Positive experience: They serve mimosas.

Negative experience: Very disappointed. Was almost impossible to relax. The movements were so fast and short. Bone over bone, knuckles over bone. A lot of jerking strokes. Crossing side to side on the spine instead of up and down the back.

Positive experience: I got Yan, strong hands but I usually get deep tissue so it wasn’t strong enough for me. For the price and amount of time you get, it is worth it. Foot massages start off in a shared room and back massages are in a private room.

Negative experience: Don’t let Yan do the massage for you. She is really terrible! Unfriendly, rude massage skills, not respect to the customers! She is the worst massage therapist ever! Remember her name is Yan!

Fantastic experience: Yan is an Excellent Massage Therapist. I have been going to her at this Foot & Body Reflexology 2 for almost 2 years. I am A Nurse and I am on my feet 13 hours a day taking care of patients. After a long week or 2 I need a great Massage to relax and rejuvenate myself. I highly recommend this place and I Always ask for Yan she never disappoints me with a Therapeutic Rejuvenating Massage.

Negative experience: I used to like going to this place. But I noticed that a couple of recent times that I went there, the people they have are poorly trained. I gave this place a couple try, but I won’t be going back.

Negative experience: When the foot massage started, I knew it was going to be a LONG 90 minutes. They make you pay before the massage by the way.. No technique, very rushed....did I forget to say, no technique? Wow. Extremely disappointed. Worst massage that I've ever had. Waste of money. Big waste of hard earned money.

Negative experience: Horrible massage, careless, rushed through the process, and barely had pressure! This used to be my fav place and even the front desk was not helpful about it. Not professional or empathetic. They were acting as if I just wanted my money back like I needed $$. If that was the case I would have never tipped her. I shouldn’t have tipped her. I just felt like if you hate your job then don’t take it out on others. Maybe she needed the $. I’ve had a rough week too and this was supposed to be something I really looked forward to. Did I take it out on others.. never. Just flew back after 4 years, I used to come here 2x a week and would bring a friend which I did this time.. as well. But off to try a new location. I rather take my business elsewhere especially if they lack consideration, unprofessional about the issue, and careless. Smdh. I’m so annoyed. Bad idea if you want to destress. Waste of $$ and time.

Positive experience: Another excellent massage! I walked in with a headache and achy joints and Lisa took care of me, no doubt finding just where my muscles were too tight and needed extra attention. Worth the money and a healthy tip!

The things the you wanted to point out to spend more time on certain areas on your body they just noded but won't do it anyway. The massage is good still with the price that is reasonable...

Fantastic experience: I love this place. It’s affordable and works for me. I have muscle spasms in my neck, shoulders and back. I found a masseuse, May. I don’t know where she went to school, but I know she’s been taught by the best and is the best. If I get massages on a regular basis, I get less spasms.

Even after letting him know it was a little to ruff he still did no different, he also smelled like cigarette ! Am giving it 1 start so I can let people know about my experience !

Negative experience: came here twice since this place is just right accross our house. 1st one is ok, not bad nor not good. so came back again for the 2nd time & chose the package for foot massage & back massage, after they soak my foot into the water for 15-20 mnts, he came back with his gloves on! i was like.. really? massage using gloves???!! dude, u already soaked my foot for 15-20mnts then you’re gonna used gloves to massage my foot?!! the heck! & as if they’re just marinating a baby back ribs the way he massage my foot! they just rubbing my foot without any pressure on it! & there back massage is horrible as well! using their elbows & fist. i will never ever come back here again even it’s for free! don’t waste money & time on this place!

Negative experience: I would not recommend this place for anyone. Had a 90 minute massage body massage I kept saying ouch. And the massager just kept going on. I felt like I was in a meat grinder. When it was said and done. The guy hovered over me for the tip. Please keep in mind they wanted to be paid upfront. This was the first time I’ve ever experience this. I don’t recommend this place. I have a bruise on my back.

Negative experience: Don’t get a massage here, go to the Florin one! I only came here because my husband said this was the best place he’s been to but really it’s horrible! The man massages me as if he was grinding meat! Don’t get me wrong I like a deep tissue massage but this was just horrible and painful!! He kept squeezing my neck area and I mean squeezing as if he was grabbing a rag doll!! Don’t waste your money!

Negative experience: They charge in advance... I asked for the basic. For 2 of us. It was 50 total instead of giving change when I asked for a receipt that is all I got was a receipt for 60 I prepaid. Which was giving the massage person 5 each as a tip on 25.00 Then I also left another 5.00 in the back after a massage. For each 25.00 massage they were getting 10 tip. She started getting rude and I told her I paid extra up front. Basically I left each a 50% tip by the time I left because she was acting like I was ripping her off. So I ended up paying the same almost as a higher end massage .. I had the same happen 6 months ago but forgot this was the place until after they strong armed me for more.. I should have just left and not played into that.. But beware

Positive experience: Inexpensive so don't expect high end spa treatment but you can still get a good, effective massage. Massage is done with clothes on and tables are in the open. I would call this a blue collar massage.

Negative experience: Based on the review, I decided to try out this massage place. Before the massage they charge you for the service. I was a bit hesitant when I entered the room to have my massage. Some would think because of the room size, yes it was a tiny room. But the room has a glass window. It's see through. The whole time my massage was done the people could see me through the window. The lady massaging me can't see through. That was not true which I realized at the end.

Negative experience: Service was awful. Workers did not speak a lick of English when necessary to converse of what I needed. Rough and hard hand, made my tension worse. Laughed at my tip at the end when I shouldn't have tipped at all. Never will return again.will not recommend to anyone again.

Negative experience: I went to this place because my wife's Co worker said they were awesome and had good rates, so I figured let's try it. Bad idea. First thing, they gave me a man to massage me. I'm not homophobic or anything, but I don't want a man massaging me. Second, since I only asked for a back and shoulder massage they had me sit in a chair like the ones at the mall and the chair moved and rocked the whole time. Third, I said screw it let's see what he can do and that was a mistake. There's no way that guy was a licensed massage therapist. He just used his forearm and elbow to grind into my back the whole time. He didn't speak English so when I tried to communicate with him he grunted and nodded, not really understanding what I said. At no point did I feel relaxed. Needless to say I will never go there again. It was only $20 for a half an hour and I still feel like I was ripped off.

Positive experience: The guy who did my reflexology foot massage came right in from smoking a cigarette and stunk! They don't really speak English, and didn't give me what I asked for

Negative experience: Had an appointment last weekend. Place is creepy. One guy had a surgeon's mask on. WTF!! And the employees don't speak English. Awful service. How are we supposed to communicate what we need and most especially what we do not want them to do? My spine is very sensitive right now: injury. The first thing she did was press on my spine. Omg! I said there's a hard knot in there and she responded with, Oh hard ok. And started pressing super hard.

Negative experience: My husband and I just moved to the Elk Grove area and came to Foot & Body Reflexology for a couples massage after finishing our move. This was a giant mistake! The only person that spoke English was the receptionist. They had two elderly ladies work on us, and those two ladies were all bone. It was as if someone were scraping our bodies with dry bone. And even though I discussed the kind of massage I wanted (focusing mostly on my hands, since I work with my hands) with the receptionist, once on the phone and then again when we arrived, the ladies doing our massages didn't even touch our hands. NOR DID THEY TOUCH OUR FEET. When I spoke to the receptionist about this after the massage, she said "oh, I'm sorry, that was my fault. I should have told you that our Deep Tissue Massage doesn't include work on the hands and feet." I was flabbergasted! Firstly, because I specified TWICE that I wanted extra work on my hands. And, Secondly, there is no kind of body massage that does not include a massage of the hands and feet. ...When it came down to paying, I only paid for one massage. But now, more than a week later, as I am still in pain from the horrible massage we received, I wish I hadn't paid at all. Take my advice, people, DO NOT GO HERE FOR A MASSAGE! ...I wouldn't we surprised if this massage parlor was merely an illegal immigrant work shop.
