Welcome to Capitol Physical Therapy! We are located conveniently for Elk Grove and Sacramento. Please call us at (916) 714-1177 to schedule an appointment.

Fantastic experience: I have been to several different physical therapy centers, and they have been overall good; however, Capitol Physical Therapy Center is by far the best, and the one that has helped me the most on my long road to recovery. All of their staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and they have the extra advantage of having a working relationship with the gym next door, so they incorporate some gym equipment (and swimming pool, but I have not used it) into the physical therapy treatment. I have been able to do some of the therapy using some very beneficial gym equipment (which I truly believe has helped me a LOT). Highly recommend going to them for physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: Finally found a GREAT place to get physical therapy. I hate to exercise because my joints hurt, but aquatic therapy has been wonderful. Thanks to everyone there.

Fantastic experience: The staff at CPT Elk Grove are all very professional and caring. In particular, Karen Gray (PT) determined very effective exercises for me to do at home that relieved my neck pain and headaches resulting from a vehicle accident. I highly recommend this facility and Karen!
