Fantastic experience: Dr Oeser, was outstanding. She is extremely competent and knowledgeable. She has the perfect blend of knowledge, compassion, humor and toughness. I have used a few PT, she is easily the best. I hope I don’t need her services in the future, but if I do I am comfortable knowing I will have a great practitioner in Dr. Oeser.

Fantastic experience: First, their location in south Eugene is very convenient for me. The staff PTA's and PT's are top notch professionals, so kind and explain things so well. They always ask for feedback and listen to the patient. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful and they always welcome patients with a smile. A good place to go when you need professional PT and rehab services. I wanted to give them six stars, but five will do.

I’ve been working with Kyle and after two visits my hip pain no longer wakes me up. The exercises are doable and my muscles are getting stronger.

Fantastic experience: I've been to Cooperative Performance Rehabilitation several times over the last 10 years when I have been experiencing vertigo. Most recently, I saw the physical therapist Michael Duffy. Michael was really great to work with. He was very kind, gentle, and was very knowledgeable about everything vestibular. He really helped me through all of the horrible aspects of vertigo. I saw him twice and my "spinning" sensation is gone! I wouldn't hesitate to work with Michael again for vertigo or any other physical therapy needs.

Fantastic experience: My last day of treatment was today and I can honestly say I’ll miss this place. The employees at the desk are so knowledgeable, flexible, and eager to help- if I was ever running late or needed to reschedule an appointment, they were on top of it. Michael Duffy, my physical therapist, is a really warm-hearted and empathetic person, not to mention great at what he does. I was in two car accidents over the course of a few months, and without the help I received here, I would have been back at square one. If (god forbid!) I’m ever in need of physical therapy again, I’m definitely coming back here. I would highly recommend Cooperative Performance!

Fantastic experience: I have a vestibular issue because of some surgery I had. Although I've done a lot of rehab, there are still some issues I find challenging. Cooperative Performance has been the PERFECT place for me to get help. They are very knowledgeable, tailor the rehab to the specific person, have multiple resources to share and are just really nice. I am delighted I have found them; they will help me stay as active in these later years of my life.

The office staff was able to get me in earlier than my scheduled appointment, and they were kind and helpful when I needed answers. Rachel is an excellent physical therapist, and not only kind and compassionate, but she was able to help me get rid of my vertigo that I had been dealing with for 9 weeks. Fantastic experience: The guidance I received was practical to apply and efficient in my recovery. I learned techniques to implement in my commute, my work environment and daily living such as loading groceries into the car or doing laundry and loading the dishwasher. The broad spectrum application led for me to a near complete recovery in a rapid 4 weeks. I've learned that PT is an ongoing process to maintain wellness but I'm very impressed and pleased with the treatment provided by Board Certified in Orthopedic Clinical Specialist Kenji Carp and William Whittington.

My physical therapist, Michael Robinson, has been wonderful and I'm entirely pleased with his care. Michael is patient, highly skilled, and his therapy has had a huge impact on my recovery. I am nearing the end of my physical therapy, and am confident that, when it ends, I'll be in tip-top shape, in large part due to the skill Michael has shown during my recovery. Fantastic experience: I was referred by my pcp to CP&R, and on my arrival was assigned to Rachel Robinson. Rachel spent our first session listening to me explain why I was there, and all my connected issues. That same session she performed a number of tests, and a basic "treatment." Since then, she has repeated the the initial treatment until it was successful, and is now treating my related problems. Rachel is friendly, efficient, well-prepared, and apparently very good at solving the PT problems she faces. I highly recommend her.

Negative experience: I was just seen at this physical therapist clinic. They told me that my symptoms of dizziness and nausea was caused by lack of sleep. I think I-have Ménière’s disease but lack changes in my hearing. They negated my feelings of what was happening. They recommended that I see my doctor to get a sleeping pill. This is craziness!
