Therapeutic Associates Physical Therapy at Crescent Village

Fantastic experience: My Therapist is Madison and I feel so blessed to be under her care leadership. She is by far the best therapist I ever had because she has empowered me to be more assertive and aware on how to manage my pain and regain awareness of my body. I have worked with Laura, Milton and Haley and all of them have shown patience and knowledge care. Angelica and Zoe have been respectful and efficient in all they do to make sure I get to my appointments. I thank you so much to an excellent customer service .

Fantastic experience: August '22… Thank you Kat and Milton for your positivity and encouragement with the Breathing Therapy Program. I was skeptical to be sure about being able to fix my broken breathing habits but you wouldn't let me fail and a lot of that had to do with your optimistic outlook with every visit. March '22… Very thankful for the staff at Crescent! Lizzy, Laura, Hannah, Kat, Milton, Matt, Colin, Toni... They take their work very seriously but can laugh with clients too. Thank you all!

Fantastic experience: Therapeutic Assiciates at Crescent Village in Eugene is my third experience with physical therapy. They are by far the best PT I have worked with. The office is organized, appointments are on time, the space is clean and Madeline and Laura are very professional. I recommend them heartily.

Fantastic experience: The best team! My physical therapist is Madison, and massage therapist is Michael Winn. Deeply compassionate and supportive. With my severe neck injury and nerve pain they were gentle and knowledgeable on the next steps to heal.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Angela Lewis!! She was so awesome, listened and had so many great suggestions for my back issue. She helped to take away the leg pain I had that was stemming from my back. I am not going back to her for a different issue and have absolute confidence that she's going to help alleviate that as well.

Fantastic experience: MIRACLE WORKER!!!! I highly recommend Angela Lewis. She has helped me so much over the years. I have been to many doctors, osteopaths, chiropractors, and other pt's and she is the most knowledgeable about tmj, headaches, and muscles that I have encountered. She seems to have a huge passion for helping people release their pain so they can have a happy and healthy life. She has treated my TMJ, frozen shoulder, and now most recently the back of my hip and tailbone. I literally thought I was not going to be able to live or walk without having surgery and she fixed it. I can't really put into words how grateful I am. In addition, she has a really friendly personality and the staff is great. The women at the front desk are friendly and attentive and Milton is very knowledgeable and inspiring. i really cannot say enough good about this practice.

Fantastic experience: After having a slip injury in January it took months to get into a doctor…. In the time I had been waiting for my doctor appointment I end up having another one and finally went to ER. They referred me to Slocum for an MRI and once I received the MRI result I called around to 9 PT offices in the area. Everyone was booked out months and while on the phone with TA (therapeutic associates) I was able to squeeze into Madi’s schedule!!!! I had my first appointment a week ago and after doctors/Chiro and everyone I saw discounted my LLD (leg discrepancy) she actually took the time to listen to me and suggested I try a lift! Something I have been asking everyone about for years!!! To say I am happy with the results is an understatement, that coupled with the PT exercise regimen has been wonderful. I’ve also snuck into the cancellation list and have been able to make what I thought would be impossible happen! I will be running the Eugene marathon this year after having serious doubts. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! TAI and Madi you are life savers.

Fantastic experience: The very best physical therapists in town in my opinion. I have seen them several times for a variety if ailments and received excellent care, dealt with friendly, helpful staff, and been happy with my results every time.

Fantastic experience: Angela is amazing! She came up with a plan to help me and I am improving each week. I am very encouraged with the progress. MIlton has been thorough in teaching me how to do the exercises properly and taking care of the details. I am impressed with the efficient and smooth running operation TAI.

Often times after just 1-2 visits, nothing normal, 8+ visits often found in physical therapy. Absolutely worth the drive from Corvallis.

Fantastic experience: From the minute I walked in late because my GPS had sent me to the wrong place, the reception staff members were most gracious, understanding, and accommodating. Then, Mr. Chance Zeigler turned out to be the best doctor I have ever had. He asked me many questions and listened to my responses taking copious notes. His follow-up questions indicated that he had listened to my responses and was keenly interested in my health. I left with a list of physical therapy exercises that were tailor made for my condition.

Fantastic experience: This is my second time getting therapy here. Whole staff are so friendly and helpful . I have recommended this clinic a few times ! Both times my PT is Lizzy Treeheart . She shows you exercises and how and why to do them. I can't thank her enough for what she has done for me . She is so caring and I can talk to her about anything and feel comfortable . Her assistant Collin is just great.

Fantastic experience: When I went there, I was unsure of what they could accomplish. After a small number of sessions with Kathleen Burns, I have a regimen of home exercises and have actually shown marked improvement. Five stars to Therapeutic Associates and to therapists Kathleen and Milton.

Fantastic experience: I was having continuous problems rolling my ankle and a friend suggested I try physical therapy and recommended Angela Lewis at Therapeutic Associates. This was the game changer I needed! Angela was amazing! After a few months of physical therapy, and consistent PT exercise at home, I was still having issues rolling my ankle and she was my advocate to keep digging until I found the root of the problem. All thanks to her, I was able to get an MRI which showed I needed surgery to repair my ligament. I had surgery in November of 2021 and then started back with the physical therapy a couple weeks later. It was a hard journey but Angela took such good care of me! She helped me rehabilitate my ankle and really my whole body, I feel stronger then I ever have before! I honestly feel like she gave me a second chance at a life without falling every time I walk down the sidewalk! It is unreal the things she can do! I would 100% recommend Angela to anyone in my life who is having problems with their body. She is a miracle worker and I just feel so grateful to of found her!

Fantastic experience: I just love this place! My therapist is Angela and her PTA is Hayley. They give excellent care. I injured my knee and had a MCL and ACL. I needed to do pre op and post op therapy. Angela is so knowledgeable and delivers personalized care. She has helped me become stronger and recovery quickly. She listens to my concerns and addresses them at every appointment. I am so thankful for her care. The hours of operation are a plus and all the other staff a friendly. I would recommend them to everyone!

Fantastic experience: I've now been to Therapeutic Associates for physcial therapy twice for separate issues and both times worked with Ms Treeheart. The facilities and equipment are cleaned and well maintained. Everyone is friendly and professional. They know what they are doing, especially Lizzy. I don't want anyone else working on me.

Fantastic experience: I had pretty limited mobility in my joint before seeing Lizzie. I can’t say enough positive things about the work that she did and the genuine care she had for me as a client. Colin was great, always helpful and never condescending when my posture needed correction. I feel confident that if I ever needed physical therapy again Lizzie would be my first choice.

Fantastic experience: I have had three different issues where physical therapy has been prescribed - all very different one from another. WIthout exception Kat Burns has accomplished amazing results. The first two issues which date back a couple of years have completely resolved and have stayed resolved. I am currently seeing her for something different and after just a couple of sessions I'm already seeing improvement. I couldn't be more impressed with her and the results she has achieved with me.

Fantastic experience: I came to TAI due to a torn muscle in my lower leg. They were very helpful for me. Elizabeth Treeheart, my therapist, first helped build up the muscles that had lost their strength, and then worked on the other leg and other parts of my body that had fallen into bad habits while I was limping around. Then Lizzy would prescribe various appropriate exercises and stretches. Laura, the therapist's assistant, then took me to the gym and watched to be sure I did the exercises right. I found the whole operation to be consistently not only competent but compassionate as well.

Fantastic experience: Angela Louis Lewis Treated me for the first time in 2009 for a pulled hamstring three weeks before I was to participate in the Boston marathon. Her physical therapy on me allowed me to run the Boston Marathon in three hours and 45 minutes and re-qualify for 2010 and I was 64 years old. I would recommend going to her and on a regular basis and i still see her if I have any issues currently.

Fantastic experience: Elizabeth and the team are wonderful. When I walked into the office I was in excruciating pain from nerve damage. I couldn’t hold my head up from my neck injury and lift my arms. Now about two months in I’m about 90% better. My physical therapist Elizabeth Treeheart has help me with the bump in the back of my neck and pain. She not only is very knowledgeable in her field but also has educated me in regards to my condition that has affected my everyday life. Fantastic experience: Dr. Angela Lewis is truly world class as a Therapist, and an even better human being. I could barely walk when I started work with her, and now I walk several miles a day, swim, and play golf-Walking-again. Angela's diagnostic skills are amazing, and she is relentless in her effort, caring and intervention to assist patients. She always makes me feel like I am her only patient, with a terrific ability to laser like focus. Hayley Joseph, Dr. Lewis' aide, is also talented, empathetic and committed. Together they have to be the Best PT team on the Planet!

Fantastic experience: I’ve had several injuries requiring PT assistance to resolve. Angela Lewis has always treated me with great results. In addition, Andrea in the front office makes sure to keep this place running smoothly and facilitates appointment scheduling. Haley has always been amazing as Angela’s assistant, as are any of the other assistants working with Angela and her team. Negative experience: Apparently you can’t take your spouse with you to appointments (even if you can’t drive due to having major surgery) without your spouse being accused of abuse by ELIZABETH TREEHEART. Very grateful to have a husband who cares for me so much to take me to my appointments when I’m in need of help. Will never recommend this place ever. The physical therapy is awful and the workers are rude. She does not strengthening exercises. Just puts her hand on your head to “feel you”. That’s not what’s needed after surgery!!! ZERO STARS!!!
