Fantastic experience: I’ve used two other myofascial release practitioners and I already knew how effective this type of treatment could be. I was really surprised that in just one hour Jeff was able to release 80% of the deep stiffness and chronic pain that had built up for over a year in my neck. With other practitioners, the same result would’ve taken 3-4 sessions. I will definitely be back. Very impressive!!!

Then, he started working on helping me to increase my range of motion in my right knee following knee replacement. He is amazingly knowledgeable, very intuitive and sensitive. Fantastic experience: This is something special. If you have any pain, please do yourself a favor and come see this man. It is different so keep that in mind but it works and it works well. Jeff is cool, calm and collected. He will teach you different stretching techniques that really make a difference. I currently have a fracture in my L5 and herniated discs in my L2,L3,L4 but when I leave his simple yet comfortable office I feel totally normal. This feeling doesn’t last forever though so it is very important that you continue the stretching at home. Honestly I am so happy I found him, thank you for all that you do man and I’ll see you again soon!
