Negative experience: Sketchy NP ordered unnecessary tests for an obvious cyst in my shoulder. Tricked me into signing a form that makes me pay for uncovered tests. It's a known problem with Sutter and can be found in news articles. Now I'm in collections for a test I never needed. Be very careful when they try to order any tests.

Negative experience: Front desk staff was rude and a snippy with me because I didn't know which floor to go to. Took the lady all of 5 seconds to figure out where I was supposed to be, so clearly it wasn't a big deal. Sheesh.

Negative experience: Front desk is very rude. Call center staff is worse.

Fantastic experience: It's just easy access, nice people, helpful. Great facility.

Negative experience: I had to have a Covid-19 test prior to surgery. I wasn't allowed (per Sutter Medical Group) to make the appointment until the day I was to have the test. I called back on that day and was told the only time they had open was 6PM. I arrived at 5:50PM. At 6:15PM I had not yet been called back so I inquired as to how long it may still be. I was informed that the person who does the test was on dinner break from 6PM to 6:30PM. So why did they make my appointment for 6PM if her break is starts at that time?? Also, I was there early. The test takes 15 seconds to do. Why didn't she do it before leaving. A lack of common sense by the scheduler at Sutter Medical . . . or no sense at all.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Nyonnoweh Green is a great physician and person. She was able to find the cause of a set of symptoms the have been plaguing for over thirty years. Just to say thank you is not enough. She has given me back my life and confirmed that I am not crazy. Now I can stop taking medicines to treat symptoms caused by one hypertension med that I have been taking for over 30 years. Sutter Medical Foundation never let her go. Give her a raise. Fantastic experience: First time here as we could not get an appointment from our regular clinic. Can’t explained how clean this hospital is, staff was nice and fast. Our appointment was for 4:40pm and they called us right on time. When we went inside medical assistance was very knowledgeable, friendly and caring. Doctor Elizabet came right after medical assistant was finished. Doctor took her time to ask about my son medical history and treated him with respect. doctor did not care how long it took but she wanted to make sure my son is taken care of. I would change all my kids from their regular clinic to Sutter medical center. Their services are great and have newest equipments. I would definitely recommend Sutter to friends, family and everyone!

Fantastic experience: We recently took my father-in-law to see Dr. Matthew Cepeda on short notice. He was having breathing problems and we really appreciate the doctor's thoroughness and bedside manner. Actually, all of the employees in the office were very friendly and professional. We are very pleased with the support we received.

Negative experience: They give me two appointments two weeks before and when we go there , they say that we are not accepting the Medical insurance . My wife was pregnant and They just waste our time. If there is less then one star I just put that .

Negative experience: Regular doc wasn't available for the yearly physical exam so I opt for a nurse practitioner. During the exam, I mentioned to him I don't want to see a dermatologist and spend several hundred dollar to remove a skin tag on my back. He informed me he can take care of it -- " no trouble at all". He tried to freeze it off, but it didn't fell off after 4 days. Finally, I cut it off with a scissor at home. Then I received a $360 bill for this "treatment". Then they tried to schedule me with another specialist in the same hospital for more check ups. Seems all they care is to make money out of you, even you are healthy.
