ProResults Physical Therapy Escondido

Fantastic experience: Can’t say enough good things about the team at the Escondido ProResults. Went in at my doctor’s suggestion to try to help my knees. I was very skeptical initially because my knees are worn out bone to bone. They were able to relieve much of my pain through targeted exercises.

Negative experience: They never did what was on the referral, so I went to the one in San Marcos and the actually did what was necessary. So thank you San Marcos Proresults

Fantastic experience: I started physical therapy at Pro Results in December 2023 after my first total knee replacement. My previous experiences with rehab had never been great- but this has been a completely different experience. On my first visit, Dr. Via conducted a very thorough review of where I was at physically and mentally- and she immediately put me on the fast track to a successful come back. Not only is she masterful at manipulating the human body, but she is also very compassionate and truly motivational. She is backed by a very competent group of associates who make sure you do your exercises properly and in accordance with the therapy plan. A strong support staff, lead by Cynthia, will make sure you get scheduled in a timely manner and deal with all the insurance requirements so that all you have to do is show up and focus on getting right again. They are kind, courteous and very professional. The staff at Pro-Results will make every effort to make you whole again no matter what difficulties you are facing. I have seen this in my own success as well as that of many others who are there recovering from surgery, injury or just worn out bodies. I owe Dr. Via and the Pro Results staff more than I could ever repay for getting me through this challenging time. Thank you all.

Fantastic experience: I have been working with the facility for the last month after an elbow surgery and have been very pleased! There's not a single person there , amongst their large staff, that I did not feel comfortable with. (Via is especially great! )They have all been very attentive to my needs and patient in making sure that I understand all of the steps and exercises in my healing. I have enjoyed working with each person there and would highly recommend this facility!

Negative experience: I do not like has the customer they have a rule u need to cancel 1 day before but if we are sick they make it a big deal but when they call 1 hr before to let u know your appointment is canceled we are suppose to bend for them.

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of working with two great ladies today,Megan and Amelia. They took their time and answered all my questions in detail so I understood what they were saying…no second guessing. I had a good work out but not over done, they really seem to know what they’re doing. They both were very friendly and seem to care about my health and how I’m progressing. Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming here for a while and the staff are amazing. Cynthia is great and checks me in right away. I usually work with Steve or Megan in the beginning of the visit and they are always sure to ask how I’m feeling, how the last visit went, anything new regarding the condition. Jesse is usually the one who helps me through the exercises and is sure to push me to complete each exercise. Overall this office is amazing and all the staff are great to work with!

Fantastic experience: I had the best experience at the Escondido location. The staff was very efficient and worked on a timely manner. A very big thank you to all the staff starting with Cynthia whom is very warm and caring. She worked with me and accommodated my schedule making it much easier to make my appointments. Steve and Jesse were beyond fantastic. They worked with me every step of the way to regain my strength and ensured I was comfortable and could tolerate the therapy. If it became to difficult they would work with me to find alternate exercises that I could work with. Megan, Ariana, Gabriel and Jose were very professional and courteous. Fantastic experience: The Pt’s and assistants here are soooooo friendly, encouraging, and very communicative. If you need examples or more understanding of what needs to be stretched they’ll show show you by doing it themselves, if you forget not a problem they’ll show you again. The vibe here is very welcoming and not intimidating at all. This place is the best physical therapy locations I have ever been to. I definitely would recommend to anyone that needs therapy.

Fantastic experience: I came to ProResults last year because both my forearms and hands were burning every day from working 4 jobs. Each week I’m warmly greeted by Cynthia. Positive experience: The doctors and staff are very good. Everyone there is affable, knowledgeable, seems passionate and committed to your rehabilitation and recovery. They were an instrumental part of mine and I cannot thank Dr. Laura enough for her patience, and empathy! But, they abruptly ended my sessions, and I had a few more left, which was very unprofessional. Based on how Dr. Jasmine said, "interesting", at my "last" session I should have knew something was different. Anyhow, Cynthia said she was going to text me and never did; there was a better and much more professional way to handle the situation. Nonetheless, I received nothing but superb bedside manner until my "last" session. I had a positive experience and no communication issues until the end...

Fantastic experience: I was referred to ProResults Physical Therapy Escondido for vertigo and dizziness caused by an inner ear problem. Karly was my Physical Therapist and she did an excellent job planning and managing my treatment plan and she was always friendly and professional. My problem has been essentially cured now and I will be doing some exercises at home to maintain good balance that Karly showed me. Cynthia at the front desk and the Physical Therapist Assistants were all excellent employees and pleasant to interact with. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone needing physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: I have had Shelby every appointment but one. The effort shown to push when I need to be pushed or tell me to take a break at times so I don't overdo things is a pleasant surprise. New exercises and increased number of reps and or sets has the focus on Increasing strength as well as working muscle groups that can often be forgotten or lightly used in everyday life. Improvement or full recovery is always the goal and if the rest of the staff (which from Observations I believe does happen) shows the same attentiveness and work ethic then its easily achieved here. I have done a lot of physical therapy over the years from various injuries and this company is as good or better than all the others I have used over the last 30 years.

Fantastic experience: First, I went in for PT for my back. At first, I had Laura evaluate my issues. She explained in detail what we would do to get well. She made a list of planned exercises and I had to do them. I mean some of the stretches and exercises are weird but they work. Of course there are days I go home sore; that is expected especially when there is an injury and inflammation present. I felt much better with in a couple months as a result from proper stretching and strength exercises that are not common with everyday muscle movements. I learned proper care and did so after the sessions, at home. Next, I had to go for my bicep tendinitis. I go through a lot of pain, but the staff doesn't force the idea that PT has to be very painful, for my bicep. I know it is getting better. Not long after starting PT on my arm, I requested them for what I have now: Achilles' tendinitis. Shelby enjoyed massaging my foot and ankle, but not as much as I did. I'm kidding. I'm old so my body is rejecting certain ideas about what I still can do physically. By the way, PT the first time did not create tendonitis in my other areas; over working and under nourished (I eat bad foods that cause inflammation), under stretched, and muscle stress caused my other body parts to have issues. So my story is dragged out- I want to share my positive review- the staff is fantastic. Cynthia, at the front desk, is on the ball- pardon the pun. Making an appointment is super easy. Shelby and Laura are the lead PT doctors and are incredibly knowledgeable in what they do and in explaining what they are doing, how the issue could have occurred (reason I went in for), and demonstrating the proper forms of stretching while using weights or stretch resistant bands to strengthen the injured areas. Giovanni, or Geo, is faithful in making sure I retain proper form for performing the exercise correctly for the benefit. I highly recommend Pro Results. I can't be more grateful to have my therapy here. I thank them when I leave because they deserve it for their work and without PT, I'd be limited in doing regular activities. THANKS PRORESULTS- and no- I do not work here! I'm just a fat, middle aged woman who needs fixing.

Fantastic experience: The people here are awesome! They have been helping me for a while and I been noticing a big improvement with my physical problems. Laura is one of the therapists here and she has been helping me alot with my exercises and she is really attentive to your needs and really cares about her patients. She really pushes you to the limit to make sure you are getting better. Shelby is another one of there therapists, she makes you feel like your at home and throughout the exercises she is checking up on you to make sure your OK. All the staff there are really kind with you, they make sure you are being well attended and if you need help with the exercises you are doing. Overall, I 100% recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: I have had the most excellent care ever at Pro Results. Being greeted by the adorable Jasmine or ever funny Alex starts the appt off to a great start. I have been seeing Dr Gabe , who has given me the most specialized care I have ever had. He does it in such a gentle hands on way, I always look forward to my appointments... even when I have to plank for minutes on end.Geo keeps the appts flowing smoothly by helping all the patients stay on task, with his playful demeanor. I prefer to keep my sessions with Gabe, , his sense of humor and style of treatment has done wonders for me. But I have watched all the other PT’s working with their patients and can see they are all getting the same loving care I am getting . Everyone there is very professional, yet you feel like you are with friends. I couldn’t be happier with the progress I am getting, and having a great time doing it. Fantastic experience: In May, 2019 I fractured and tore multiple tendons and ligaments in my ankle. The pain got better over time; but almost a year later, my ankle was still weak and unstable. Shelbey at ProResults has been taking care of me for about a month now, and I’m already seeing significant improvement. Looking forward to continuing to work with her.

Fantastic experience: Proresults physical therapy provided invaluable professionalism as they worked with my 101 year old mother coming off hip replacement surgery. Cynthia did a great job of filling and managing my mothers special needs and Shelby was outstanding as the therapist working with a senior hard of hearing and with dementia. Good progress was made as a result of their commitment and communication. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Its not a fancy office or treatment room. Its not meant to impress. Theyre there to help us get back to normal. Ive been to several PTs, for a few different maladies. Until I was authorized to see this therapist and associates, i had very little improvement. Chelsea knew exactly what she was doing. Very effective and knowledgeable. FAR FAR moreso than the people at the shop WC sent me to.

Fantastic experience: I started going to ProResults in San Marcos before COVID started. Garret welcomed me in and was very attentive as to what I needed. I started going to their Escondido location and I was introduced to my therapist Shelby P. Shelby has been truly an amazing therapist since day one. She asked the right questions as to my situation and went to work. Always asking if I felt ok and comfortable in doing my exercises, and sometimes giving me that extra push to keep doing my exercises at home. I was also introduced to Laura S. another awesome therapist, that has also been giving me different exercises that strengthen just the right muscles and then some. Both Shelby and Laura have gone above and beyond. I also want to thank PT Aides Geo and Aly for helping me with my exercises and correcting me if they need to. Fantastic experience: From my first visit at ProResults, when PT Rodney had already reviewed my pertinent medical information before I arrived and asked me questions to complete his knowledge base of my PT needs, he was prepared to check my physical issues as he began to check my problem physical areas. He then started me on helpful physical exercises which I was directed to do at home, and was sent email descriptions and pictures of how to do the exercises. Since then, each time I arrive for my appointment I receive massage treatment for body areas that are bothering me at the moment, and I am told the name of each muscle and nerve location and given ideas if what may be happening to trigger the problems, which guides me to watch my actions that contribute to my painful outbreaks. I have been to Physical therapy over the years, and my experience at ProResults Physical Therapy has outperformed my prior PT experiences, and I greatly appreciate the experience and the benefits I have enjoyed.

Great staff that listens very carefully to the issue on every visit and treat it accordingly which makes for the easy recovery with a ton of advise to take home. Most of the people told me PT doesn’t help but these guys are changing that I feel. I highly recommend them!!

Fantastic experience: When I went to my first visit with ProResults physical therapy I was in a lot of back pain. Dr. Garrett asked me a few questions to get to know my situation and find the best way to help me. That visit first was a life changer. I immediately felt results in my back & I knew from there on it would improve. His assistant Vanessa is an amazing receptionist, always engages with clients, asking how our day was and helping me with my therapy as well.

He has been treating my shoulder and making it possible for me to follow my dreams of being a firefighter.
