Negative experience: I got cancelled one hour before my appointment. I have a busy schedule and took the day off work for this. NOT OK!

You right Jorge it is not OK and it is not what I do! Sorry about the sudden cancellation Jorge. I don't ever cancel on a last minute basis unless it is serious. My wife called stating she was suffocating due to the upper respiratory COVID infection. I went home and found her incoherent and unable to speak. It was a life threatening emergency I had to attend to so I had to cancelled the afternoon. You just happened to be scheduled then. I apologize for your inconvenience/loss, but I wanted her to live.

Fantastic experience: I’ve seen Dr. James on and off through a couple ailments (back and hip). He’s been great at diagnosing the issue and treating it. I’ve felt like he gives me the tips to treat these issues as well, instead of just trying to get me to come back a bunch. The deep tissue massages have helped work out some knots in the muscles as well.

Fantastic experience: After the normal health care system failed to help me, I decided to take the leap to go to a chiropractor. Doc was able to fix me up better in 2 visits. I’ve had 3 MRIs, X-rays and consults with 2 neurosurgeons, yet this place is what got me back on my feet and out of pain.

Negative experience: I visited a new chiropractic office today and came away very disappointed and $100 less. I've been suffering from lower back pain and found Dr. James. In my telephone interview he assured me he would be able to diagnose my problem and alliviate my pain. After a quick probing and a few questions his only advise was to get off my feet, ice my back and rest. I left there very disappointed and in extreme pain. It was hardly what I expected and certainly expensive advise, that I knew to do already. I would never recommend Dr James, save your $100.00 and take a Tylenol.

Lauren Pacelli was a very high strung individual with high expectations. I did diagnosis her problem. I did treat her. She wanted me to fix her up in one visit which was unreasonable considering her type of injury. The body takes time to heal. She didn't like that.

Fantastic experience: I went to see him for painful mid back, he does not try to sell unnecessary treatments. He is very knowledgeable, and gets right to the point. So far so good, I am beginning to notice less pain, and am looking forward to even better results on future visits. He has a great personality, and even my girlfriend has begun to see him for treatments. I highly recommend him.

Fantastic experience: I have gone to Dr. James for 15 years. He is the best! He does a great job with deep tissue work on my back issues, my shoulder surgery recovery, and hip issues.
