Fantastic experience: Kind, smart, knowledgable staff across the board. I was referred for one issue, but their intake appt was thorough and we were able to identify problem areas for me to work on and build strength. They can usually fit you in pretty quickly and the front desk is always helpful and available to assist.

Fantastic experience: My imbalance has improved and continues to get better with physical therapy. The receptionists are friendly and professional. Dr. Mary DeBolt is wonderful. She has helped me better undetstand my vestibular issue. This office is a good place to help people with vestibular issues.

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough good things about Fyzical therapist Greg Smith at Fyzical Therapy & Balance Center in Alexandria. He literally was a life saver for me. Two years ago I was a 58 yr old healthy individual until I suddenly started having terrible bouts of vertigo. These episodes started out with extreme dizziness and spinning, and then got worse every week, paralyzing both me and my family. Even after several visits to the ENT and audiologist with several ear treatments, the vertigo and imbalance would get better for a day or two, then suddenly get worse again. I eventually couldn’t work, take care of myself or my family, and became bedridden. Then my ENT, Dr. Iyad Saidi at Metropolitan ENT in Alexandria referred me to their Fyzical Therapy & Balance Center in Alexandria. WOW!! What an immediate difference! My physical therapist, Greg Smith, had me fill out a very detailed questionnaire detailing all my symptoms. Then he spent a couple of days using all kinds of equipment to test my limits and problems. In fact, one of Mr. Greg’s best qualities is that he’s very thorough and a terrific researcher. By my next visit he knew what my problems were and had a customized plan to restore me back to normal. With each visit he sent me home with very simple but specific, easy-to-understand exercises to do each day before our next appointment. What a difference!! Every day I immediately felt better and was quickly returning back to normal. After a month and a half of twice a week visits, I was completely normal again. And I’m happy to say that one year later I haven’t had a single problem or episode since. Our family looks at Mr. Greg as a God sent angel. If you’re having any vertigo or imbalance I highly recommend you go see Mr. Greg for a consultation as soon as possible. Don’t wait! A fall or losing your job because of crippling vertigo isn’t worth it. And I believe in my case, mine couldn’t be cured without his help.

Fantastic experience: I had intense and lingering vertigo that didn’t seem to be resolving despite doctor visits and who knows how many rolls or maneuvers. October-mid Jan were some of the hardest weeks for me mentally and physically in years. Looking back I realize how hard simple tasks were, how fatigued I was and how extensive the brain fog was. Enter- Fyzical, and my vestibular therapist, Felix. He was able to assess and make some connections in my health history that other doctors had not. He developed a plan of treatment and after a few times a week for a month and a half, I am not exaggerating- I feel like I got my brain back. So many aspects of my life are back to normal. It was humbling at times, me in there with people 30-40+ years older than me, working on walking in a straight line, seemingly simple tasks but essentially retraining my brain to know how to balance. I am shocked at the level of gains I have been able to make. If you are struggling with vertigo, balance, or dizziness - go here. Vestibular therapy is a total gamechanger. Felix is awesome.

Fantastic experience: Brenna is a truly compassionate, knowledgeable, and professional therapist. She greatly helped me over a two month time period while explaining everything she was doing and what was happening to me with great patience and detail. I highly recommend going to Brenna! The team that coordinates the appointments is also awesome!!!

Fantastic experience: Ive been in physical therapy before but Fyzical tops them all! My therapist Felix was very knowledgeable about my tmj and worked with me for a month. Thanks to him my headaches are just about gone. Before i had treatment i had headaches for 15 days straight. Thanks to Felix they are gone. I would highly recommend Fyzical in Springfield! A+ service!

I'd been in pain for months and nothing seemed to help. Felix gave me a set of exercises to do daily and another set of more intense exercises (more like personal training) to do every other day that helped me get my strength back and supported my hip while it healed up. Gabby, the office coordinator, is incredibly kind as well. I felt very welcomed every step of the way!

Fantastic experience: This was my first time undergoing physical therapy, and Fyzical Springfield was the best choice I could have made. I had been experiencing significant neck and back pain as a result of a car accident, and was dubious in the beginning that I could somehow get back to normalcy considering my physical limitations. I was blessed to have been paired with Felix, who was very knowledgable, compassionate, and encouraging during my therapy. With the help of his competent care, I was able to make significant progress and accomplish the goals I needed to reach. On top of that, the office staff was also extremely friendly and professional. I am so grateful to have found this gem of a facility, and would 100 percent recommend to anyone in need of their services.
