Fantastic experience: I have not received an official diagnosis of being hypermobile, but my doctor agrees that I do have signs of it. I've gone to multiple other physical therapists, but none specialized in hypermobility. I worked with Dr. Grant, and he was very understanding with my issues. This is the longest I've gone without pain and I can safely say his exercises helped me tremendously. I'm so glad I was referred to Forefront.

Fantastic experience: My name is Robert Freeman and I had an extensive rotator cuff repair and I was with a different physical therapy group that didn't work well. I was referred to Forefront therapy and it made a world of difference. My therapists were Hannah and Justin, they were both very professional, knowledgeable, and caring, explained procedures well. Fantastic experience: I’ve never experienced a PT place like this one! Thank goodness I accidentally stumbled across them on a google search! After having back surgery I knew I wanted to stay away from the more popular places in town! The ones that put you on bike for 10 minutes, put you on a table, and walk away talking to other therapists all while wondering if you’re doing the correct moves or not.. I went in and Tonya took a completely different approach towards my therapy regiment that I had been use to pre surgery.. she took the time to listen, and explain to me she wasn’t going to just focus on my back, in fact she did a whole body assessment and found out my hips had been out of alignment due to years of back pain and using other parts of my my body for support and did damage! Getting me to change my verbiage on how I associate my pain, was huge even..things you wouldn’t think of! She is a life saver! Thank you Tonya! Just being around all the therapist you know they have your best interest in mind! They make you feel welcome and valued..

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient for Physical Therapy at other area businesses over the past 10-15 years and thought they were basically the same in their pattern of treatments: 1st the exercise bike for 5 minutes, then instructed to perform a specific exercise while the therapist walked away to chat or enter data. This process rarely changed unless a new exercise was taught, then I was on my own again…couldn’t ask any questions and my performance may have been less than perfect. Then I needed Physical Therapy again about 3-5 months ago and my doctor referred me to a newer business, Bronstein ForeFront Therapy at 201 SE 4th Street, Ste 150. The moment I walked in and they evaluated my needs, I knew they were different. Every visit was a shock because I was assigned a Therapist (Jenna) and she never left my side while I was there. She gave me an exercise and watched closely to make sure I did everything as instructed. During my last 12 sessions (beginning 5/13/24) I have been nothing short of impressed by Jenna’s personal attention, the facility as a whole, and courtesy of their receptionist and staff. I have relayed my great experiences there, to my doctors, family, and friends. The conversation of my therapy had been private in years past, but with ForeFront Therspy, I feel I’ve just won a lottery! I HIGHLY recommend their services!

Fantastic experience: At 3 months our daughter was diagnosed with plagiocephaly (a flat spot on the left side of her head). Our pediatrician referred us to Forefront Therapy for pediatrics at Ascension St. Vincent. Our daughter's therapist was Natalie and she did an amazing job. She explained exactly what we needed to do in each therapy session as well as what we could do at home to help. She developed home exercise programs and printed them out for us to do with our daughter at home. She made sure we understood how to do each exercise and made new programs as our daughter improved. By 10 months the flat spot had disappeared and our daughter had full range of motion as well as meeting all of her developmental milestones. Because of Natalie's awesome work, our daughter did not need to have a helmet and was discharged from physical therapy. We are very happy with their services and cannot say enough about how much we appreciate Natalie's work with out daughter. We definitely recommend Forefront Therapy's pediatric services to anyone with a child in need of physical therapy.

I was given the right level of exercises and encouragement to build on them. My physical and mental health turned around quickly after my first visit! Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Forefront, especially to anyone with EDS. Going to other PTs, chiropractors, and the like always left me exhausted and in pain for days often doing more harm than good. I can confidently say that has never been the case with Forefront. The staff are very knowledgeable about EDS and hypermobility and work with you one-on-one. Brian was incredibly helpful, creating programs for each of my specific problem areas and clearly explaining how those programs were working to resolve my issues. I am happy to say that after a few months problems that I have been dealing with for over a decade have finally been resolved. It really goes to show the difference you get when working with people who understand and have experience with EDS patients.

Fantastic experience: I have had an extremely positive experience at Forefront Therapy. I have been seeing Tonya for awhile and she has helped me SO much!! I am now able to manage my Hyper-mobility symptoms better on my own which has made such a big difference in day-to-day life. She is truly amazing! Fantastic experience: Prior to my surgery there was a suspicion of hEDS, but it was confirmed during surgery. After 3 months of traditional physical therapy for a TKA, I was still in a significant amount of pain throughout my entire body and I always left feeling like a failure. My then PT was juggling two other patients and me. I was given an exercise and expected to do it. I was only given feedback if the PT noticed that I was doing it incorrectly or stopped when it caused pain. When I would return for the next session and asked about my pain level, my PT would say, “I am sorry for pushing you so hard. I keep forgetting that you have EDS.” After expressing my concerns with my orthopedic surgeon and chiropractor, I was referred to Forefront because they specialize in treating EDS patients. I would (and have) recommended others to Forefront Therapy. My sessions were one-on-one, I was given practical exercises for everyday activities, and Justin found ways to help significantly reduce my pain levels. It changed my outlook on my diagnosis and improved my quality of life.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Forefront therapy for a while now. I was having issues with my balance and walking after having a couple of surgeries. With the care and knowledge of the staff there I now can walk without my walker. They treated me like a friend instead of just another patient and for that I owe them everything. Fantastic experience: I started physical therapy with Forefront to try and manage my pain that has gradually been getting worse over the past year due to my desk job and back problems. I’ve tried physical therapy at other facilities before and have had underwhelming results so I tried not to get my hopes up. However, after 2ish(?) months at Forefront I can confidently say I am experiencing the least amount of pain I have had in over a year! My PT was Ryan Wood and he did a remarkable job recommending exercises and creating a program for me that was suitable for the specific back problem I have. Fantastic experience: After nine back procedures within the past three years, to say I'm a complicated case would be an understatement. With this stated, Brian Grant has implemented a progressive plan for my physical therapy needs. He is extremely attentive and is constantly improving my program. The entire staff at Forefront is professional and responsive to any questions I have. Note: I am a current patient, scheduled twice per week, and will be under his care until my neurosurgeon and Mr. Grant feel therapy is no longer needed. The initial emergency procedure was botched in the Middle East - 2019.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Forefront Therapy. I literally crawled into my first appointment with Forefront Therapy. I had experienced a sudden onset of severe back and leg pain which rendered me unable to walk, stand, or sit upright. Even lying completely still was a challenge. A friend recommended Forefront and, thankfully, I was able to schedule a visit for the following day. I met with Dr. Brian Grant and he was able to quickly diagnose my issue and create a program that helped me get back on my feet. The movements he prescribed were simple and straightforward but highly affective. As I progressed with each visit, Dr. Grant would adjust the program by adding new stretches and exercises. Dr. Grant was friendly, knowledgeable, informative, and a crucial part of my healing process.

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr. Grant at Forefront Therapy for issues brought about by joint hypermobility. I was given a tailored treatment plan that focused on muscle strengthening and proper body mechanics for someone struggling with joint hypermobility. The one on one therapy time with Dr. Grant gave us the chance to build our doctor/client relationship. He took the time to hear my concerns and educated me through the therapy process. I feel like therapy has given me the tools I need to feel more confident in becoming active again without injury.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ryan and his team are first class in treating the cause and not just the symptom. I went in to address an Achilles issue I had developed early in the year, and wound up talking about back pain that I had for nearly 4 years. I was convinced that my back pain was just my new normal, but Dr. Ryan disagreed and talked about how the issue I had was treatable, it would just take some work. After creating a tailored plan, we were able to treat and resolve my issues for my Achilles and back. Its a strange feeling not having pain everyday, and am very grateful for Forefront Therapy getting me there.

Fantastic experience: Short version: going to Forefront is a better experience than you could ever even hope for, and can improve your life (not an exaggeration). Our story: When we were recommended to go to physical therapy at Forefront for our 8 year old daughter's admominal pain, we were skeptical. She has had GI issues her entire life and trying to find a good treatment plan has been challenging for us and her doctors. But we went, being advised by her wonderful GI that Forefront had helped others and might be able to help us. It was AMAZING. We worked with Brian, and he answered all of our questions but even more importantly, developed a fantastic rapport with our daughter. He got her from hindering daily admominal pain to being pain free most days - something that seems a bit of a miracle to us. He also helped her to learn how to pinpoint and describe her pain, which is useful information when trying to figure out the source of her discomfort. While her therapist was Brian, we really got to know the entire staff at Forefront and we felt very comfortable there. I can't say enough wonderful things about them, and highly recommend them to everyone possible.

Fantastic experience: After a hip injury kept me from running for over a year, Dr. Wood helped me with the therapy and exercises to get ready to begin again. I have been running for a few months now and I am back to 15-20 miles a week at less than 10 minutes per mile--which isn't too bad for a fifty-some year old. Many, many thanks to Ryan!

Fantastic experience: I had been dealing with a lower back and hip issue for over two years. Ryan took nearly the entire first session just diagnosing the issue which no one had ever done before. He put together a plan and spent five or six sessions to get me back to health. He actually listened to my concerns, used what I was feeling to diagnose problems, helped me understand how to make changes in my daily life so that I would not have to return to him, and was a true professional in every way. Fantastic experience: Our 10 week old was diagnosed with infant Torticollis. We were referred to large pediatric center as a default treatment option. This center informed me it would be a month before we got an appointment. Feeling discouraged I called Forefront. We were seen in 3 business days. Ryan corrected the diagnosis and set our little baby boy on the road to recovery immediately. His knowledge and clarity along with his hands left us feeling hopeful and relieved. Fantastic experience: When my rheumatologist recommended that I drive to Evansville (more than an hour from my home) for physical therapy, I wondered if it would be worth it. It has been!! I didn't realize what a difference it makes doing physical therapy with someone who specializes in "bendy" folks like me. I'd definitely recommend Forefront Therapy (already have!) to anyone who is "hypermobile" or one who has been diagnosed with Ehlers Danlos - type 3/hypermobility. Even if you aren't hypermobile - I have confidence they can help!

Fantastic experience: Ryan at ForeFront Therapy has completely changed my life. I dealt with back pain for 6 or 7 years and thought it was a leg length discrepancy. I went to chiropractors for years and years that simply just adjusted my hips, gave me a shoe insert, or cracked my neck and back. This was a nice temporary fix, but I would have to go back and see them no sooner than when I left. Ryan identified my problems and worked with me weekly for a couple months. I now no longer have back pain and he has shown me what I can do at home to keep the pain away myself. I cannot believe I have put up with the pain that I have had the last 6 or 7 years.
