Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Dtr. Labrado for a couple of years now. I had been going to a chiropractor in Sacramento and wanted a chiropractor that was in Elk Grove. I also was becoming dissatisfied with the chiropractor I was going to. I like that Doctor Labrado is flexible and can always see me the day I call and want to schedule an appointment. I tried scheduling appointments in advance and it doesn't work for me. One time I was in so much pain the doctor saw me on a weekend day. Was not expecting that and was so happy. He listens, is flexible when scheduling appointments, and wants to see his patients feel better. My 11 year old son even comes in for regular adjustments. I highly recommend if you need a chiropractor see Doctor Labrado.

Fantastic experience: My husband met Dr. Labrado through a networking group of professionals that work by referral. Over the years, I've suffered from neck, shoulder and back pain when waking in the mornings and it seemed to be getting worse. My husband recommended my seeing Dr. Labrado, which I did; and, I’m very pleased with the improvement regarding my lack of morning pain. Due to years of physical activities: snow skiing, water skiing, playing softball,etc., and a few people rear ending a car I would be in or driving, has contributed to my slow but increasing pain. After seeing Dr. Labrado, he has helped me with understanding why I have the pain. Also, I was not aware of the fact that my hands and feet going numb at night were caused from nerves being pinched due to the compression and lack of mobility of my spine. Since going to Dr. Labrabo I've noticed a comparable difference regarding the numbness. I have not been awakened in the middle of the night from the numbness in which I would get up until they were back to normal. I highly recommend Dr. Labrado for anyone with any kind of pain as it could be related to an undiscovered problem that through Chiropractic care would relieve and/or resolve. It is one of those things, which until you try something new you will never know if it will work for you. I didn't! For a very long time I was taking over the counter pain relievers, rubbing smelly and non-smelly ointments to relieve the pain. Dr. Labrado's treatments have been a tremendous help of relief and I highly recommend his expertise.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr. Labrado for about two months now. I went to him because I have been experiencing problems with my neck that were causing headaches and a great deal of pressure on my skull, as well as daily choking episodes. I had never experienced anything like it. Dr. Labrado took great care to explain the X-rays to me and we worked out a plan for the first month. Within 10 days, much of the pain had been relieved and the choking reduced to almost nothing. After two months, my neck feels normal, the pressure and pain are gone, and I have not choked in weeks. I am very satisfied with my experience.

Fantastic experience: I have a good amount of experience with different chiropractors, and I am very pleased with Dr. Labrado. I came out of a bad injury and I needed a place to go. I went to Dr. Labrado and he took care of me. Fantastic experience: I first came to Dr. Labrador's office with back pain that I have been suffering with for over 8 years. Having been to multiple chiropractors, and having no luck, I was about to give up on trying. I thought one last try, and I stumbled upon Labrado's office and decided to make an appointment. Well it just happened to be the best choice I could have made. He gave me the adjustments I needed to help my body, gave me advice on how I should maintain my back and help heal. Fantastic experience: I have been to at least 5 different Chiropractors in my life. Based on these experiences, I'd like to say Dr. Labrado has been the best. What sets him apart from the rest is ease of appointments, and his all hands on approach. I am not a big fan of automated machines...or working through stations....Its just not my style. I appreciate his attention to detail, and his ability and willingness to inform his patients when questions are asked. He even encourages his patients to reach out regardless of time of day if deemed necessary by his patients. Lastly, I also appreciate that he is a one man show (so to speak). When I message or call him, I get direct answers/responses.

Fantastic experience: Before Dr. Labrado, I experienced a great deal of pain in my right arm, shoulder and neck. I couldn't drive or work comfortably without the constant tingling and overall debilitating feeling I had been experiencing. After meeting Dr. Labrado and receiving a thorough exam he explained to me why I was in pain. Shortly after starting my prescribed treatment plan, I began to experience relief. Today I am pain free.

Fantastic experience: Before going to Dr. Lebrado, I was experiencing pain and discomfort on the right side of my back, shoulder, and neck. I was getting a lot of muscle spasms whenever I’m just sitting at my desk either working or doing school work. I could just sit for 10 minutes and the right side of my back/shoulder will start to spasm. I would do a quick stretch but it would never go away. I was also experiencing 2-3 headaches a week. On my first visit, Dr. Lebrado was very kind, professional, and informative and continued to be that way throughout the rest of my visits. I’ve been to a chiropractor before Dr. Labrado so I thought I knew what I was getting myself into again. However, that was not the case. My first visit with Dr. Labrado was way better than the chiropractic services I received before. I learned more in my first day with Dr. Labrado than the entirety of my treatment service from my previous chiropractor. Throughout my visits with Dr. Labrado, the pain and discomfort lessened. Every week, I’ve progressed. He also had an answer to pretty much everything I asked him. He also taught me some stretches that I actually now do daily because of how much it helped. I was no longer experiencing the muscle spasms and headaches 2-3 times a week. I can’t even remember that last time I had a headache. Fantastic experience: Dr. Labrado is the best! He is the most honest chiropractor I've ever worked with! He goes above and beyond to provide a care plan that is adjusted to your specific needs. I have lupus and fibromyalgia, which just means I have chronic pain. I am a young 28 years old and already my body has been put through so much strain. I look forward to coming to see him every week, because even if my adjustments are not a fix all...I have instant relief upon leaving. If you’ve seen other practitioners for the same issues and don’t know exactly what is causing pain, Dr. Labrado will not only address the issue with evaluation, diagnosis and treatment, but he will also strongly encourage you to ask the right questions to guide your healthcare needs with every doctor you ever see from then on. As a patient, I found his ability to directly link his treatment to noticiable mobility improvement and pain reduction proof that he knows what he can do when the problem is within his skills to help correct.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Labrado is a fantastic Chiropractor. He actually explains to what's going on with your neck, spine and back or other problems areas you might have. He doesn't just explain it to you but shows you. So you visually can see your issues and how it effecting other parts of your body. I'm a Veteran and VA patient. I thought oh great another outside VA doctor who isn't really going to help me. I was referred to Dr. Labrado through VA Community Care. He's the 1st Chiropractor to explain why I'm in pain and how to improve it. He actually talks to you and see where your pain levels are and wants to see improvement in you. Fantastic experience: I suffered a back injury about 5 years ago deadlifting. Since then, my pain has been a constant 7-9 on a 1-10 scale when doing activities. I've been to medical doctors and 3 chiropractors and they've all said the same. Take some pain medication when it gets bad and do some stretches. Only one of the bunch took x-rays (a chiropractor) and he said you don't look too bad. We found Dr. Labrado thanks to my wife (a helicopter mom) and her search for the best health care for my daughter's. I am hesitant and even skeptical of doctors. Having said that, my first visit with Mr. Labrado was very thorough and educational. He explained that no doctor should ever treat you without first taking film (x-rays). Otherwise they are just guessing at what the problem is. He gives off a reassuring feeling and actually explains to you why you are hurting. For me he explained my back muscles were spasmed. In 5 years not one of the health care providers I went to ever mentioned this. Dr. Labrado's neck adjustments feel soo much deeper and satisfying than any other chiropractor I've been to. After His first adjustment I told him I felt like a warm jacket was placed around me. My back pain was gone. Even though Mr. Labrado said the pain would come back because it takes time, the hope he gave me was priceless. This man has upped my quality of life and After a few weeks has gotten my pain down to around a 4. I am extremely great full and hope with my experience others can benefit.

Fantastic experience: If you’re looking for a hardworking, knowledgeable, and client oriented treatment, then I recommend you see Dr. Jeff Labrado. From my first few treatments you will experience effective treatment, valuable teaching, and a friendly environment. I’ve had lower back pain for three years where my left calf and part of my foot is numb from stenosis. I’ve seen multiple doctors, went through physical therapy and a chiropractor and realized I wasted my time with them. Dr. Labrado doesn’t only address your issues and concerns, but does a thorough check with your whole body by taking X-rays, asking questions, etc to make sure he doesn’t miss anything. This is a great proactive approach, where he catches anything I may have missed so that it doesn’t become a problem later. My previous chiropractor did not do any X-rays and I felt he wasn’t addressing my specific concerns. Treatment was specific to my needs. This is where Dr. Labrado stood out to me. He shared to me what the doctors have missed and what he plans to do. I instantly felt better on the first day of treatment. The tingling/throbbing in my left foot went away and has yet to return. The treatment he gave was different from my previous chiropractor because it was targeting what I actually needed versus the previous chiropractor playing a guessing game on what I needed. Environment- the location is easy to find, parking is available, and the building is safe. Upon entering, I was quickly checked in and Dr. Labrado came to greet me instantly. The place was clean and welcoming. Valuable teaching- what I love about Dr. Labrado is he tries to teach you exactly what is going on with the problem, the plan to target the problem, and to make sure that the information is seeking in. He teaches you about your body, so that you can have that in your tool belt to use when visiting other doctors to make sure you’re getting the treatment you need. I highly recommend seeing this amazing doctor. I wish I did better research to find him three years ago because I know I wouldn’t be having this pain still. Rating from 1-10, I would say above a 10. Fantastic experience: The only place I’d go for back pain. I got into a car crash and that resulted in my lower back having intense pain that was chronic also started to affect my upper back and neck as well, went to Kaiser and my doctor gave some pain meds and didn’t really locate the issue and I still had intense pain and stiffness in my lower back. The doctor straight up told me they can’t do anything about it except give a lot of medications. Luckily I found doctor Labrado super nice and very well educated in the what he does. First he did an x-ray of my back which the doctor did not even do, then went over it step by step very easy to understand so you know exactly what’s causing the problem. Long story short my pain was around a 9-8 now 2 months in, it’s down to a 0. Dr. Labrado is an amazing person and I recommend him to anyone with any back related issue and any general chiropractor needs.

Fantastic experience: Doctor Labrado is an excellent doctor with a great personality. On my first appointment he listened to my concerns. He educates his patients and not just treats them. I like that he does X-rays on the first appointment and after a couple of visits he does X-rays again to see the progress. My pains have gone away and my bones are a lot more aligned. I didn’t know how important is an alignment until I came to his office. This is the best investment I’ve made. I dealt with sciatica nerve pain for years! It got worse after my 3rd child. Doctors gave me no solution. After a few visits my pain went away and I haven’t had any problema since.

Fantastic experience: I got in a minor car accident and had very intense neck and head pain. I had pretty severe headaches, I tried different medicines, muscle relaxers for my shoulder area, and tried to just simply rest it off. Fantastic experience: I was referred to Dr. Labrado to help me with pain that I've had for 20+ years, 3 surgeries, physical therapy, acupuncture, pain medication and I was very skeptical but figured what do I have to lose? On my very first appointment he went over my x-rays and said he could help. He adjusted me and I was surprised it provide relief immediately but thought the pain would come back with the same intensity. I have received about 10 adjustments and I can not believe my pain level has gone from a level 10 to 3-4. The improvement has continued and it's remarkable to feel less pain on a daily basis. Fantastic experience: Dr. Labrado started treating me on January 24, 2019. The first time I saw him, I had severe neck pain and had grinding and clicking sounds from my neck whenever I turned my neck. This morning was my fourth visit. It's amazing now that I don't have the grinding any more, however, the clicking sounds are minimal now. My neck pain is greatly reduced. I have never had a chiropractor who has educated me so much about why I have my neck pain and the x-rays show that not only my neck is out of alignment, my spine and one of my hips are off too. Fantastic experience: Dr. Labrado is amazing!! I went it in not knowing what to expect. I had X-rays taken so we can see what needed to get fixed and how he can help me. The way he educates you on your back and how nerves can be damaged and how it basically affects your whole body by not having an align back was mind blowing. I went in there with headaches averaging 2-3 per week. After a few sessions my headaches have been fewer to the point where I’m down to none. Best experience ever. I highly recommend Dr. Labrado!

Fantastic experience: After several months of going to doctors and specialists to help with my shoulder and wrist pain, and having no improvements, I went to Dr. Labrado to try chiropractic care. Within a month I began to feel better and six months later I was pain free. Dr. Labrado took the time to listen to me and explain my systems and their root cause in a way that was understandable. I now visit Dr. Labrado about once a month and he keeps me feeling great!

He meets with his patients to discuss the x-ray results and recommends a plan of action. He also gives realistic expectations and timetables for healing and recovery. I saw Dr. Labrado last year after an exercise-related injury exacerbated damage to my neck and back sustained in a car accident, and he had me healthy within a few weeks without the use of drugs or surgery. I also greatly appreciate how he was able to work with me after my insurance stopped covering the visits.

Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Dr Labrado for about a year now. When I first walked in to his office I could hardly stand straight. The first thing he did was to take x-rays and fully explain the mechanics of the back and how my back differed. I no longer have any back pain but continue to see him bi weekly to avoid having to walk back into his office bent over again. Great Experience. I trust him.

Fantastic experience: I never thought I was going to be me again. I had a work injury that never healed and no doctor, medicine nor treatment made it better. With 1 visit with Labrado I was able to again lift my arm and rotate it and get an explanation of what was going on. I continue to see him to align my back, adjust my neck and just rub out those knots from time to time. He has truly changed my life and made me the happy me without the every day pain.

Fantastic experience: I suffer from lower back pain which occasionally flairs up. This recent flair up was sever and I needed some relief ASAP. I called Dr. Labrado for the first time and explained to him my back issue. He immediately scheduled an appointment for me that same day. During my first visit, Dr. Labrado did x-rays of my spine and hip and after reviewing them, immediately started the treatments. He scheduled three treatments per week and within the second week the pain level went from a seven down to a one. That is a substantial improvement. Dr. Labrado is very thorough and highly skilled in his profession. I highly recommend Dr. Labrado because I have visited several Chiroprators in the past for the same issue and got minimal results and definitely would not consider a medical doctor because their treatment for back pain are drugs for pain and muscles which I refuse to take. Bedridden and unable to stand, my wife found Dr. Labrado and within a week he had me up and moving around on my own. My entire family has been going to him since. Fantastic experience: Dr. Labrado is fantastic! I am 39 and have old sports injuries. He took the time to x-ray my spine and customized the work that needed to be done. I've since moved out of state and have not been able to find ANYONE comparable. I still go see the Dr. on vacations! During a vacation to CA, my husband hurt his back. Dr. Labrado took him right in. Fantastic experience: I suffer from severe upper and lower back pain as well as other health issues that are directly caused by my back issues. He paid attention to my issues and explained how everything works. After an adjustment I got immediate relief.
