Fantastic experience: These folks are a whole health organization who care about each patient. They remember your name between visits, no matter the time away and work hard to make you better. This isn’t the McDonalds of the therapy world. Healing here takes time, but is honest healing. They spend time working on the surrounding muscles to ensure that you leave therapy with a stronger body than you came with. I honestly can’t recommend them enough. Update: it’s 2 years later and I banged up my knee. I had to go back to Staszak for PT. Everything I said above is still true. This team of health care professionals are reliably hardworking, compassionate, and fabulous listeners. Still 5 stars from me.

Fantastic experience: My experiences at Staszak Physical and Wellness Center have been uniformly positive over many years for treatment of PT issues and physical training. Recently I added visits with Physical Therapist Jill Grider to treat on-going issues with positional vertigo and balance while walking and changing positions. I have had three sessions with Jill, and she has already come up with focused procedures to reduce my particular positional vertigo geometry, as well as several excellent approaches to improving my balance with novel exercises and by modifying walking and breathing techniques to to change my gait and increase my endurance. She is clearly a very knowledgable and creative specialist in this area of PT, and I am very grateful for her help.

Negative experience: Under staffed and they over charged my insurance. I think they mean well but just don’t have their stuff together.

Negative experience: I have used Staszak physical therapy for many years but now that I have turned 65 and am on medicare we have been told that Staszak Physical Therapy will not accept me as a a patient because they wont accept medicare. This is sad after using them for many years.

She is the best! I tell her what is going on, and those magic fingers are put right there! Jill really has a great knowledge of body physiology!

Fantastic experience: Even after just two visits, the stretches, exercises, and massage improved my back pain immensely. I felt very cared for and everyone took the time to explain things.

Fantastic experience: The team at Staszak are absolutely wonderful! I’ve worked with almost all of them and each physical therapist and trainer is extremely professional and kind. I also love that Staszak bills both services together under your insurance. It definitely makes them one of the best deals in town! Oh yeah, my shoulder is doing a ton better too!

Fantastic experience: My first appointment was with Eric. He is efficient, gets right down to business. I felt relief after my first visit and that was without Massage! My second appointment was with Mike, the owner. He is also fabulous. I can tell he enjoys what he’s doing and he wants me to feel better. This time I was able to get a massage after with Tiffany and what a relief. The whole idea of coupling the Physical Therapy with Massage is amazing. I have a lot more appointments set up and I have high hopes that I will be better Much sooner than expected. These guys rock!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been receiving care from the team at Staszak for a shoulder injury that happened in April, 2021. Sadly, they weren’t my first choice. After months of care without resolve, I decided to make a change. And, I’m so happy I did! I’ve found the team at Staszak to be personable, knowledgeable and have a true desire to help me get back to living my active lifestyle with ease. I look forward to a full recovery and continuing my physical health journey with all they have to offer. I’m grateful to have found Staszak, and I give them 5 stars!!

Fantastic experience: Staszak Physical Therapy & Wellness Center is the place to take your aches and pains. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They really want to help. Thirty years ago Michael helped my wife's frozen shoulder after 3 other P.T.s told her she had to live with it. Now he is helping me with my balance problems from 2 previous back surgeries.

I appreciate the firm, caring, and encouraging treatment I am currently receiving since my knee replacement surgery. I tend to be fearful and hesitant with anything that might produce pain. Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Jill. She was very sensitive and supportive. She taught me exercises to strengthen the area where I had pain. I felt heard and understood. She didn’t push me to come back frequently as she was sensitive to my high co-payment. I would recommend her services to anyone needing physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: I have gone to Stayzak Physical Therapy to many years. Currently I have been seeing Jill for multiple issues. I am extremely pleased with the care I have received. She has helped me through the management of pain with neck, back and plantar fasciitis where I can return to my active lifestyle.

Fantastic experience: All the physical therapists that I worked with were extremely professional and kind. They helped me feel better within weeks with simple stretches and exercises. The masseuse I worked with was extremely skilled too. I always left feeling relaxed and confident my physical therapists and masseuse were helping me feel better.

Fantastic experience: I went in to do PT on hip but before my appointment I slipped a disc in my lower back. We had to focus on that area first, I was in a lot of pain and what she did gave me some relief and she also showed me some excellent stretching for my lower back so I have been doing that and have come a long ways.

Fantastic experience: I came to Staszak after a car accident, not wild about going since my last experience with a PT was mediocre at best. I am so glad I did go to them though. They are skilled and kind people who work together as a team. I have been impressed with my team: PT Mike, Massage Therapist Erin, and Pilates Coach Tina. They have me set up on a consistent plan and although I have had only a few sessions, I am already improving and expect a full recovery. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I've begun work with Michael Staszak and Emily (don't know her last name), with encouraging results. They've listened and met me right where I am with the pain of shoulder arthritis and hip instablility. Their specific massage and instruction for simple exercises at home have improved my pain go from a daily range of 2-7 to 0 - 3! They are knowledgeable and warm. I recommend them.

Their attention to detail and heart have won me over. I can honestly say that I have learned to take better care of myself and have learned a whole new level of self care in my time here.

Fantastic experience: Eric Ottenbriet is an excellent physical therapist. He listened carefully to my needs and then gave me exercises and adjustments that he felt would help me. He sent me home with exercises to do at home. I highly recommend Eric and Staszak Physical Therapy.

Fantastic experience: When I needed PT for an achilles tendon partial tear, I requested Staszak PT because their therapists are knowledgeable and thorough. Restroom is very accessible. Office staff are pleasant and helpful. Waiting area is comfortable. Massage therapists there are great, too. I've been seeing Jenn for PT. She really pushes me with strength and balance exercises, she's careful to have me rest when I'm so tired I might injure myself, and she is very encouraging. She also rewards me with a fun exercise at the end of a session.If you are a client at Staszak during your birthday, they'll send you a card and a coupon for a piece of cake at Sweet Life.

Negative experience: would give 0 stars if possible. when i called in to set me appointment i was told the bill for 30 mins of physical therapy would be around 100$ I thought that was reasonable and set the appointment. when arrived they checked me in I received roughly 30 minuets of physical therapy than when heading out was billed 168.... I informed them that they said it should be around 100$ as per what I was informed on the phone. she said there is no way that was right, and then asked if I'd like to pay in full. i said yes. Paid my 168$ and proceded to find a new therapist closer to home. 40 days later I received a mailer asking to set more appointments. (at the time they wanted me to do 4 sessions a week 45 mins per and massage therapy afterwords they estimated 280 per visit or 1120 a week. until i hit my insurance deductible (4000$) ) so i went out found a new therapist closer to home at that point for a more reasonable price and called them to inform them that i did not need anymore mailers sent out because i found a new place closer to home. less than 30 days later they send me a bill for 13$ and stated that i was 60 days late. I had never received any bills prior and was informed at my first visit i was paid in full. at this point not only had i been miss informed about the initial visit price, and been hit up for 70% more. Than after informing them of my moving they send me a bill stating i was late? This is feeling like a reprisal... i called in and was told the front desk had no was of billing me in full because they wouldn't know the bill just a estimate of it. So either they dont have any clue what they charge for their services, they are so incompetent they miss estimated me twice and called it paid in full pricing or, are going after customers that have moved on to more competent and cost effective places. their service was no better or worse as far as the therapy. but their office billing and administration is either so inept they can not even properly bill 3 times in a row or are cruel towards their past or present customers. either way steer clear unless you want another place taking advantage of your wallet
