Laguna Physical Therapy & Hand

Fantastic experience: We have had an incredible experience with Laguna Physical Therapy and Hand. Bach has been doing weekly in home physical therapy sessions through Alta Regional Center for over a year now for my 2 year old daughter. She is so kind, caring, patient, and creative with her activities. She always finds ways to make the activities fun and work with items we have. She has great suggestions of things we should try throughout the week. My daughter is often stubborn and resistant to participating but Bach never loses her patience and continues to find ways to engage with her. We are forever grateful for her hard work and getting my daughter to crawl, walk and beyond.

Fantastic experience: Laguna Physical therapy has been a blessing for me. I typically see Ashleigh however all of the therapist and aids are great when working with me for my therapy. My therapy there has truly been helpful. I would definitely recommend them. I came in after having surgery from a fractured shoulder and they have been amazing to work with. The injury and healing process was a little scary for me but this team was and is amazing.

Fantastic experience: I am very happy with the therapy sessions my daughter has received through Laguna Physical Therapy. My daughter is 20 months and is a Tranplant patient she was very delayed in a lot of areas and our therapist has worked to continue our daughters improvement . Therapist (Kaisa)is very friendly works with my schedule and always positive . I rate them 5 stars and exceeds our needs at all times.There is days we’re baby girl is just not wanting to do anything and Kaisa puts the best of her to get our daughter up and participating.

Fantastic experience: My 2-year old has twice a month sessions with Kaisa and we’re super happy with our experience! She’s patient, flexible and provides creative ideas that have resulted in noticeable improvements in my toddlers gross motor skills. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I’ve had PT here after 3 different surgeries. Each time they have gotten me back to full use of my arms and my knee. My hubby is starting PT with them for balance issues, I have every confidence that they will help him. Everyone here knows me by name and are so caring and excellent at their job. It’s also the only PT rehab place that I know has 3 PT Therapists who have their Doctorate Degree. Try them out, you won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: From the first PT session, I always felt Laguna PT had my mental and physical condition as their primary concerns. The PT's and assistants rotated my conditioning exercises and were cognizant of my progress. This being the case, I never had to wait between exercises and was able to get the most out of my appointment.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Laguna Physical Therapy! My toddler with ASD who has low muscle tone receives monthly services to help build strength and coordination. His PT Ashleigh is awesome! She is great at providing tips and recommendations to support my son's needs and most importantly is FUN! She is always affirming of my son's strengths and is so good at motivating and engaging him in therapy. We love her!

Fantastic experience: I had an Achilles tendon rupture about a year ago and came here for therapy. Hands down the best providers I have worked with throughout my recovery process. Everyone here has created an environment that is inviting and welcoming from the therapists to the aides. I had worked with Katie for my initial evaluation and also had the pleasure to work with other therapists as well. This format gave me the luxury to try different therapists and they are all excellent at what they do. Even if I was not on their schedule, they would still take the time to greet and check-in on me. My treatment plan consisted of dynamic workouts that were engaging and enjoyable. The therapists took their time to tailor my program to fit the functional goals I wanted to achieve, and also had a good sense of when to progress or regress when listening to the feedback I give them during the workouts. All in all, a great team to work with. Personal, Professional, and Proficient!

Fantastic experience: Thank you Laguna PT. Bach is an incredible physical therapist we’ve had the honor to have working with our son. Also, we recently attended a 4 session Summer Camp with Katie that was so beneficial in helping my son take his first steps!

Fantastic experience: I have unfortunately spent alot of time doing PT here in the last 1 1/2 years. Everyone here is super nice. They all go to the limit to help you and make sure things go right. Kudos for the reminder phone calls as it's always nice to have this just incase you forget when your appt is!! I'll give them 10 Stars

Fantastic experience: This is the second time I have been to Laguna Physical Therapy. A lot of the same staff still works there and remembered me even though it had been 2 years since my last visit. I loved being greeted as an old friend and the newer staff members were similarly friendly and gracious. They work as a team to make sure you are always taken care of even if your "assigned" therapist is occupied. My current problem was similar to the one I had 2 years ago so many of the exercises I remember (but didn't keep them up on my own). Katie developed a program that was easy to master and beneficial to my neck/finger numbness. The numbness is almost gone and the "knot" I had in my back is gone. I love these people!!! When my doctor said I needed Physical therapy, I asked to be referred to Laguna Physical Therapy and he complied. I'm so glad I found them and highly recommend them to anyone in need of PT.

Fantastic experience: I have what I call "chronic whiplash". Katie helped me break up scar tissue, stretch my muscles, and realign my cervical vertebrae. What I thought was going to be crippling long term pain is managable with the daily exercises and stretches I do. Thank you Laguna Physical Therapy & Hand!!

Fantastic experience: My experience at Laguna Physical Therapy has been very positive. The staff is friendly and mindful of keeping everyone safe during this time of Covid 19. Care providers rotate their duties with patients in order to get to know everyone.The treatment I have received so far has made a huge difference in my daily activities. I'm feeling great. Fantastic experience: It's a very professional, yet cozy warm place to go to. The staff there, from DPT, PT assistant, to receptionist, are all very polite, friendly and kind. The two DPT, Katie and Melodie, who worked on my hand's recovery after my stroke are very experienced, creative, thoughtful, encouraging and fun. monitoring my progress with what's best for me in their mind. They make the visit enjoyable and also speeding up my recovery. I highly recommend it!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience being a patient at Laguna Physical Therapy. I got injured some years back and since then have had 13 surgeries to try and fix my ankles and knees. I can always count on the staff to give me the best treatment & all the information for the exercises I do at home. I would recommend everyone to Laguna Physical therapy!

Fantastic experience: I teach preschoolers with special needs and we have the world's best therapist. Ms. Bach is patient, kind, and has a knack for getting children to work hard and have fun doing it. She is very knowledgeable and is willing to share her knowledge in a way we can understand which helps our student's to progress faster. I have met others from Laguna Physical Therapy as well and it is clear that they care about what they do. I highly recommend this group.

Fantastic experience: I came here after several years of trying so many therapies for my chronic low back pain. Kathleen Hicks at Laguna Physical Therapy did a very thorough evaluation and created a treatment plan I could commit to. They wisely had me do exercises to strengthen my muscles to support my back in a pain free neutral position. I was given adjustment and targeted pain relief to finish each session. I was given exercises to due at home which were updated as I made progress. I was also shorn how to adjust myself between appointments. The whole professional staff worked well together to help me reach my goal.

They’re fun to be with, they make me laugh, they come up with all kinds of creative therapy ideas, they brainstorm things I can do at home, they’re on time, they listen to their patients, and they know what they’re doing. They’ll fix what ails you and get you healed and back on your feet! Bach and Katie are the best therapists I’ve had the pleasure of working with as a patient.

Fantastic experience: Katie did a fantastic job of treating my arm after a fracture and surgery. In addition to the therapy done in the office, she gave me several exercises to do at home. I regained my grip strength and range of motion much more quickly than I expected!

Fantastic experience: We have have been fortunate to have Laguna Physical Therapy work with our son for many, many years now. Our son has been through numerous surgeries ; complete scoliosis surgery from T-2- Pelvis, elbow reconstruction, and brain surgery to name a few. They have been there for each recovery., helping him in a gentle and therapeutic manner. Not only have they been there for us during these most difficult times, but they have been on his IEP team for school for many years. He received weekly therapy from Katie and prior to that Jennifer. Both have been amazing at what they do. Getting excited for even the most minor accomplishments. It's not just a job for them, it is their heart and soul. We wouldn't want anyone else working with our son. It takes special people to do what they do on a daily basis, and it shows in everything they do for their clients.

She was great explaining what was wrong in the initial assessment and worked towards my goal.Very pleasant and easy to work with great attention to detail and knowledgeable PT assistants and the other physical therapists Bach and Katie were also pleasant and great to work with.Kirsten at the front desk is amazing , helped me with scheduling my appointments in-spite of my limited availability.Definitely recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Laguna Physical Therapy & Hand Rehabilitation. My daughter was born with developmental delays and did not learn how to walk until she was almost 4 years old. She is now 5. They have worked with her for the past 3 years and still is. With their help she had made huge progress. I am extremely thankful for BACH and everyone else who was involved with my daughter’s physical. I couldn’t ask for a better therapist. Fantastic experience: Laguna Physical Therapy has been a part of our family for 8 years and the experience has been wonderful for our daughter. They are respectful, professional and extremely supportive. Her therapist (Katie) has significantly helped her improve in areas of strength, balance, motor planning, and age-appropriate play, all while building her confidence and tenacity. The sessions are challenging but fun. She is respected and encouraged as an individual, as is our input from a family perspective.
