Fantastic experience: I had knee replacement surgery but never had full use of my knee and had continued pain. I have been to many physical therapy clinics but have to admit Niagara Therapy has been the best. The therapists believed in me when I thought I couldn’t go any further. Fantastic experience: We love the folks at Niagra, they are like family to us. Both me and my husband use Niagra for PT and OT. At Niagra, the therapists are experienced and professional and very creative! They always come up with solutions to every day obstacles, and give us the tools we need to succeed. They treat us with respect and always have a positive attitude and terrific sense of humor. We have to drive a little farther, but its worth it and I highly recommend Niagra to anyone looking for quality therapy. Thank you, Niagra, for all you've done for us!

When our daughter started struggling to stay engaged, the SLP worked physical movement and personalized stories into their therapy time. She really goes above and beyond and works to make speech therapy fun! My seven year old said we should give her 5000 stars!!!!

Fantastic experience: My 3 year old son has been attending occupational therapy at Niagara for almost a year now. Our pediatrician referred us to Niagara Therapy after he was showing signs of delay in fine motor skills and some sensory processing issues. Our first visit was a consultation and we set up a schedule to see the same therapist once a week. Jessica our therapist is amazing. I have seen incredible improvement in my sons fine motor abilities and his willingness to try activities he would have previously refused. The patience and kindness shown by his therapist is nothing short of amazing! All of the staff I have encountered has been kind, considerate, and helpful. My son has had the opportunity to work with a therapy dog, use strengthening equipment they have on site, and enjoy a variety of activities (games, crafts, exercises, obstacle courses) designed specifically for him. The receptionist Valerie works diligently to schedule our appointments and is extremely flexible with our busy schedule. I truly cannot say enough great things about Niagara Therapy! I am so happy we were referred to this office. We drive 45 minutes and it's worth the drive. If you or your family are in need of occupational, physical, or speech therapy I 10/10 recommend Niagara!!!

Negative experience: While in their care, two days after an endurance test which I should of never had, I had a completely different physical therapist than I have ever had, I always had the same therapist up until this point, I hear a pop and a twist in my knee. It started turning colors. I get an x-ray, no breaks. Two weeks later, go to the ER no blood clots but they believe it's a torn meniscus. I am now to go see an orthopedic surgeon. When my fiance emailed them a complaint there was no concern shown about me or question of how I was doing just coldness. I don't deserve to be treated like this.

Fantastic experience: After suffering a concussion I struggled to find someplace who understood the intricacies of my injury. My therapists at Niagara have been incredibly knowledgeable and kind.They have helped me to deal with things both emotionally and physically.

Negative experience: Absolute joke. The owner doesn't stop running her mouth long enough to listen to you. Find somewhere else! I would NEVER recommend this place! Plenty other "professional" places to go!
