It is designed to provide a deep tissue massage, which can help to reduce muscle tension, improve circulation, and reduce inflammation. The device can also be used for percussion therapy, which can help to break up adhesions and increase range of motion.
We are going to use a foam roller to focus on mobility before our workout. Flexibility and mobility are often confused as being the same, but they are not. Flexibility is the ability of a joint to move through its full range of motion, while mobility is the ability to move freely and with neuromuscular control. Mobility is also referred to as functional mobility, which is the ability to move through a range of motion with stability and control.
I am so grateful to have been seen by Keri today. A couple of weeks ago I sprained my ankle while travelling and it has been hard to reduce the swelling and get my mobility back. I was really impressed by the work Keri did and the positive impact it had on my ankle. I can walk much better now and my range of motion has improved drastically. I can't thank you enough for your help! Memi V.
I have been seeing Keri for almost a year now and I cannot recommend her enough! She does an amazing job with the soft tissue work on my legs after my knee surgery. She is very knowledgeable and professional in her approach and it is obvious that she takes great pleasure in helping her clients. She always starts by asking questions to get a better understanding of the problem and then tailors her work to the individual. Furthermore, she is a certified athletic trainer and can give advice on exercises and stretches. A huge thank you to Keri! - Anya L., Yelp!
Keri is an expert in her field, and her use of instruments to bring about healing is truly remarkable. Her proficiency in decreasing pain and accelerating the healing process is extraordinary, and I strongly recommend her services.
"This place is amazing! My injury is getting better and I feel like I'm making progress. Plus, they have hours that work with my schedule, with early morning appointments. I feel refreshed and with less pain each time I go!" -Craig R.

The Athletic Training Room: Reviews
Fantastic experience: I can’t express enough gratitude for Keri, who has been an integral part of my son’s recovery and continued athletic journey. A year ago, my son suffered a significant leg injury, 2 broken bones, that could have jeopardized his passion for sports. Keri’s incredible knowledge, dedication, and genuine care not only got him back on his feet but back into full-contact basketball within six months. Her expertise extended far beyond physical rehabilitation. Whenever minor setbacks occurred due to his previous injury, Keri was there, offering not just treatment but also the guidance and exercises needed for stability and strength. What truly sets her apart is the personalized attention she gives. She took the time to understand my son, his concerns, his ambitions, and even his school life, recognizing the pressures young athletes face. Her holistic approach ensured that he was not only physically fit but mentally resilient. Keri’s commitment to my son’s well-being during one of our family’s most challenging times is something we’ll forever appreciate. Her ongoing work with him on strength, conditioning, and injury prevention speaks volumes about her dedication. I can confidently say that without her care, support, and expertise, our son wouldn’t be where he is today—thriving in his sport and confident in his abilities. Thank you, Keri, for being more than an athletic trainer but a guiding force during a difficult period.
