( nice response) The air supply ( oxygen) was disconnected the therapist had to connected, absolutely ridiculous. Did not bath patient for a week. The food service did not ask if she needed help accommodating trays or drinks, walked in & left not a word. Fifty years visiting when it was called St Elizabeth,. Is not fair to generalize as it would put those that took on a profesión to care & have a heart for the sickly. I hope this review identifies those that are useless, only there for paycheck.

Positive experience: Hospitals in general need to do something about getting more help, to where a patient can actually talk to someone who knows about there situation and not have to sit in a bed for a night into the next day without having the slightest clue on what’s going on with them or any clear direction on what to do. The nurses where very nice and kind unfortunately they couldn’t give any information a what we should do or to what was going not much communication. We’ve where there for broken bones had scans and no one came in to give any more info on the situation.

Fantastic experience: Was not feeling well so decided to go to the ER. I haven't been there in yrs due to the bad service but it was the closest hospital to my house. Once i got there it was pretty packed but the staff were really nice and worked fast. Once i got in the room i was nervous waiting on the doctor but once Cynthia Sims the registration night shift nurse went in i felt calm. She was super nice and saw how i was feeling. She spoke to me and gave me some great advice and prayed for us. I will never forget her kind words.God sent her to us for a reason. I wish her and her family lots of health and love.

Negative experience: Lo que me pasó es increíble, de no creer fui a emergencias, ingrese a las 10 de la mañana, me tomaron signos vitales, vomite varias veces y a nadie le importaba, a las 12 m, aproximadamente me tomaron examenes de sangre, la sala estaba muy llena, pasaron las horas jamás me atendió un médico, a las 6p.m decidí retirarme y obvio a nadie le importó. Hoy 30 de enero llego a mi casa una factura de cobro de $650 us, esto es el colmo me están cobrando por no haberme atendido. Cínicos, descarados, falta de vergüenza, etica y todos los adjetivos que le quepan a esta situación.

Negative experience: The nutritionist is very good she got my boyfriend the proper diet and amount of food. (2nd floor) However. They released him with no plan regarding the obvious consequences of a Brain Hemorrhage and imo too early. He is totally unable to carry a conversation now

Negative experience: If You or Someone You Love is in need of mental health care, whether voluntary or involuntary, please steer clear from this hospital!! My loved one is currently in voluntary care. At first care was ok, then the nurses changed for the weekend and it has been downhill from there. As a loved one, when calling to advocate and receive information on the care, I was not treated well. I asked for the nurses name, she provided, when I asked her for the spelling, she refused and transferred me to another nurse in the same station, who told me to Google the name if I don't know the spelling. That nurse transferred me to a supervisor nurse in the same station, who also refused to provide the spelling. I just wanted to be sure I had it right, and he confirmed it but then brushed me off, spoke over me and said he had another patient who he was taking care of at the moment and abruptly and rudely ended the call. I was initially ok with this place, but the weekend staff has proven to be unprofessional, defensive and combative when questioned. My family member was assaulted by another patient earlier, a report was taken by the morning nurse and that nurse communicated that fact to the family. Now, the evening nurse said the assault never took place and there is no report. Nurse Emmanuella, Nurse Sabina and Nurse Supervisor Mr. George, you should all be ashamed of yourselves! You are in the Healthcare "care" industry and are tasked with caring for people, human beings, and you are failing the most vulnerable and have no professionalism or care when speaking with family. Nurse Emmanuella laughed at my loved one, stuck out her tongue & threw up a peace sign, then said she did not do so, all while giggling under her breathe when we spoke! All 3 nurses need to be re-trained on sensitivity, protocol, patient care and bill of rights, and clear, respectful and honest communication with patients family. This health system does not care about individuals with any type of mental illness. No compassion, care or respect. Questions should be answered respectfully, instead all were on the defensive and quick to speak, but not to listen. Disappointed and disgusted with this experience with the nurses this evening. My loved one is still inpatient and now i won't be sleeping tonight, knowing these are the nurses charged with patient care. Shame on you ALL.

Negative experience: my brother who is on DISABILITY relating to a mental disorder was dismissed from there premises and guided him to a shelter that denied him due to them needing a referral. the shelter sent him back to trinitas and they practically deny him entrance and left him outside with no info or aid. i called them with them hanging up on me 4 times with 1 call leading them to transfering me to a promising solution which end up being a closed office. on the 4th call which is that situation i made it clear that the phone call will be recorded due to my situation being hung up multiple times with them abandoning my mentality disabled brother out in the street. the call operator refuse to give me her name, and also claimed dissaproval of accusing me of "making threats" when i expressed that i will be recording the phone call post after getting hung up 4 times prior. luckily i got my brother a shelter. if needed i will post the videos of the phone calls and prove that they are inadequte of there job and actually causing harm to individuals that need them.

Negative experience: I will never forget the time I went into labor and delivery at 5am because I could not feel my baby move and the nurse basically laughed at me for crying. The most insensitive nurse in that whole unit just constantly telling me stop crying it’s not that serious. I wish i knew her name.

My wife is pregnant they do not answer the phones, they treat patients weird because they call and ask for help, they are not keeping us updated and they always have attitudes. Negative experience: My mom is currently in Room 8207 - I went to the hospital today and my mother's nurse Yanaris , deny me information on my mom's condition, as only 1 family member can obtain this information. My mom has 3 daughters, we have the right to be informed, when we call about her present condition. I was deny that right. Very unprofessional, this is not right. Other nurses were very caring and informative. But, that Yanaris, has an attitude. Very unprofessional.

Negative experience: the worst .I went in because i had symptoms of a uti.They took forever just to give me a prescription of antibiotics.i got there at 5pm .Did not get discharge until 9.All the nurses were just giggling and laughing in the hallways.One of the nurses came in asking if i had already peed in a cup around 8.Mind you,they made me pee when i first got there .Do they not communicate with each other ? Negative experience: Please don’t come here. Please!!! My father in law and our families time here has been such a curse. Attached you’ll see pads covering urine of a random guy who’s came into our room and peed all over our floor. We had to call the nurses multiple times to clean it. Security? Didn’t even bother. And guess what, they only put pads over it and called it a day. Human to human, safe yourself from having a bad moment and drive a little more to another hospital. From the moment of check in for a pass, to the nurses, and the security it was a nightmare. The front desk Cynthia from the jump had attitude when asking for the patients name and being incredibly cold and inpatient. If you’re reading this, you should learn to have more mercy and grace. You don’t know what people are going through and the family members that are fighting for their lives in this hospital!! The nurses were on their phone the whole time with patients information out violating HIPPA. The director of care-taking or whoever runs this hospital, please reevaluate your employees and seek help if you want this hospital to be running in the long run. If you are in a job you don’t like, find one that you have passion for!!! We don’t come to the hospital for fun, we come to battle our health, to visit love ones that aren’t promised tomorrow and this hospital is honestly the worse care ever!!! :( if you’re higher up reading this, please don’t just attached a chain message and tell us to call, make a change!!!!!!

Negative experience: Once again the ER shows that they really don't care. I went in Wednesday morning for shoulder pain from a slip and fall injury. They gave a shot of a medicine that did nothing. They gave a lidocaine patch that also did not help. The worst was they wrote a prescription for a medicine that cannot be obtained anywhere in this area. I called to see if they could correct the prescription, the doctor who wrote it said no. There was nothing she could do. Basically they wrote a prescription they knew could not be obtained. The pain has not eased. So now I have to suffer.

Negative experience: The woman at Patient Information was very rude and unprofessional. I was asking about my relative who was admitted there and he was transferred to a different hospital and my relative doesn't know where he is, because he is confused. So before I can get all of that out, the Patient Information woman switched me over to 2 North. I know my relative isn't there in that ward. But she disrespected me and switched me somewhere before I can ask her PATIENT INFORMATION, which is why she has that job. So I then called the Emergency Department and the nurse there was rude as well. This hospital used to be very nice back in the 80's but everyone comes here from elsewhere and then disrespects the people who live here. TRINITAS GET WITH IT! Horrible hospital. I'd give 0 stars if I could. Edit: To Trinitas reg'l medical ctr (Owner), GET WITH THE PROGRAM! You have a 2.6 rating, that means the hospital isn't up to standard! Negative experience: Just like everyone else has said this is the worse hospital ever. FYI they don’t have a pediatrician so don’t waste your time bringing your baby there. After getting him checked they didn’t even give me a proper diagnosis and left me confused wasted hella hours for no reason. I recommend Beth Israel medical center in Newark they have a pediatrician and are 1000% more nice and fast.

Negative experience: Worst hospital ever and I'm sure in violation of hippa law since they triage you right in the waiting room having you discuss ALL of your private personal information in front of everyone. It is very ghetto and unprofessional. And be aware that even if your loved one is having surgery or anything else for that matter, they only allow 1 visitor per day. Not atva time but PER DAY. The ONLY good thing about the hospital was the Dr., Unfortunately I don't have his name. The nurses and techs are burned out with horrible attitudes. I would NEVER return. ***the ER Doctoer is the only person who deserves a star otherwise this janky place deserves ZERO. Highly upset***

Negative experience: Terrible services, today I went with a relative, the nurses treated us with a very bad attitude since the nurse came to the room yelling at me, which made me feel bad because nurses are paid to care for people with kindness, not to yell at them and humiliate them. They also make us wait more than 3 hours to tell me that they will not be able to attend to my relative because where they were going to take him was closed, something that they would have told me from the beginning.

Negative experience: Yesterday afternoon I took my mother(89) to Trinitas. She had stomach pain due to gastritis, and was crying out in pain. They registered her and told us to wait for a room. She was vomiting and felt weak. They wouldn't call us, even though the room was practically empty. I asked them if I should leave and take her to another hospital. They didn't even try to help and simply said" that I should do it if I wanted to, it was my decision. I went to go get my car, and they finally found a room. She got admitted into the hospital room with my sister, who was taking care of her. She told them that I'd be coming back to stay with her because I had to park my car. When I came back they didn't let me in. They wouldn't let me in and in the end they never cared for her or treated her in any way. So I ended up taking her to another emergency room..When I told one of the nurses that there were very little people, she simply said to have a nice day.

Negative experience: This place is very unprofessional Sharon the nurse in the Emergency Department was very rude and nasty her attitude towards patients is very unprofessional. Also when I complained to the charge nurse Lourdes she was also Rude and tried to blame the issue on me. I'm a black male and felt very discriminated against because I was complying the nurse was being rude to me. This place is very unprofessional I will never come back to this hospital again. Negative experience: If I could give 0 stars I would. Stayed overnight for an elective procedure a few months ago and was treated like pure trash. Nurse yelled at me, tugged at my legs when I couldn’t move fast enough for her, shoved a bedpan underneath me, and shoved a cannula in my nose (hard!) because I couldn’t breathe. I wrote to this hospital and they sent me a $5 Dunkin’ Donuts gift card. LOL. What a joke. Stay away if you can!!

Negative experience: Out of the many times I’ve come here, I always regret it. Doesn’t matter what part of the hospital you visit; the ER, the front desk, the charity care office, the women’s health center, literally does NOT matter, the staff here have the nastiest attitudes ever. It’s unreal how unprofessional and rude they are. They constantly yell at you like a child. I could never recommend Trinitas to anyone unless they stop hiring these miserable people.

Negative experience: This was by far one of the worst hospitals I've ever seen. No one has urgency, waited 6hrs for my family member who was in a lot of pain to be seen due to a car accident. Felt more like a waiting room than an emergency room. To be fair I DO NOT blame the staff. It was a busy day and they are short on help. Management should step in and actually train/restructure their staff accordingly. I can see why a lot of people say they are rude but in truth are burned out. Instead of saying "we culture ourselves to do better" go out there and just do it. Why not do better and prove everyone like myself wrong? It is a shame that this has gone on so long and with the same complaints. It is management's responsibility to correct this issue. It is a medical facility but is severely lacking in providing the correct form of care. I hope management sees this and one day act on making changes to better the community and the patients they serve.

Negative experience: Apparently you're not even allowed to sit. They make you wait in the cafeteria. You wanna see change, knock this place down. Horrible attitude from the front desk as soon as we walked in. When I was finally able to see my grandfather, no one helped me find the room and I had to find out from family members. A word of advice for the staff, you never know what someone is going through. Have some sympathy. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I will say there was one nurse upstairs who was very sweet. Give her a promotion or better yet, transfer her to someplace better.

Fantastic experience: Needed to come by here Thursday night for my mother, who was very nervous. Everyone from the ladies who admitted her to the wonderful nurse, Yesenia, and the Dr. Khamis who attended were absolutely caring and professional and helpful. We are so very grateful for all of you!

Negative experience: As soon as I walked through the door the staff was rude and unprofessional. They treated me like a child having a temper tantrum instead of realizing that I was having a panic attack and could not "calm" down immediately. The patient advocate had an attitude problem and even told me that I wasn't being let go until I "calmed down." The one doctor I spoke to for 5 minutes after waiting hours said I wasn't a danger but refused to let me leave. While I was waiting the staff there took turns getting angry with me. When I got angry back because of how I was being treated and because no one would tell me what was happening the patient advocate came back to chastise me and then she called security. They forced me to go into a dark and extremely dirty room to wait for over six hours. I was "checked" on twice despite the fact that I was was still having a panic attack. I was mocked on my way out by the head nurse, and the patient advocate acted like she was going to scream at me if I said or did anything other than sign the discharge paper. I never spoke to the doctor again after her 5 minute evaluation in which she told me to stop exaggerating and that she'd been up 24 hrs as a way to shame me. Everyone there should be fired because it's obvious they don't know how to do their jobs or deal with people who are upset. Edit: after seeing the response - you want me to call the same patient advocate I complained about in my review? Are you serious? It's obvious from the other 1 star reviews that this place is never going to correct their behavior towards anyone. Edit 2: I called and spoke to someone who admitted they were brought in because of the bad reviews. I told them everything that happened and they still tried to explain away the staff's behavior and actions. I cried in my car for an hour after that 20 min conversation, but thanks for the apology letter and the 5$ gift card to Dunkin. Every single one of these people should be reported to the medical board.

Negative experience: Oh lord the waiting time at ER is horrible. They put you in a room and you have to wait at least two hours to be seeing. The only good thing at Trinitas Hospital are the doctors. They really care about their patients. Nurses are lazy,; on their phone most of the time. When isn’t busy they don’t trying to do better so they don’t have a lot of patients waiting. You just see them walking around killing time.

Negative experience: To the likely good staff across this medical center that are not affiliated with the practice of Dr. Vipin Garg I apologize for submitting this on the centers page. This has been copy pasted from my review of their satellite office in union and edited accordingly. There are absolutely no words to properly communicate the sheer failure of a practice both this office and the office in union are. I'll sure try though. I find it perplexing how when my appointment is at say, eleven o'clock A.M, I am not seen by the doctor until noon if I am lucky. I understand running behind schedule but an hour is beyond ridiculous, and that's assuming they don't reschedule your appointment while you are sitting in the waiting area. Those employed by the practice are pompous curs that haven't the slightest idea how to act professionally. Receptionists talking amongst themselves while you try to give them a copay, assuming they even pay enough attention to know to take payment from you. Doctors ignoring questions and flat out lying about receiving equipment to PO boxes (if they tell you that and your supplier is Dynamic Healthcare Services call the supplier immediately to have it set up). I strongly urge anybody thinking, considering, looking at, or any other action regarding this practice to stop it immediately and look somewhere else. If you are a current patient and you see this review when punching the address in on your GPS app of choice, please for the love of all that is good on this earth find a different practice. I don't care who you are, your time is far too valuable to be wasted by these incompetent, insolent, inconsiderate, ignoramuses. Thank you for reading, D.K
