Negative experience: They have 2 or 3 patients at the same time and just tell guide you through some exercises

Fantastic experience: These therapists are the best! They are always cheerful and encouraging, and pay attention to details to help you progress and improve.

Fantastic experience: Great check in, the lady at the front desk is kind and friendly and remembered my name and alway has a smile for me as I walk in. My two therapist the share my appointments are top notch. They treat my kindly and make sure ask about how I feel and make sure I'm comfortable.

Negative experience: I was a patient at the San Marcos location July 2023, when i was injured. If you get injured be sure you have the PT person fill out an Accident Report. I had an MRI done after I was injured, on my own accord. A result of the injury I had a torn Meniscus at the root. I spoke with Stephen Najero, The only thing he said was "Sorry" and he offered me a free session. I had surgery to repair the meniscus, the end of August, with 6 months recovery. If you get injured have an accident report done, so everything is documented.

Negative experience: Most employees are on a power trip which is funny because they are sopposed to be there to help you revover, but also want you ti exercise in a mask and tryed ti call it endurance training, well im sorry when it smells like somthing from a pasture it probably is

Fantastic experience: I'm so happy. I like this place since I walked in. The front desk, the beautiful ladies, are so nice. The therapists are wonderful and so helpful. I've been to other places and they are not as good as here. I highly recommend everyone to come here. Everyone pays attention to you and your needs, very patient, and considerate to your needs.

Negative experience: This place ended up being more of a set-back than help. Each session was with a different physical therapist. So, there was disconnection between each session of how I was doing. Each PT kept having me work through pain in attempt to get better. It wasn't until the my final visit the head PT of this location said "if the exercise is causing you this much pain, then you shouldn't be doing it." Also, the PT's don't monitor or watch you complete your exercises. The biggest compliant the PT's have is they are overbooked and have to handle multiple patients at the same time. My doctor had me go to different Physical Therapy group and I've had significant progress there and the co-pay is less. I gave Spine & Sport 2 stars instead of 1 because the staff is friendly.

Fantastic experience: Alicia and Allison are very helpful, and like them a lot. Every therapist I have worked with is awesome! I love this place! I will continue to come back, highly recommend everyone to try them out!

I would recommend Spin and Sports San Marcos to everyone in need of Developing their Physical Condition or for Healing an Injury with positive results in improvements. The administrator ALICIA is so accommodating, Fair, Personable, schedule with Precision and reminds everyone ahead of time as a reminder that their session are up and coming. I will rate them 100 percent. They are a BLESSING

Positive experience: I recommend Monica every time I left physical therapy I felt relieved and pain free. She knows exactly what she is doing. just recently I had Grant and he actually made my sciatica worse. He told me to push past the pain even if it hurt. I came in walking decently and now I can’t even walk or sit without extreme pain. I ended up going to the ER because I couldn’t even walk to the restroom. It’s been 5 days since my last appointment and I’m unable to walk and had to call out of work

Fantastic experience: Excellent therapists here! I’ve been to two other PT companies so this would be my third one. They definitely give you a workout but they really do try to solve the problem. The other two places would spend half the time on massaging or heat/ electro therapy without the actually therapy part. So they didn’t make as much progress. I give them high remarks and would recommend them to anyone looking for a good therapy place. Staff are friendly and caring!

Negative experience: Quit going there after couple of sessions. First I was seen by physical therapy assistant and not physical therapist. Second they were working with multiple patients at the same time. I figured if I was doing the exercises by myself without guidance. Whats the point of driving there when I can just do exercises at home.
