Therapeutic Associates Downtown Eugene Physical Therapy

Negative experience: If I could give zero, I'd give a zero. I have been waiting for three and a half months, only to be rescheduled and rescheduled over those months, to today. I have concerns about being late, so I call and call and call to advise them, but it's disconnected. I call other locations and ask what's up?!?! They have no idea! I show up on time, and it is dark sealed and locked tight. I call the West 11th location and they are astounded. She puts me on hold to talk to the Director of all locations. She comes back and says it's news to him and he has no knowledge of why this location is closed. Then the original location calls and says they were at a sister clinic for a seminar. Lies

Fantastic experience: My therapist, Aleksey, is fantastic. He developed an exercise plan for me and as I continue to use it, I just keep getting better and better! Additionally, the rest of the staff are great. They are professional and very happy to help any way they can. I would easily take my loved ones (mother, sister, father, children) to Therapeutic Associates Downtown to be treated/helped...without hesitation. I would strongly recommend that anyone referred for physical therapy to work with the Therapeutic Associates Downtown. You will be treated with kindness, respect, and of course, excellent physical therapy. Kudos to this team and business! An absolute pleasure to work with.

The customer service is great! My physical therapist Aleksely is very personable, warm, friendly, and is invested in helping his clients, get the best care possible! He is very knowledgeable, has a nice hands on approach and explains things in detail! I had an old shoulder injury flare up after doing a headstand, and Aleksely worked with me to help released the tension in my shoulder, and help strengthen my shoulder and upper back muscles! My shoulder hasn't felt this great in months! Thank you therapeutic associates physical therapists and staff!!

Fantastic experience: Staff is very knowledgeable. Also, unlike many physical therapy clinics, staff works with you, not only with hands on manipulation of the location being treated, but also with exercises needed for rehab.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely world class. People were just so nice and accommodating. Felt like I was walking into a family members business by the end. They make you feel so welcome and comfortable to the point where I just wanted to hangout.

Fantastic experience: This is a fantastic clinic with amazing therapists and excellent customer service. The process of scheduling appointments here was so much easier than what I have experienced in other places. All of the staff are super friendly and helpful. They genuinely take an interest in your life and care about your well-being. I never had to wait long for my appointments, and the clinic was always clean and well-organized. In terms of the actual treatment that I received, I cannot say enough good things about Dan. Although my symptoms seemed something of a mystery to me, he was quickly able to pinpoint the source of my pain and develop a plan to address it. He clearly communicated what we were doing and why, and was excellent at adapting my home program to work well for me as an individual. I noticed improvement right away after starting PT, and I have been getting stronger and able to do more with less discomfort. I am leaving town for a few months, so I won’t be able to continue coming to PT, but Dan did a fantastic job of preparing me to continue on my own, teaching me exercises that I can progress to and giving me his email so that he can continue to provide guidance as needed. I had been dealing with this issue for over a year, but I now have confidence that I will not have to deal with it much longer. I am very grateful to Dan and all of the staff at Therapeutic Associates for giving me such excellent care and making PT such a positive experience.

Fantastic experience: When I go to my therupist I feel a lot better than I thought possible because he really gets to know you and what needs to be done to help releave the pain as long as you stick to the exercises and stretches

Fantastic experience: Well run organization, with the added benefit of being specialists in sports injuries as well as other aspects of physical therapy. In my case, Dan White was terrific in helping me work through an aggravating hamstring strain and got me back and running within a few weeks. I live to run and owe a huge debt of gratitude to Dan.
