Therapy technician are also well trained. Specially this place gives almost two hours on all patients. I recommend everyone who needs any therapy.

Fantastic experience: I had Improper Misalignment of Knee and I took Physical Therapy under Dr. Preyas Mehta, gave me confidence to climb steps / do my daily activities. Technicians Angelina and Max were very friendly and caring. Felt I was in Safe place/hand to heal my knee alignment. Fantastic experience: I have been going to Innovative for a few months now as a result of my partial hip surgery. I’m very impressed by the professionalism of the entire staff and the care that I have been receiving. The equipments are also state of the art and I am making good progress so far. Fantastic experience: I started my "Road to recovery" on October 22' . Due to a ruptured Patellar tendon, I was sidelined from any activity. This was particularly difficult for me given my history of athleticism. The great staff over at the Edison office of Innovative physical therapy took this into consideration and we immediately got to work. Aside from their unyielding determination , they also provide a sense of comfort and compassion to every client walking through those doors. Now, a full year later, my legs are stronger than ever and I can push myself to new fitness heights. I'd like to personally thank "Kat" , Marisol, Pryash, Sarah , Abby, and Naz. Your help and kindness will forever be appreciated. I highly recommend this establishment to ANYONE looking to improve themselves through physical therapy. 5 STARS!!

Fantastic experience: Preyas is a great PT. Many of the exercises he does with me are easily repeatable at home and he uses a variety of techniques to address my many ailments! Kat - in the office is friendly and communicates my schedule and other administrative things very effectively. Which don’t always come together! Marisol, Max and Danielle are all capable, respectful, friendly aids. What a great combo!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this facility in Edson for lower back pain issues and muscle spasms radiating from my buttock down to the back of my calves. My sessions have only been a few weeks thus far,, and still ongoing but I truly can say that Abby and her assistants has made a big difference in how I’m now feeling. Abby is very knowledgeable and very empathetic to my needs. She and her staff are professionals and very pleasant to be around. With the help of Abby and staff, I have no doubt that my experience will be rewarding and I will be back to my normal activities with ease!!

Fantastic experience: I just finished my physical therapy just this week . for my shoulder . Before I started my therapy I could hardly move my whole left arm and can’t sleep at night . But now Abbey , , my therapist did a good job on my shoulder . Now , I can sleep well at night . Abbey is a very dedicated and caring person in her profession . Though sometimes she works alone herself, still she managed to do her job efficiently . She is a very hard working person . She deserves to be appreciated for what she is doing .

Fantastic experience: I went to them with an acute knee pain due to meniscal tear which happened while playing golf and I was also diagnosed with the beginning stage of osteoarthritis. They treated me with laser, compressors and other modern equipments. My theropist Abby Bautisa was very professional in her approach and very methodical in her treatment. She explained everything patiently and never missed any detail. The other staff were equally professional and helpful. After six sessions I could almost resume all my normal activities,the pain reduced to a large extent and I could sleep well. She focussed on strengthening the muscles around the affected knee and after12 sessions I am feeling near normal with very minimum discomfort due to the tear. They also taught me a bunch of simple exercises to do at home. My sincere thanks to Innovative and Abby for making me feel so much better.I was told I can start playing golf progressively with adequate protection and precautions without much strain on thr knee which was music to my ears

Went to them with a bad back pain - and Abby was quickly able to notice tightness in my back, and set me up with a routine that made the pain go away in days. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend! I have been seeing Dr. Suresh for the past 3 years and I can't see myself going anywhere else. I fell off the wagon between work and the pandemic but when I was ready to return, I was met with a warm welcome! The team is caring, welcoming, professional, knowledgable, and down to earth which is helpful on the days you dread going. Whenever I have questions or new aches and pains, Dr. Suresh and Abby break down what experiencing and create a plan that helps to rebuild my problem areas unlike when I would go to the chiropractor. Dr. Suresh has years of experience which shows in the techniques that he uses and the progress that I have made over time as a result. I'm thankful to have been referred here!

Fantastic experience: 2-3 years of my issues were resolved at this place in just 4-5 weeks. I had pain in my knees which I thought were unsolvable but after I joined this fitness center, I realized it is just due to my sedentary lifestyle. The main physical therapist Abby is knowledgeable, approachable and pays attention to our problems. She gradually kept introducing newer work-outs based on my progress and within 4 weeks, I had a significant improvement. All that is needed is go for the treatment consistently and things will happen automatically. All the assistant therapists Danny, Sohan and Nidhi are great and are very attentive, friendly and know their work pretty well. Kat, who works at the front desk is great too and works her best to accommodate the time-slots that suit our schedules the best.

Fantastic experience: I couldn’t be more satisfied with the treatment i received by at Innovative Physical Therapy after suffering a complete Achilles tear which was a 6 month recovery process. EVERYONE at Innovative therapy played a part in my recovery process. Kathy, the receptionist is the most welcoming person and did a great job at scheduling my appointments and handling the paperwork. Abbey, the physical therapist is very knowledgeable at what she does and is great to talk to especially if you have any questions about your injury, she will explain it thoroughly. The PT assistants Lucas & Dani both make the experience enjoyable while helping you do the workouts along the way. During the Covid pandemic the whole building was spotless, after patients used the machines the assistants sanitized them. They took all the precautions necessary to keep a clean environment. I’m definitely coming back here for any future injuries. WOULD TOTALLY RECOMMEND!!

The place is clean and everything is wiped down once someone is done using the equipment for the next person. Fantastic experience: Abbey is an amazing therapist. She is the best. She always make sure you are happy and relieves. After every session, I always feel better. The environment is pleasant, sanitized and spotless and besides the restrictions because of Covid you still feel the human touch. The aids including Lucas are also super nice and take care of your needs. Kat in the office has a friendly and lovely personality. Actually, she is very patient, she listen and help you in your healing process.

Lucas and Isabella were always attentive to each client and also cleaning of equipment after each use. Cat always kept us informed of scheduled visits and how many were remaining on our script and needed to follow up with Doctor.

Fantastic experience: I am currently a patient at Innovative Physical Therapy and Fitness Center. I feel myself lucky to be at Innovative Therapy when comparing it to other places I visited. The staff at Innovative is amazing. Abby is my physical Therapist. She is very knowledgeable, helpful and great caretaker. Any question /problem/issue I have, she always listens carefully, and will try her Best to resolve it. She explains things well. Best thing about this place is that they have a variety of equipment to give you the best possible treatment and help speed up your recovery. I did not find as much equipment in other places I visited. Staff members Regina, Cat, Lucas, Daniela are wonderful. They are very helpful. They always take care of any suggestions you have without any complain. I am thankful to everybody at Innovative Therapy for providing me excellent service.

Fantastic experience: These guys are just awesome! I have been through a very dark phase when I came face to face with a back injury. Staring at a surgery recommended by most of the doctors, Suresh Babu ( who runs this center ) was recommended to me by a good friend and I planned to give it a shot. Right from day one to my final session, they have been proving their professionalism and empathy towards their customers all through! Given the fact that I'm a tough nut to be impressed, Suresh and team graciously earned my respect in the one month's time. They played a key role in getting my health back... ever thankful to Suresh and team. Keep rocking guys! I would recommend them blindfold to anyone looking for a quality physio service around NJ.

Fantastic experience: Have been going here since 9/11/20 and truly happy with the service that I have been receiving. I have herniated disks in my neck and suffered with pain, stiffness and dizziness. I have gained tremendous mobility in my neck over the past month. Therapist Abby is great and takes her time. The entire staff is pleasant and the facility is kept clean. I definitely recommend them.

Fantastic experience: The staff(Abby, Lucas,Kat) are all awesome. They are extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. From Kat at the front desk who is always smiling and welcoming and friendly , to Lucas who is friendly, helpful and stays on top of things. Now Abby, she knows her stuff. Very patient, knowledgeable and listens to the patient. Knows exactly what needs to be done. I would highly recommend this physical therapy group, they are top notch. Fantastic experience: I dislocated my shoulder, so i needed shoulder rehab and pain relief. It's pretty cool how fast I've been recovering. Abby is super knowledgeable and I'm learning a lot. I'm able to row 125lb dumbbells for reps now, so I'm headed back to any Retro Fitness that has 150s. Great coaching, super chill, very nice, personalized, and actually innovative. I thought i was athletic enough to know everything before coming in, but these are the pros. I'd really recommend coming here for physical therapy. I see the same people when i come in each day, and we're all getting the help we need tailored to our own abilities. If you're injured or in pain, you definitely should set up an appointment here.

When I first started therapy, I could barely move my shoulder; I had very limited range of motion. And with their help and guidance I progressed even greater than I had anticipated. Fantastic experience: I cannot speak for the entire practice, but the facility in Edison on 259 Talmadge Road is an “Excellent” one. The place is brand new. Very clean(spic and span clean) with brand new equipment. They change the pillow covers after each patient. It is a very good place. Every body there is very friendly and fantastic with a smile on their face. Polite and professional. They take the temperature before letting the patients in. They are also supposed to ask some Covid screening questions every time, but they are not doing that and only a paper questionnaire first time. Not a big deal since we expect everyone to be civic and responsible. The physical therapist Dr. Abigail Bautista is a well trained PT, very knowledgeable, patient, pleasant and pay attention to details. She knows the anatomy, physiology, biomechanics and kinetics very well. Her step wise approach to therapy with exercises, massage and heat therapy with gradually increasing intensity is commendable. She is good at Graston technology for she is certified for part1 and trying for part 2 certification. And there is Kat who is at the counter with a smile on her face. To be honest, I never had a chance to look at how they look without “masks” due to covid. But even with masks, their smiles are great. There are two more PT assistants aspiring to be full fledged PT’s who are very pleasant 1) Lucas 2) Isabel. They can fill in for the main therapist.for what they are allowed to. To be honest, I should not talk only about all the good things, in order for the readers to get a true picture, I also need to lay out some actual details. First When I went there to check up and schedule an appointment, Dr. Abigail Bautista was very nice and I was convinced. But at the front desk Kat took my info and said would call back after checking with the insurance. When I called a couple of hours later, she told me it would take up to 24 hours. That was not a sincere and smart answer. To check with insurance it doesn’t take mire than five minutes. I told her either she should let me know in an hour whether I can get an appointment the next day or advice me to go somewhere else. Since I know very well, it won’t take 24 hours and one can check instantly. Even that is not required if one provides the proof of insurance and they accept that insurance. And I don’t like the practices that don’t accept some insurance because they reimburse less. That is against the ethics of the medical profession. Moreover I have two insurances( Primary and Secondary) She called me the next minute and scheduled me for the next day. Except that incidence, Kat is a lovely girl and is very pleasant. She treats patients with dignity and respect. One more thing. I didn’t like with this practice is some of the forms that patients have to fill out regarding financial obligations. When we are providing all the information up front, They can check with the insurance and tell the patient up front whether it is feasible or not. Another thing is they have you sign the document that if the patient won’t inform 24 hours in advance of cancelling the appointment, patient is liable to Pay $50.00. In addition to that whenever they send an automated message reminding the appointment for next day the message contains that penalty clause, even though the message is delivered at 6 PM for a a next day morning appointment which is less than 24 hours. I am just mentioning these minor details, so that the readers are well informed before approaching the practice, But, I am sure, they are not that cruel to with the patients. I did not meet Dr. Suresh Babu who owns the practice yet, buy I am sure he must be a nice gentleman with good ethics, since his staff are excellent people winning the hearts of the patients. So far I had only three sessions and several more to go. I will update at the end when I am done completely. But for now, I don’t have a speck of hesitation in recommending “Innovative Physical Therapy” Edison facility for your PT needs.

Fantastic experience: After years of back pain I can finally say I've gotten much relief. The staff at Innovative Physical Therapy are amazing. I have nothing but nice words to say about this place. I would highly recommend Dr. Bautista! She is an amazing therapist and knows what she is doing! From the first time I met Dr. Bautista, she has made it her goal to help me by implementing different exercise techniques each week. Dr. Bautista was able to explain my condition to me in ways I was able to understand clearly. After doing some exercises, Dr. Bautista would then do manual therapy on my back where I sought most relief. I want to thank her for all her hard work, patience and being understanding. I would definitely recommend Dr. Bautista and Innovative Physical Therapy to all my friends and family!!

Fantastic experience: I came to Innovative Physical Therapy and Fitness through a recommendation from a friend who had a very positive experience with them. Suresh and Abigail were thorough and educational throughout my rehab there. I had a chronic ankle injury that kept me from things I loved like playing sports and the gym. Within a couple weeks I was back at it and I have not have any issues since. I am very grateful for the time they spent with me educating me on how to prevent further injury and healing my ankle. Fantastic experience: I've been very happy with my treatment here. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is pleasant. The treatment I received helped my issues, and even when I had some other unrelated, smaller issues they helped with those too. They were very easy to work with regarding insurance, copays, etc.... And they are right around the corner from where I live so it couldn't be more convenient.

Fantastic experience: I had torn 2 ligaments in my ankle which thank God healed with no surgery, but I needed to have physical therapy to strengthen my ankle. I went to Innovative Physical Therapy & Fitness Center with Dr Suresh Babu, he was absolutely great and the staff was very warm, welcoming and I must add very flexible with scheduling. Each time I went in Dr. Suresh would personally work on my ankle after doing a few exercises and would tape my ankle. He also provided some exercises to perform at home. Each week I went in I could feel my ankle getting stronger and after about 6 weeks of physical therapy I was able to fully go back to the gym, run on the treadmill with no issues and get back in my heels. Fantastic experience: I went to innovative physical therapy for post ACL reconstruction recovery. The doctors are very friendly and very helpful. Dr Suresh spent a lot of time trying to make me do exercises that I was reluctant to do as I was afraid that it would hurt. He was very patient and never rushed me through sessions.I recovered very fast and doctor was pleased.
