Fantastic experience: I injured my arm in a fall in September, 2023, and was still limited in mobility 6 months later. I finally realized I needed rehab help, to engage in my two favorite activities: swimming and playing the violin. I saw Jake, and sometimes Sean for over 6 months - the rehab was a miracle! Directed, effective, pain-free. I was so discouraged when I started, and they targeted my recovery to bring me back, and were congenial and gracious to boot. So grateful to the staff at Reclaim.

Fantastic experience: I recently completed physical therapy at Reclaim with Quinn Blanchard as the main physical therapist I saw. Not only did he help me heal my rotator cuff injury, but he taught me about my body and why things happen the way they do. The main focus was healing my injury, but I also learned so much about the different exercises and when I should do them and why. And now that I have that knowledge, I can handle a lot of things as they come up. I have a much better relationship with my body than I did before. I got so much more than I expected out of treatment here! I cannot recommend Quinn highly enough, especially if you’re neurodivergent. He understands how our minds work and things that are different about us physically as well (like hypermobility). I have so many tools to help me navigate my life as my body ages, and I’ll always be grateful for his help! Thank you!

My intake was very prompt and all the staff from Reception to Therapist were very professional, organized and i felt very thorough. I would give them to friends or family as a referral without hesitation. 9th July, 2024 Eugene Oregon. 2) unknown client cancelled their scheduled visit the week of july14th so Reclaim notifiedme i could if i wished to take the new opening and recieve treatment- so i did! I had a very nice visit and the assigned Therapist was congenial and professional. i enjoyed meeting and working with the entire Reclaim Eugene team and really appreciated them for letting waiting list patients the flexibility towards solving their backlog of available appointment dates!

Fantastic experience: PT's Joel Thakker & Jacob Foote both helped me progress in healing my shoulder and cervical disc pain. My PTs were supportive, knowledgeable, & helped me have a very good healing experience. Reclaim's automated calendar system provided me access to additional appointments. Reclaim uses some automated processes to track progress I also found helpful. Overall my experience was very positive.

Fantastic experience: Both Sean and Ben have worked wonders for my sciatic pain. They have different styles of treatment, which I appreciate. I have learned so much from them. Ben has taught me how to optimize my fitness routine in the gym and Sean has taught me how to move correctly in normal day life to not be in pain anymore. I have taken all the advice given and done everything that I have been told to do. Thanks to Sean and Ben, my pain has now been reduced by at least 75%. I am no longer on pain meds or muscle relaxers. When choosing a physical therapy place, Reclaim is definitely your best and only choice, in my opinion. ❤️❤️❤️ Thanks guys, you have changed my life!!

Fantastic experience: A great physical therapy experience. I was referred to PT after spinal surgery and chose Reclaim. I am so glad I did. They did a great job of educating me about my condition and the healing process, working on my strength and mobility and giving me the tools I need to continue the healing process. Thanks to them, I am back on my bike, back on the golf course and back on the stage as an amateur actor. I am able to live my life once again including playing with my grandsons. My thanks to Dan, Jake and Jim for all they have done for me.

Fantastic experience: I had a work related injury due to a freelance job, so I couldn't do worker's comp or anything. Reclaim took my OHP insurance and I started therapy and continued once a week for about 5-6 months. My recovery was slow but Sean and Jake worked together to check on me and help my injury every week, ensuring I was was making progress, even if it didn't seem like it for a while. They were very patient and helpful during my entire treatment and ensured I stayed until my injury was completely healed. About 4 months now since my last appointment and my injury is still healed from their treatment plan. I'm so grateful for their help and if I do have some residual pain in the future, I know what I can do to help my injury. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I’m three months post back surgery the first one failed. I’ve been struggling to stand and walk and do normal things. My friend referred me here and I’m so thankful! It’s a wonderful place! The ladies at the reception explained everything about billing to me, so there were no surprises. And they always greet me with a smile! The therapists and their assistant are exceptional! Their care and concern for me have given me hope of someday getting back to doing what I’ve done before. They show me respect and explain everything to me, repeat endlessly, and protect my privacy. Thank you Reclaim!

Fantastic experience: I've been coming to Reclaim Physical Therapy for just over a year. They are hands down the BEST place in Oregon! Friendly front office staff, especially Robin, great facilities and waitlist openings make my appointments much better. I'm grateful to have such a caring and competent team helping me on my healing journey. Kristi is always quick to incorporate modifications to daily tasks, Jessica explains physiology in ways I can understand, and Ben always goes above and beyond to help be through my resistance to new exercises, and manages to make it fun at times too. Great staff, I never feel like a "billable," and I tell everyone who gets the slightest acge to go see them. They are better than good. I've been to more than 7 other PTs, and I am sooooo glad I found them.

Fantastic experience: Reclaim Physical Therapy is a fantastic! The minute you walk in you feel welcome. Robin greets you with a friendly attitude and makes you feel comfortable. My physical therapist is Sean Magill. Sean has taken a personal interest in getting me on the path to recovery from a partially torn Achilles. He has contacted my podiatrist to make they are both on the same page regarding my therapy. I can’t say enough good things about Sean. I’ve had PT in the past for some other injuries or surgeries and to be honest, they seemed like a waste of time. Not the case with Sean and Relaim PT

Fantastic experience: The team at Reclaim Physical Therapy are extremely knowledgeable. They train you to do the exercises correctly, evaluate and explain the healing process in detail. I am excited not to need a 3rd back surgery 7 years after my last one. I mostly worked with Crystal, who was professional, friendly, and encouraging.

Fantastic experience: I can't recommend Reclaim highly enough. I was injured in July 2023 and saw Sean Magill for the first time shortly after. He was incredibly kind and supportive, providing me with a plan to begin rehab and having a keen interest in my success. Post surgery, he not only provided me with a easy to follow plan, but did additional research and came up with incredibly helpful ways to help me get back on track all while staying within my protocol. Never once during my rehab did I feel pressure to move beyond my limits or felt like I was not a priority. Sean truly cares, which makes rehab that much easier to continue. Over the months since then, I've continued to see Sean and truly look forward to our sessions. While I've come along quite a ways since the initial time I saw him, he continues to find fresh ways to continue my rehab and help me to get back to where I was pre-injury. I feel like our sessions are time well spent, and always feel much better after seeing him. I appreciate his encouragement and dedication to helping me not only when I am in the office, but when I am doing things on my own. I've really appreciated all of the staff I've worked with while going to Reclaim. They truly make you feel good when they ask how you're doing, or when other PT's who saw me once early on still check in on me months later. Getting hurt is no fun, but Sean and the others at Reclaim are true gems and will get you back on track.

Fantastic experience: I am a Division 1 Football player at the University of Miami and I was in Eugene for a break and needed to do rehab due to past injuries This staff is super helpful and great! I got to work with Sean who was awesome! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Ben and Joel worked with me for back, hip and knee issues. I couldn’t be happier with the progress and no longer feel the need to get another shot in my knee. I can walk for miles and perform daily functions without pain. So thankful for their knowledge and patience when I didn’t always do my exercises at home.

Fantastic experience: Leslie is an amazing physical therapist, he has helped me tremendously with both shoulders, both shoulder blades, my abdominals and my neck muscles. Furthermore he has helped me coordinate my whole body movements more effectively than any doctor or healer in my life. I used to purchase expensive reikki sessions for years! This has been 10 times more effective and compliments my Qi Gong and Isha Kriya practice. Thank you Leslie, Much love from ya boi! -LZ 2/9/2024 Benjamin Garland is an amazing physical therapist. I’m the type of person that needs slow reprogramming for my training and he gave me great visual instructions in picture form and also visual instructions for prompts because I talk his ear off as I make an astounding recovery for my neck that was injured almost 4 years ago. Benjamin’s presence and treatment is the best I’ve received here measured by three amazing visits to help me recover posture and proprioception in my neck. I’m at a time where I’m struggling with housing and feel self conscious about my mental health. Benjamin’s laser focus doesn’t miss with his gentle accuracy in guiding me to move slower and listen to the messages from my body. I love all the PT’s here but my experience with Benjamin is the best for the type of eccentric open stream of consciousness type of guy I am. I am Fully confident that I can work above my head with full recovery in the next 6-12 months.

Fantastic experience: Sean is gem! His energy and passion for what he does is obvious. Sean is working with my son Raiden, who recently has torn his meniscus. He is extremely welcoming, thorough, and very understanding of the human body. He does great at explaining the what and why’s of his treatment so that my son can understand. He is honest and encouraging which is important to a student athlete who wants to get back to the field ASAP. He is personable - they bonded as USC fans *rolls eyes - haha. After working on him, he followed up with simple exercise instructions on paper with photos to take home. I couldn’t be more excited to see my son recover with the help of Sean and others we have yet to meet. Thanks Sean! Keep your passion for healing. Your energy is infectious. You helped me as a mother too by allowing me to relax and know he’s in great hands.

Fantastic experience: My situation is a bit different than most that have to go to PT. I know that I will never fully "get better". But, I know that 9 times out of 10 after my appointment I will be in so much less pain. I have worked with Mike Rhinesmith the most, and he is amazing at what he does! Fantastic experience: I have been a Reclaim patient for more than six months for sciatica injury. The two therapists I have worked with, Michael Schwentner and Kristi Hess have been excellent practitioners. Michael has been my ongoing therapist. This is the first time I have needed physical therapy. I dreaded the idea of having someone direct my physical movements. It would smell and sound too much like those awful gym classes in elementary school. To my relief and satisfaction, Michael is one of the good souls on planet Earth. He is friendly, patient, relaxed, humourous and cooperative. He takes my concerns seriously and takes the time to consider -- along with me -- a workable solution. Kristi Hess is wonderful too. She listens to me with concentration and great respect. It is such a glorious feeling to be heard and respected by clinicians! In a few instances, Kristi was perfectly willing to throw out the set of exercises she had prepared for me in favor of addressing the questions I brought with me to the session. This flexibility demonstrates her respect for me -- it is also deeply cooperative. Not a word from her until she felt certain she understood what I was saying and asking. This is high-level clinical competence. Good job to both of you! Not only do you know your pt stuff, -- you are masters of the social dimension of rehabilitation medicine!

Fantastic experience: My journey with Reclaim began with a terrible car accident that left me so debilitated that I couldn't even lift my newborn son out of his crib. Mike took me in and developed a very specific rehabilitation regimen custom tailored to my injuries. He worked tirelessly with me and made me feel important, not like I was just another case. Not only did Mike help me recover to where I could play with my son again, but sent me out in better condition than I was prior to the accident! Mike gave me my life back, and my family and I will forever be grateful for all of the selfless work he did for me!

Fantastic experience: If I could give more stars, I would!!! I am physically challenged. I was injured by a caregiver, (tripped me which severely injuring my neck). I was depressed due to being completely dependent on family and caregivers! Reclaim Physical Therapy has been a God send and blessing! 9 months later with lots of hard work, I am feeling like myself! Fantastic experience: The experience I’ve had with Reclaim has been extremely healing both physically and mentally. The team has addressed my spinal and cervical injuries with knowledge, empathy, and practices that have left me with Hope again. (I was hit by a speeding vehicle and felt broken due to injuries and fear of lifelong disabilities) I’m recovering and have regained movement with a lot less pain due to my PT regimen. Each therapist that I’ve worked with has been highly knowledgeable and safe. Everyone here has been so helpful and supportive. I actually enjoy coming to my sessions. Fantastic experience: Reclaim physical therapy: A place of sweat, tears, and laughter. I have been working with Quinn and Mike for a few years after a knee injury progressed to a full blown knee debilitation. A torn ACL is no joking matter, yet the team at reclaim has me giggling every session. Funny? Yes. Knowledgeable? Absolutely, but what I appreciate most about Quinn and Mike is how they listen. They listen to my fears, my goals and aspirations. They work hard to make sure I have the education on how *my* body mechanics work and they give me the homework to help me succeed. I am more confident with every step I take and that is largely thanks to them, and the rest is up to me! I can't recommend reclaim enough. Thanks boys!

Fantastic experience: The staff at Reclaim do a great job of listening to what your problem or issue is, and finding the best way to address the problem. They spend the needed amount of time each session to really address the patient's needs.

Fantastic experience: Sad but true, I've had a lot of experience with Physical Therapy. My problem is...going back to my youth every time I left this planet, skiing, hiking, climbing, even playing competitive soccer into my 50's a Planet got in my way. It even seems like there is more gravity today than there was back in my youth when we had to duck and dodge Pteradactyls on our walk to or from home to Willagillespie school. Now I follow the same route weekly to let the professionals at Reclaim help me stave off permanent immobility. DPT's like Oliver Hecht give me hope of a few more decades of reasonable outdoor adventure. Thank you. Smart, caring, resourceful; even a top notch office expert that I swear is CNN's Brooke Baldwin to greet you, update your personal treatment schedule and keep track of those wiley Insurance folks. Fantastic experience: Mike has been my physical therapist for a few years now. He is also my massage therapist. I have never met someone who is more caring, thorough, understanding, knowledgeable and in tune with my specific needs. I've gotten incredible relied with my different injuries. I have had various LMT's and PT's over the years, and Mike is hands down, the best I have ever had. I'm thankful I've found him.

Fantastic experience: I would’ve had to have surgery on my shoulder had it not been for Oliver and the rest of the crew. Thanx to them no surgery required because of the expert help in the way they showed me how to properly use my entire body for work and helped build my core to better and longer ease without pain

Fantastic experience: I'm a stickler for always seeking out the best. I want the best doctor, plumber, electrician, etc. I typically use reviews and word of mouth to track down the best. I was given a few PT options from Dr. Wagner (Portland hip specialist) and chose Reclaim due to the high reviews. I wasn't disappointed. I worked with Oliver for a few months post-op hip, and I saw results every week. There is nothing worse than being overworked in PT and dying in pain the next few days. Oliver took me up to that "line" and never over so I trusted him. He is a gifted therapist. Then I had back problems and had back surgery in April of this year (2022). I will add that is was the back surgery from hell. I had worked with Kristi preoperatively so I was in great shape for surgery. And I was! However, due to something similar you'd hear on the Dr. Death podcast, I am starting over from scratch. I am now 2 weeks into therapy again at Reclaim and feel optimistic under Kristi's care. I will get it back... and Reclaim will help. If you want the best, and you took the time to read this, then you have found the best and don't need to look any further.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Reclaim PT off and on due to the fact that I forget I'm 66 and jump into projects like I'm killing snakes. I've worked with Mike and Quinn and they are both excellent with the different skills they posses. Although, I highly recommend Mike overall. He made PT fun with exercises like, pick up the baby, and it would make me smile when practicing them at home. His communication and listening skills are VERY good. After having a successful PT I now am also seeing Mike for massages. He continues to work on my problem areas and has addressed muscle, neck and back issues that, without his combined knowledge of PT and massage, would be hard to manage otherwise.

The scheduling is fabulous (works around my busy schedule/reschedules when I need), the staff is always polite and I am always aware of my next visit. Fantastic experience: I have seen a handful of physical therapists in the Eugene area, and Michael R is by far my favorite. He not only takes his job seriously but you can tell he loves it and wants to help you any way he can.

Fantastic experience: I was diagnosed with Vertigo. I had an appointment with Kristi Hess. She explained what was happening in my ear and how it affected my vision and balance. She ran multiple tests and performed the Epley maneuver. After weeks of feeling poorly, I am back to normal. Very nice and helpful front desk staff as well. A huge thanks!

Fantastic experience: The entire Reclaim family is exceptional, but I will especially praise Mike Rhinesmith here. His attention to my comfort and healing has been very compassionate and professional. He also has a uniquely keen ability to remember conversations from past appointments. I remain impressed, too, with his memory of things I’ve told him about books I’m reading and projects I’m undertaking at work. You can’t go wrong with Reclaim.

Fantastic experience: The BEST PT place I've ever experienced! They are extremely educated about the human body, injuries, and wellness. Each trainer has a unique method towards healing, yet they all tie together to create a fully rounded experience based on the client's needs. Today I'll be training with Michael. Our sessions work towards stamina and strength and balance, and then some; all the while focusing on form. He totally Rocks! And I'm getting so much better!!
