Finishline Physical Therapy

Fantastic experience: Gary pulls miracles and this is the place you want to go if you need physical therapy! Came in with an injury which included breaking both my ankles, legs, and 3 compression fractures in my spine and wasn’t able to walk without using a walker. After immense help from Gary there is a massive decline in pain, I am moving in ways I never thought I would again, and everytime I go in there is progress, he really knows what he is doing and I would highly recommend!

Negative experience: What a joke!!! The guy talks about himself during the whole treatment. Makes it very hard to relax. I made a second appointment but realized when I got home that I had a surgical procedure on the same date. When I called to reschedule Gary threw a tantrum like a little child and threatened to call insurance adjuster. I didn’t play his game and left a negative review. He called the adjuster and told them I was only looking for drugs. I don’t even take aspirin!!!! Do not go here!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Garey is awesome! He knows his stuff and he definitely cares. He goes over and beyond every time. I always leave a session with a smile on my face and I feel stronger and more confident because of Finishline. He explains why he recommends an exercise, and won’t let me move on till I get it. He is patient with me and doesn’t mind explaining himself several times when needed. It’s refreshing to have a great conversation and know I am getting the best care out there. I highly recommend Finishline and especially Garey. This guy is the real deal!

Fantastic experience: Gary was patient, courteous, comprehensive, and friendly. After a single treatment and a week of following the exercise regiment he provided I am noticing tremendous progress with my injury. I would highly recommend Finishline because it was evident his concern was helping his patients versus helping just enough to keep a customer.

Fantastic experience: My family and I absolutely love this place :) Gary is so helpful, knowledgeable and upbeat! He is helping my mom with her chronic pain due to fibromyalgia and arthritis. Gary has a lot of patience with my family and always makes us feel very welcome. I recommend Finishline physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: Garey is amazing! He is kind, professional, knowledgeable and an all around great guy...not to mention phenomenal at what he does! My back had been bothering me for a couple weeks until one morning I woke up in tears and literally could not get out of bed. So...I went to see Garey. He assured me after my visit that I would be ok to go to work the next day (I'm a waitress...I was skeptical)..but sure enough he was right. I woke up the next day feeling better than I had in weeks. I survived my shift and am so grateful for his help! If your looking for a physical therapist look no further. Finishline is the place to go!

Fantastic experience: I suffered a severe ankle sprain and fracture. As well as damage to ligaments in my knee. From the beginning I was terrified. Past experiences left me with poor expectations from physical therapists. From poor attitude, lack of attention, visits being cut short and not putting in efforts to make sure I was comfortable during my sessions. After my initial visit. I looked up reviews from when Garey was in L.A. He has been around for several years and people only have good things to say about him. At Finish Line, Garey was extremely understanding and compassionate. His knowledge put me at ease almost instantly. I was still a little apprehensive. But, the second he started to gently manipulate ligaments and muscles. I was sure things would be different with him. I was right. I am 13 of 24 visits in and my mobility and range of motion has vastly improved. Though I'm not yet 100%. I am on my way. I am not as young as I once was. That's for sure. And he pushes me as hard as I need, to improve more and more each time. I was worried about a visit where I could not find a babysitter for my 3 yr. old. I called to cancel, and he didn't hesitate when he said, "bring him in". I was relieved with how flexible and considerate Garey and his wife are. You have restored my faith in physical therapy. I will not hesitate to come back for any future therapy. I will refer all whom I come across for a referral to Finish Line Physical Therapy for any and all P.T. needs. I am glad you are in N.C.
