Fantastic experience: I've been a regular at CryoMe, and my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. The staff here consistently go above and beyond, making every visit a pleasure. I originally started coming for the cryochamber treatments after my workouts, and the results have been amazing--I no longer feel any stiffness or soreness, even after intense exercise. Their membership discount on massages is another great perk; I now treat myself to a massage every two weeks, and it's been wonderful for both relaxation and recovery. I've also started the Pagani Cryo T-Shock treatments with Jamie, who is simply amazing. It's like getting two therapies in one, and l've already lost a few inches from my thighs and lower back! The results are visible, and the whole experience is so worth it. I would 100% recommend CryoMe to anyone looking for effective recovery treatments and outstanding service.

Fantastic experience: I started cool-sculpting w/ Mario 5 months ago. My goal was to lose 5-10 pounds. I lost the 10 pounds after 3 months and about half way through my 10 session package. Two months later and now I've lost another 6 pounds and most importantly I've lost a lot of belly fat that was really bothering me. I do adhere to Mario's nutritional advice and I know that has been the key to my success. The staff are so friendly and accommodating here. I'm so glad I gave it a try and made the investment. Fantastic experience: Upon entering facility, the staff were friendly and accommodating. The facilities were clean, neat, and organized. There are several different procedures they offer (i chose the cryoslimming). The process was painless and fairly quick (about 45 minutes). They answered all questions prior and during the process. Also enjoyed a delightful conversation that basically kept me awake during the process otherwise I probably would have fallen asleep. As far as results..i am satisfied, but will be returning again in a couple of weeks to do it again. I recommend going and at leasy tour the facilities and inquire about what they offer. I do believe that you will not be disappointed. (Also communication very well via text with appointment reminders and to inquire about satisfaction of my appointment)

Negative experience: This place is a scam. Me and my wife paid thousands of dollars for six week fat loss course. It was supposed to be money back guarantee. After six weeks, my weight went up from 200 lbs to 205 lbs, my skeletal muscle mass went down from 62 to 59 and my percent body fat went up from 44 to 48. The owner Shane has all the excuses in the world

Negative experience: We paid thousands of dollars for fat loss at my belly for six week program. After six week, there was no change in fat loss and size of my belly. All I lost was my hard earned money. The owner Shane keep making excuses. Do not go to this place for fat loss. This is my honest opinion.

Fantastic experience: Disclaimer: Do your research on Cryotherapy/Cryo-sculpting, I'm by no means a medical professional to advise you on this. Short version of this review: I love this place, and I highly recommend working with them if you're looking for help with sports recovery, massages or cryo-sculpting. They are honest people, hard working, very warm and welcoming, and have earned my business. Long version of this review: 7 weeks ago I came across a Facebook ad about a 6-week challenge with Cryo-Me to lose weight. I just completed that challenge last night, and what follows has been my experience. I've been depressed about not being able to lose weight lately, and was really looking for a motivation or a coach to help me stay focused. When I saw their FB ad, I skeptically filled out the form, picked an appointment, and waited for a call back. A few hours later Shane (the owner) reached out and welcomed me on board. He asked a few screening questions, how serious I was about this challenge, and I clearly showed interest and determination. He warmly invited me to take their free assessment and determine if this challenge was what I needed. I showed up the next day, and I met the specialist assigned to me (Kat) and the front office lady (Kimberly) - amazing people! They warmly welcomed me on board, took my info, and off I was to the assessment screening. Kat did some weight measurement, a 3D body scan, and boy was I terrified at the looks of my body and all the curves I had developed. I knew I needed help! Kat walked me through the challenge, what I would expect. She explained that cryo sculpting isn't going to magically turn me overnight, but if I disciplined myself, ate right, worked out, then the cryo sculpting would help me reduce fat faster in the troublesome areas in my body (lower abdomen primarily). The catch? You pay a decent sum of money for the 6-week program and if you lose 15lbs then your money is returned and you get the program for free :-) My eyes glowed when I heard that, that was the extra kick/challenge I was looking to motivate me to stay on track! Mind you, there was a chance I would fail and lose the money, but I'm a guy that likes to take chances and stays disciplined when the right conditions are set. I signed up, set the appointment schedule for the upcoming 6 weeks, paid 10% deposit (rest on first appointment) and off I was to the start. The weigh in would take place on my first appointment, and I started researching the best practices to hit my goals within those 6 weeks ... after all, there's money on the line and I hate losing! I weighed in at close to ~242lbs on my 1st appointment, body measurements were embarrassing for my height, but I was determined. The encouragement from the staff members on that day was off the charts, you could genuinely feel they wanted me to succeed and pass the challenge. It's funny because common sense suggests that Cryo Me loses money if I win, but this just made them feel more genuine, they want you to succeed ... and the challenge is designed to help you get there. Over the following 6 weeks I followed I would consult Kat, Kimberly or Shane every week on what I was doing, and the advise was always sound and simple. I was walking every day, hit my nutrition macros, water volume, calorie deficit, sleeping hours, and I felt the improvement. 6 weeks is a LONG time to stay disciplined, and I did have 3~4 cheat days, but even those I would stay reminded of the money on the line, so I wouldn't mess up badly and would go on a longer walk the following day to make up. I was on a mission! My 6th weigh-in was last night, and I'm proud to report that I came in at ~224, so 18 lbs lost over 6 weeks. That's an average of 3 lbs per week! The sculpting definitely helped with the reduction of fat in my lower abdomen, and I couldn't be more grateful. Did I get my money back? YES! Shane is a great business owner, and it's been a pleasure working with Cryo Me so far. I will be starting my membership for the upcoming 3 months and will update again in the future.

Fantastic experience: Just started a trial (3-month) -- only 2 sessions so far -- my impression: Engaged, capable team -- quality equipment -- basically do what they say they're going to do. That's definitely something these days (or is it just me?)

Fantastic experience: I don't only use my CryoMe membership for my two athletic sons, I use it for myself and occasionally for my wife. I work at a desk everyday. After work I work out with weights and aerobics, of course injuries happen. Then on my side construction jobs, I over use my arms and legs to where I can't get out of bed the next day due to over use. CryoMe helps me get over those days of soreness and injuries to where I only have to deal with them for only a day or two. Without CryoMe, I would have to sit out for a week or two until my muscles naturally repair. I am so happy to have my CryoMe membership. It allows me to work hard all the time and feel good doing it.

Fantastic experience: I am very pleased with the results done at Cryo Me and it has only been a week. There was a difference in 2 days. When I was hugged the person said "are you losing weight? You feel so small" I didn't share with anyone that I was going to try this procedure and I was surprised that it was noticeable so quick. Fantastic experience: I have enjoyed making Cryo Me apart of my get your body under control regimen. At the end of December, I began the body sculpting for fat reduction on my stomach. I have had five sessions and dropped 2 pounds from my stomach. I appreciate the knowledge shared by the team. Tonight I was also able to schedule an appointment for medical massage to help manage sciatic pain. I am grateful for the help immediately I felt a difference just praying for continued healing .

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of Cryo Me for almost a year now and it’s been the best membership I’ve ever had. I have done cryotherapy, infrared sauna (my absolute favorite), compressions, chiropractic (the chiropractor is awesome) and now sculpting.. I’m only 2 sessions into the sculpting and can’t wait to see results on a couple months! I am on my feet 8+ hours a day and the services I go to always make me feel better.. and when I get out of the infrared sauna ~ I am relaxed and feel like I’ve sweated all the stress, toxins etc... away! Fantastic experience: Your localized therapies are a godsend for me. Movement has been much easier for me since starting treatments on my lower back, last month. Shane has totally assisted me with a weekly plan that fits my schedule and shows a large scale of improvement. Upon my initial visit, I could barely bend down without pain.
