Erika has a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from the University of Evansville, as well as an Associate's degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from the same university. She is certified in Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), Functional Movement Screen (FMS), and Lee Silverman Voice Treatment (LSVT).
Erika has experience in a variety of therapeutic settings, but she prefers providing outpatient therapy. She is comfortable working with individuals of all ages and with a variety of physical conditions. She has been certified by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) as a clinical instructor, and has been recognized by the APTA for her advanced proficiency in orthopedics.
Erika is originally from Elkhart, Indiana and attended the University of Evansville, where she was a member of the Purple Aces softball team for four years. She is now married and has two children, Ingrid and Lincoln. She enjoys spending time with her family and participating in their various sports, scouting, and school activities.
Natalie went to Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI) for her undergraduate studies, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education with a focus on Pre-Physical Therapy in Exercise Science in 2006. She also ran Division 1 cross-country while there. Later, she attended the University of Evansville and received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2009.
Natalie is a Certified Manual Therapist with a strong interest in treatments that involve movement. She is trained to use the SFMA (Selective Functional Movement Assessment), FMS (Functional Movement Screen), and Y balance tools. She is also certified in Trigger Point Dry Needling.
Natalie and Michael have been married since August 2009 and are the proud parents of two sons, Job and Gabe Hussmann. They have made their home on the Northwest side of Evansville, Indiana, with their pet dog, Willis. Natalie enjoys staying active, shopping locally and attending community festivals. She and her husband are members of Mt. Pleasant Church of God and on the weekends they usually spend time at the dirt track, where Michael races a UMP Modified race car. Natalie is always eager to meet new people and loves to hear their stories.
Lisa holds a Master's degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Nebraska Medical Center, which she received in 1994, and a transitional Doctorate degree (tDPT) from the University of Kentucky, which she earned in 2010.
Since 1998, Lisa has been providing pelvic floor rehabilitation to both men and women. In 2011, she was granted Board Certification in Biofeedback for Pelvic Muscle Dysfunction from the Biofeedback Certification International Alliance (BCIA). She has been an Adjunct Professor at the University of Evansville since 2013, and has also lectured at the University of Kentucky and University of Southern Indiana on topics such as the pelvic floor, lumbopelvic stability, and rehabilitative ultrasound imaging (RUSI). Lisa has been an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) since 1991, and is a member of the APTA's Women's Health Section.
After only four sessions, I have seen a remarkable change. Previously, I was unable to walk for more than 15 minutes without intense pain in my back. Now, I am making progress in my treatment and am able to take walks around my house.
I was extremely satisfied with the knee replacement therapy I received! The staff was knowledgeable and experienced in assisting people to return to their regular lives.

Fantastic experience: All of the therapists here have an amazing attitude all the time. I was seeing Lisa and Erika and they are amazing with their knowledge when treating chronic pain from my experience. They are incredibly understanding and helpful while giving you the tools to get control over your life again. It has always been difficult to find anyone who is comfortable and knowledgeable enough to treat my complex case. I have fibromyalgia, hEDS, POTS, and spondylolisthesis which they have been amazingly helpful in getting my body back to a highly functional point AND without injuring me or causing more pain. They have been very respectful with my own judgement of the limitations my body has and helping me find it in the beginning. They have also been very understanding of my POTS symptoms and make sure to check-in with me to make sure I can tolerate the therapy we are doing that day. It feels like family everytime I go in there even the other patients are friendly. It always made my bad days good days with how cheerful they are. I've also seen how amazing they are when treating other patients with recovery from surgeries and they seem to be amazing with that side of things as well. They always seem to be able to give their patients the hope and motivation they need to keep going. I would highly recommend going to them for any physical therapy that is needed. I will definitely be going there for my future surgeries that's for sure. Any chronic pain people in the area should definitely consider going here with how experienced they are with various chronic pain conditions.

Negative experience: Didn't seem to care if they made patients feel better, only interested in how much they could charge each time for an appointment. Girls at front counter acted like they were doing patients a favor by waiting on them and office manager only cared about how much money was being charged. If you can use another provider to get the same service I would recommend you do so. Patients are just cash cows to them1

Bob Tank let me know that It was important I had the orthotic he made for me and gave it to me when he was unsure if the VA was going to pay at all. I unfortunately have had the need for Prorehab more than a few times over the years and have always had amazing care. The latest was no exception. I had a work comp claim with another large therapy giver in the area and it was no where near the care I received here. 10 stars
