Fantastic experience: Simply amazing. I started my appointments being a physically fit person for the most part, but struggled with chronic back pain for many years. After a study of my X-ray Jake knew exactly my issue and put together a plan to help me correct my posture and strengthen my core during physical activity. The workouts were transferable to home and gym. After a handful of sessions my back pain has dramatically reduced and instead of everyday aches I have flares once a week which I can make minor adjustments to in order to alleviate. I’m much more mindful of my hip flexors positioning and how to use my core strength appropriately. I highly recommend ProResults!!

Fantastic experience: I love ProResults! I especially love it because the physical therapist at this location are amazing people!!! They truly care. I brought my 15 year old here after my son broke his tibia in track. I've gone to physical therapy myself and I remember the commitment it took to go. I was worried my teenage son wouldn't take it serious but ALL the physical therapist at this location really got to my son's level and explained the importance of staying committed to continue forward as a strong and fully recovered athlete. They educated my son and really taught my son how to appreciate his recovery by helping him understand all that his leg was going through since the injury, healing, and restrenthening process. Frank, Jake, and Jacob all worked with my son and have been such a support team in my son's recovery. Thank you all at proresults. Fantastic experience: My 14yo daughter is a gymnast and recently worked with Frankie and Johnny to recover from a broken foot. On her last day of PT, this is what she texted me: "Can you tell Frankie and Johnny that I am thankful for them and that I could not have thought of a better group of people to help my foot get better. Fantastic experience: This place restored my belief in physical therapy. After multiple back surgeries I was pretty much broken. I’d tried everything out there with zero success. Other PT places seemed to just go through the motions and left me feeling no better off. Decided to try once more, found Pro Results, and I couldn’t be happier. Johnnie absolutely pushed me just the right amount and seemed genuinely invested in my outcome. Fantastic experience: I injured my something-something-longus in my thumb in December. Who knew how much of every day life involves using your thumb. I was in a lot of pain, and after weeks of wearing a brace with no improvement, my doctor and insurance agreed on physical therapy. Frankie Alvarez, excuse me, Dr. Alvarez and his team gave me back my hand. He explained what was going on and the exercises I did were just to the point of discomfort but not pain. I had exercises to do at home that were easy and well explained. I am now pain free!count me a believer! Love ProResults. Great friendly clean atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: I'm an amateur cyclist that came to Pro results with a lower back injury. After a very detailed assessment and 6 weeks of focused physical therapy I feel extremely strong from the core and upper legs. Fantastic experience: Had a great experience here after my hip replacement. They were very methodical, pushed just the right amount, and I made amazing progress under their direction. I am back to normal on my day to day activities, strength, and flexibility after just 8 weeks. Also, it was actually fun going there. Fantastic experience: Great place for physical therapy Dr. Via Estanislao really knows her stuff. She listens and adjusts each day to both your body's needs and your mental state. Breanna the front desk is a wealth of information and is always willing to help change appointments if you let her know ahead of time. The rest of the staff is just as good. But wanted to give these two a mention for above and beyond expectations for even a high quality place like this one. Dr Frank Alvatez is the clinic manager. He is very easy to talk to and will answer questions if free.

Negative experience: All I got to say is that place is nice and clean some of staff are nice and other not so very nice and the one isn’t not to nice is the girl In charge kat or Katrina in the San Marcos Ca office she made me feel so very uncomfortable and she would give this dirty look and made me feel so uncomfortable that sometimes i would just shut down cause of what she would do and a few months back as well she made most the helpers and the new physical therapist Noel I think was her name to harass me to add more days so I leave sooner then my time but you do go there I would recommend Jenna as your physical therapist or Noel but I preferred Jenna just is very patient and very kind or ps Kat does have favoritism with her patient

This is 5-star physical therapy service. I really feel like an individual person getting custom care here. I've been going here for several months now and have experienced a HUGE improvement. Before I came here, I was worried I'd either need surgery, be on pain meds for the rest of my life, or have to live with limited mobility. But now with their help, I'm almost completely back to normal! The key is you gotta do the exercises at home that they assign you. Fortunately they keep it easy and achievable, like only doing 10 or 20 reps of a simple exercise once a day to get started. As you grow stronger and get better, they'll adapt your routine as appropriate and to what you can handle. It takes time, but if you do the work and stay consistent overall, it's amazing how much the body can repair, heal, and rebuild itself. I no longer am considering surgery and don't need pain meds. I'm not quite 100% yet, but I'm getting close. Every week, I'm a little healthier and stronger, and the pain gets smaller and smaller... all thanks to their care, time, attention, and custom guidance. Plus they all seem genuinely happy to work there. They'll remember you, ask how your day or week's been going, and check to make sure your home exercises are actually making progress and improvement for you. Like I said, you get individual custom attention. They're not a "mill" or "one therapy fits all" kind of place. I always felt like an individual person with them, that they actually cared about. They also have a white board with a joke or riddle of the day to keep things fun and playful too. :) I've made so much progress that my time here is almost done. I'm actually going to miss seeing them.

Fantastic experience: I'm a 30 year white collar professional, athlete all my life.... Frank is knowledgeable, friendly adjusts to your level... There's compassion and Empathy there as well. He's the only person I'm going back to.... That pretty much says it all.

Fantastic experience: Pro Results exceeds in every way the rehabilitation that they provide. I’ve been to various facilities for an ongoing back problem and have never received the professional care that I receive from ProResults. I can highly recommend Garrett and Tyler from my own experience, but seeing Frankie and John work with their clients they are just as professional and caring. This is a very dedicated team lead by Garrett the owner.

Fantastic experience: Hi Cyndi Mendez here… I live in Oceanside and it’s been a year that My Dr. Michael MacMurray sent me a referral for Physical Therapy for my Right Shoulder…. And let me tell you the staff here at Pro Results Physical Therapy San Marcos have done wonders to my Right Shoulder the excercises, massages to my Shoulder, Arm, Hand make them feel good/better…. Fantastic experience: I took my best Friend Jerry to Proresults for his physical therapy on his hand. Frankie Alvarez who was his Therapist was Awesome and helped him out very well and had his hand feeling better within a couple of weeks. Frankie works with an Awesome team, and what I have observed myself is that they all work great together as a team with excellent communication between each other and not only that they always are making sure that when they are working with the patients, they make their therapy fun so when they leave they are in a good mood and feel good of what they have accomplished. In all I would recommend Proresults to everyone and that having an Awesome team that works together is a plus. One note is the receptionist is also great she is very nice and polite also communicates very well with all the patients that comes into the lobby and always greets everyone with a smile

Fantastic experience: Chelsea Fox is the best therapist Ive seen, and Ive been to so many. Her suggestions have helped me immensely with my vestibular issues. All staff at the SM site are well trained and effective, efficient. If youve had your head rattled like I have in a fall, ask to see Chelsea Fox at Pro Results. She may not be able cure you of vestibular issues, but take her advice and it will certainly help. Do your exercises!

Fantastic experience: Started physical therapy a weeks ago I was full of doubt. And pain. My right shoulder hurt so much that I came in crying as I was telling them about the pain. The pain started for my rotator cuff and stretch down my shoulder to my hands. Just constant pain every day. I had to use my left hand to raise my right arm. I couldn’t sleep, I couldn’t function all I wanna do is cry. And I promise you, I am not a big baby. I was just in that much pain. But in the past few weeks, with much patience and so much guidance I find myself getting stronger every day. Each visit results in relief. I’m amazed at my progress. I thought for sure I was heading to surgery for my rotator cuff. But thanks to Steven, Chelsea, and Kat I am functional again. Not quite 100% yet but so much closer than I ever thought possible. And they’re not done with me yet. Thank you to the ENTIRE incredible team at Pro Results.

Positive experience: The staff is very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Still would recommend their services especially if you've got great insurance and meet deductibles every year. I just had a rough personal experience bc I was ensured that I would be fine with insurance but then had to pay $680 later.Its a fault on my part to have taken their word for granted but I felt forced. I did constantly check in with them beforehand about what my insurance has told them and even suggested to them to wait until insurance says something but i was reassured I'll be "fine". (Was being extremely cautious about cost due to dental surgery this past year) Few months later, I get a letter from my insurance that I'm not covered due to no improvement the past 3-4 months but I did have a slight improvement. Was sent to call another professional lady who said "oh insurance covers it but pay the $3K deductible" which didn't explain the letter I received. Was instructed to call my insurance to go through my plan. Well, pay my $3K deductible or $680 out of pocket? I chose the $680 fee.

My physical therapist was very knowledgeable with the types of issues I am experiencing, and has helped me minimize the negative side effects of this problem!! I highly recommend them! Fantastic experience: I feel completely at ease here. My wrist was healing from a fracture and Steven sat with me and answered all my questions. He explained what kinds of exercises I would need to do to work on getting my strength back. It’s only been a few weeks but I can really tell the difference. Great Place!

Fantastic experience: I was struggling with Plantar fasciitis and issues from multiple ankle injuries over the years. I was fortunate to have Dr. Steven at my gym and scheduled time to rehab these injuries. The whole team was great and Steven had me on the road to recovery quickly and professionally. Fantastic experience: Prior to seeing Chelsea at ProResults physical therapy I was in quite a bit of pain. My knees had been giving out on me and every doctor I spoke with had no clue on what was going on. After the first session with Chelsea she knew exactly what was wrong. I have been very active my entire life from boxing, jiu-jitsu, mma etc. Dealing with the pain and not knowing what the deal was, Chelsea was able to narrow the problem that I have been dealing with. So far I’ve only had two sessions and I have absolutely zero pain in my knees all thanks to Chelsea. I highly recommend ProResults physical therapy for their expertise and the entire staff being so accommodating and helpful.

Fantastic experience: The physical doctors (especially Steven Duenas) and staff are very helpful and supportive. I had lower back pain due to regular desk work. The exercises and deep tissue massage have helped release the pain. I feel better now and I do recommend this center.

Fantastic experience: ProResults Physical Therapy was a great experience. Vanessa was extremely friendly and easy to talk to. Scheduling was easy and the text reminders were helpful as well. She really adds to the customer experience. Steven was my physical therapist and it was refreshing to actually work with the physical therapist for every session instead of their assistant (which was the case at a different place I had been to before). Steven custom tailored the program and made changes as my body was reacting to the therapy. He was willing to try different things to help fix the problem instead of stick to a regimented routine with no flexibility. Each session was customized. I have not seen that anywhere else. The facility is very clean and new. This was the best physical therapy facility I have been to and Steven is the best physical therapist I have used. The next time I need a physical therapist this will be my top choice.

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough about the staff at ProResults. My son is an athlete and needed physical therapy after knee surgery. After reading their bios I knew I had found the right place. Steven, Garrett and Kayleigh are all firm yet caring, creative in the exercises they have my son do and incredibly knowledgeable. Steven is my son's primary therapist and they get along so well. They have a lot to talk about, he keeps him motivated and my son always looks forward to coming to therapy to see him. He may grumble a bit at times during some of the exercises Steven has him do, but he loves coming every time. He has gotten his range of motion back and now we're focused on getting his strength back. I know in time, with Steven and the whole ProResults team, my son will not only get back to the swimmer he was before but be even better because of his time with them. I've seen the way they work with everyone and I can honestly say that no matter the reason for needing therapy, you can't do better than ProResults. If you are a parent and need a physical therapist for your child that you can trust has pediatric experience, this team is wonderful. I also have to say, that we absolutely love Vanessa who is at the front desk and everywhere. She is such a joy and asset to their office.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Garrett's work is incredible. I have had construction related back issues for years. Used to the see the chiropractor weekly and at times had to take medications to relax my muscles and manage the pain. I heard about Dr. Garrett and got an appointment, and he was able to quickly locate the problem, work the area and fix it. He then gave me a simple but effective stretching plan. For over 4 weeks, the pain has been gone and my range of motion is excellent. ...ProResults Physical Therapy is highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Excellent patient care provided. I’ve had the privilege of seeing every provider and they are very much aligned with the treatment they provide. Prompt response with any inquiry made and excellent follow up. Appointment scheduling is so easy and the office is very communicative with confirming and reminding you of your appointments so you don’t forget. The facility is state of the art, clean and parking is so close and easy to get in and out. They make the guesswork easy when it comes to insurance billing and worker’s compensation claims. I’m very happy with the progress I’ve made since coming here for a back injury I had while working.

Fantastic experience: My elderly friend Peggy was referred for PT and we were so fortunate to choose ProResults and Garrett D. The facility is open and inviting. Vanessa is kind, helpful and professional. Garrett has been so patient and caring, taking time to listen to Peggy's history and her theories about her current status. They are focused around one on one attention and not packing in too many patients during your visits and really help you get back on your feet. Fantastic experience: I love ProResults physical therapy. I have been to other physical therapy where you are constantly pushed off to “helpers” who sometimes aren’t very helpful . At ProResults you are one on one with your physical therapist the entire time. I like the specialized care I have received. I am treated like a friend from Vanessa at the front desk who always asks how my day is. To Steven who always asks how I am. I have been making good progress and seeing the results of my work. I would recommend this gym to anyone who asked.

Having not done physical therapy before, I felt anxious going in, but my mind was immediately put at ease upon meeting Dr. Garrett. Paired with a calm and clean environment, Dr. Garrett's expertise and upbeat personality provides his patients with the tools to succeed in healing their injuries and ailments. Going to physical therapy at ProResults always provided a positive end to my day as well as an optimistic outlook on how my injury was healing. Fantastic experience: I had my left hip replaced February 11, 2019, which was very successful but on the first step in my recovery. My surgeon's office referred me to ProResults Physical Therapy and I met Garrett. The best thing to happen to me! Garrett executed a patient and thoughtful intake process checking my current state and what my goals are for recovery. I recommend you be specific so Garrett can work with you to meet and exceed those goals. For me, it was having the ability to work out at the gym, surf and play golf without being in pain. As I am nearing the end of my treatment, I am without pain in all of these areas! Garrett has a state of the art facility employing proven treatments to return you to a normal physical state. He patiently works a progression of exercises and stretching that systematically heals your body. Without question, the finest physical therapy experience I have ever experienced! I also have to mention Vanessa, who manages the front desk and appointments. Unlike a lot of practices, Vanessa is proactive in all aspects; follow-up calls, reminders for appointments and ensure you are scheduled for the next steps. Fantastic experience: Dr. Garret Desrosiers is an incredible Physical Therapist! I came to his office after a total knee replacement since he specializes in this area. Both him and his front office staff are very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to get the range and motion back to normal, strengthen my knee and completely reduced the swelling. I have to get a total knee replacement on my other leg next year and I will definitely be coming back to see him and his staff for my care. Thanks again Garrett and Vanessa!!!
