Fantastic experience: I did their IOP and regular outpatient with a successful discharge. The first time completing an outpatient since 2011. The staff their is friendly and really helps meet your needs. They have different times and days for groups to work around your schedule. The groups are very insightful and a place to share your experience, strength, and hope judgment free. The counselors are great in the material they bring to group as well as making your treatment plan so you can focus on your individual needs. It was a great stepping stone for my recovery and recommend this place to anyone... Thanks pyramid for the excellent service.

Negative experience: Had an appointment showed up and Noone ever came to the desk so after waiting 30 mins I left. Never again will I waist my time

Fantastic experience: The front office is awesome especially Santi but there’s this counselor Jennifer she should learn to keep her ignorant comments to herself those can really effect peoples sobriety other than that this place has helped me stay clean and sober.

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of a brief encounter with Alyssa. Her knowledge of the subject discussed was evident in her presentation. She made an otherwise disheartening situation amiable.

Positive experience: As far as drug and alcohol outpatient treatment facilities go, this one is extremely tolerable. They have different days of week and times of day for each group other than their PHP group. They are also extremely flexible at letting you make up a day on a different day, as long as it is the same week and as long as you give notice. They do not tolerate absenteeism. It is better to get a dirty at this place than be absent, and they handle that better than absenteeism. The only strictness I really experienced was with attendance. There are some extremely intolerable counselors here, especially if you are a medical marijuana patient, but they also have a lot of very great counselors. Any time I had an issue with a counselor, I was heard and was allowed to switch. I recommend this place way above Stairways and others. I went here for eight months and am still sober.

Negative experience: Youre staff is ignorant. Does not help answer your questions. Doesnt care about recovery in the slightest bit. Doesnt care about your situation at all. I am homeless and living in a car. Noone will work with me. Christine is not accomidating to my surroundings no matter what to her i am not sitting up to her even though my car seat is completely up. It is chilidish and uncalled for. You are messing with peoples sobrierty and life. People can go back to jail for this. You cannot kick someone out of class for being homeless it is wrong. The way Christine treats people as if she wants them to relapse. Im from Erie County.

Negative experience: This place is a joke. They don't care about rehabilitation, if you stay sick, they stay in business. It's a great place to go if you just need to do your court bid and want to relapse. They won't help you get better, they just want their paycheck.
