Negative experience: did absolutely nothing, waste of money, keeps sending spam emails asking for payment when I already paid. this is the 2nd or third time now for them begging for money when its already been dismissed, go somewhere else. edit: Disputed and one person said they made a mistake and will contact the team, a few days later, the team says they are charging even more. I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY SERVICE. Go someplace else, the people here will LIE TO YOUR FACE.

Fantastic experience: I had a very positive experience at ATI on Duke Street. Annie, Strom, Demetrius, Ayda. and John (sorry if I butchered the spelling of any names) are outstanding! They are all compassionate, knowledgeable, fun-loving, and positive souls. Although I never worked with John, he was extremely kind and personable. I couldn't help but listen to John explaining techniques to his clients. I was always very impressed with how he was able to explain the reasoning for various exercises to clients in a manner that was easy to understand without being condescending. All five of these talented professionals create an environment that exudes positive vibes, which is crucial for anyone trying to heal. You can see that positive energy at work because I never noticed a negative or unhappy client during my sessions. I also love that the professionals are extremely respectful towards each other. No one ever barked orders at a fellow colleague, and you can tell that they all value each other. All workplaces should be like ATI on Duke Street. I completed my last PT session last week, and I was sad for it to end. With my lack of coordination and general klutziness, there's a high likelihood that I will return one day. Keep up the great work! I hope that the ATI higher-ups read this and reward all of you!

Fantastic experience: I went here for PT for the last 5 months. The staff is fantastic. Annie and the rest of the crew are nice and well informed. I came in with back pain and they gave me the tools and techniques to get myself to a much better situation. You won't regret coming here to get help with whatever is troubling you.

Negative experience: I felt overlooked and undervalued as a patient. Having received PT in the past, this was the worst customer service I have received. After being informed of needing a referral, acknowledging that requirement, and obtaining that referral, all of my appointments were cancelled without further notification to me. Unaware of this, I showed up early to my appointment and waited in the waiting area for over an hour before being able to briefly speak with my therapist. I will not be going back. My time was wasted for what ended up being a 2 minute conversation. I would not recommend this location for your therapy needs.

Fantastic experience: ATI has been amazing to me!! They're very attentive and show true care throughout your recovery process. Definitely will recommend!!!

Negative experience: My experience with ATI on Duke Street was disappointing. When my turn finally arrived after a 30-minute wait, the staff member signaled for me from far to come over to bed number 2 without even getting up and take me to my spot. They were rude and disrespectful, and the evaluator didn’t seem genuine at all. There was no engaging between us and make me feel comfortable. The whole time felt like being at a gym; everyone was chatting, and the evaluator was distracted and engaged in conversation with others, making the environment too noisy and unprofessional. I felt uncomfortable and unvalued. The waiting area had only 2 chair which is the rest has to stand and wait. Uncomfortable. Not very clean and vertices. I hope things change there and young generation learn more responsibility and respect.

Fantastic experience: Excellent customer service, therapists are always working with the patient and paying attention to their patients and making the adjustments on the execution of the exercises when needed.

Fantastic experience: Speaking as Terrance Huskey, this place Has a wonderful place for physical therapy training. It is ran smoothly. It's a very clean environment and the physical therapists are very knowledgeable about their job. Each physical therapists shows their skill set in their own unique way which gives you multiple options to reach your goals.

Fantastic experience: Very pleased with ATI in Alexandria. They have designed an innovative therapy program specifically addressing my needs. The staff is pleasant, enthusiastic and professional. They make the sessions not only helpful but fun. The Clinic Director, Annie Werner, has this place running like a Swiss watch.

During my early sessions, I looked at other clients with knee injuries doing exercises that I thought I would never be able to do. After finishing my course of treatment today, I was able to do them all pain free. Annie knew when to challenge and when to pull back. Her positive attitude was an added catalyst for my weekly progress. I enthusiastically recommend this team of professionals!

Fantastic experience: Not sciatica, Piriformis Syndrome...Gone! Annie and her crew are always polite, concerned and diligent about figuring out how to help you. The first couple visits she did what 'the books' said, but when that wasn't really helping, she had me try different motions/stretches and asked my feedback. Once she figured out what was going on with my muscles, bones, tendons she had me on a regimen that gave instantaneous relief!!! Miracle Worker!!! She also threw in helpful life-tips that have made such a difference (lower back/butt/thigh issues...use your heated seat function if you're in your car more than 15 mins). Professional, caring and diligent. SSssoooo grateful I found this location!!! 20 stars!

Fantastic experience: The team here at ATI on Duke St is the best! They were so helpful and knowledgeable, and most importantly kind and patient. I looked forward to every session with them and they made the whole journey fun (At the doctors?? Ikr?!) and pressure-free! After a couple months in their care, I’ve fully recovered with no lingering lower back pain. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I came to ATI with a foot injury I had ignored for too long. I've been through PT numerous times for various injuries over the years and each time was at a different PT company; I strongly believe in PT to begin with, as I know that most doctors (even some quack chiropractors) would recommend you start any recovery with PT, and this time around supports this assertion. From the beginning, Annie and her colleagues were very welcoming and helpful, and after nearly two months of intensive therapy and workouts, I am pain-free again. I can not recommend this group highly enough and everyone here has been a joy to work with on my recovery. While I hope I don't need PT again anytime soon, I know if I do, I have a great place and team to come back to.

Fantastic experience: Very attentive to my needs. Pain level and comfort is always a priority as it should be. They take time to ask if I'm in pain or can I tolerate the exercise. If I say pain we change to course of the exercise or change to a different exercise all together. I trust them with my care.

Fantastic experience: I recently completed treatment for a shoulder injury and could not be happier with my experience. Even though I worked primarily with Anne, the entire staff (Jess, Anne, Dominika, and Erika) worked flawlessly as a team and provided great treatment and an overall fantastic and positive environment. Anne did a excellent job creating and explaining my treatment plan, what we were targeting and why, listened to and addressed any concerns I may have had, and provided great discharge instructions regarding what I should/shouldn't do to continue healing and prevent re-injury. I highly recommend ATI PT Alexandria.

I’m currently being treated for back/hip pain and have learned a lot of helpful “do’s & dont’s” while being treated. I always feel much better when I leave but have a ways to go before being fully healed. I’m grateful to have been directed to ATI!
