The location is not usually over crowded like other providers I have been to so patients receive more personal attention. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Melissa made my three times a week of physical therapy fun and effective by working with me from day one to understand my pre-injury lifestyle and monitor my progress for several months—keeping copious notes of what I had achieved or struggled with in the prior sessions and how I had gotten on. Most importantly she gave me answers about the causes of my lingering pain, and has deep knowledge about the mechanics behind your pain. She will encourage you to work hard to get you to where you want to be ,and if you put in the effort and stick to your routine, she will get you to a much better place while cheering you on all the way! She works diligently to create dynamic at home routines that contributed to getting healthy and back to my normal routine and favorite activities. This is a really fun office and all the therapists and front desk staff were gracious and lovely. Thank you Melissa!!

Fantastic experience: The level of care I received at PT Solutions was phenomenal! The therapist I most frequently saw, Melissa, went above and beyond to research different approaches and potential solutions to the pain and discomfort I was experiencing. Level of care aside, all of the staff was incredibly friendly, making what is often a painful and uncomfortable experience much more tolerable. Would definitely recommend PT Solutions!!

Fantastic experience: I recently ended my therapy sessions at PT Solutions. My time to “escape” work was going to the sessions and spending an hour with my therapist, Melissa. She made therapy a fun time instead of painful, educated me on what was best for my injury and made sure I felt okay. I had a second injury happen during our time and she patiently helped me regain my confidence and gave me some home exercises. Also shoutout to Jaymee, Brian and Michelle, Michelle helped me with dry needling which was a miracle for my pain( don’t think about it, just do it). Appointment scheduling was easy, the front desk was always friendly! Go to PT Solutions, you won’t regret it.

The staff is very helpful and supportive, Brian was my main physical therapist and he rehabbed from my ACL reconstruction surgery and got me back returning to my sports. Both Michele and Jamie were also great and really pushed me and made me stronger. I would highly suggest coming here if you need any sort of physical rehabilitation.

Fantastic experience: this was an amazing physical therapy clinic. I am posting this on behalf of my Aunt who came for her knee replacement. They did a great job on educating her and giving her exercises tailored specifically for her. Will 1000% come again if I ever need to. Melissa was her main therapist!

Fantastic experience: I’m currently on my 2nd case at this clinic and I love it here. I was at Select Physical Therapy and it was honestly awful. Select made me feel like I was never gonna make progress and was broken or something. Coming here made me realize how bad the other clinic was and helped me see how physical therapy is SUPPOSED TO BE. I make great progress and always feel very supported by all of the PTs here! I have been treated by literally everyone and they’re all great, INCLUDING the therapists that travel and help out! Jaymee, Brian, Melissa and Michelle have all helped with my progress towards me getting back where I want to be. If you’re looking for physical therapy, COME HERE! 10/10 recommend.

Fantastic experience: The team and staff are very competent and friendly. Brian not only fixed my problems, but he also corrected the way I train and workout, helping my body be more efficient. The therapists are all very educated and detailed in their work so you will definitely feel like you're in trusted hands. I'm sure all the PT solutions are great but I do have to specifically recommend this particular location. I drive a longer distance just so I can work with Brian.

Positive experience: My father was involved in a car crash last year and hurt his neck and shoulders. He did not want to start PT unless he was fully covered. PT Solutions told him multiple times that he would be fully covered for his treatment, and even signed a form verifying this information. Only halfway through the treatment, he received a crazy bill for over $2,500. The clinic admitted their mistake and said they would take care of the bill, so we thought it was all done. But we just received another reminder bill saying that unless we pay, the bill will go to collections. We are not rich, the treatment was useless, and we are still in the process of dealing with this, more than half a year later. This has been really stressful, and I wouldn't wish this situation on anyone. Update: They worked to fix the error and get the charge cleared, so I’m bumping my review to 4 stars. However, the mistake should not have been made to begin with, so I’m docking a star. Be careful with any medical treatment and independently double check with your insurance if possible, because it seems the insurance verification completed by clinics and hospitals is not always accurate.

Fantastic experience: PT Solutions was a delight. The facility is spacious, clean and the therapists are invested and knowledgeable. They actually seem to care. My therapist in particular, Autumn Curtis - was terrific.

Fantastic experience: I spent 6 months working with Autumn to strengthen old knee and shoulder injuries that had flared up during the Pandemic and took longer to improve due to my Long Covid postural limits and exercise intolerance. Autumn's upbeat personality and ability to manage multiple patients' exercises at a time made attending PT fun and engaging. Through pacing and Autumn's careful oversight, I was able to improve my overall physical health. She varied the exercises to engage all the smaller muscles you didn't know were so weak to ensure recovery was comprehensive, but also made sure the exercises could be continued at home. I'd recommend Autumn to others (and Michelle, too)! I wish I could say I won't be back, but if/when I need PT again, I'll be coming back to Autumn.

Fantastic experience: I was a patient at this facility for the past 6 months and I feel better than ever. I came in with a herniated disc without the ability to stand for more than 10 minutes. Fast forward to now, I am back in the gym deadlifting! The entire staff is a pleasure to work with. I truly do thank Autumn for giving me the confidence & strength to go back to the gym.

Fantastic experience: I recently completed a series of sessions at this PT Solutions location. Overall, I was very pleased and I highly recommend it if you need physical therapy. My therapists, Autumn and Michelle, listened intently to my specific symptoms and created a tailored program to address my individual needs. They continually solicited my feedback and periodically adjusted my therapy to ensure I was making progress while limiting the discomfort that is frequently associated with PT rehabilitation. Every session began with a short discussion about my specific current concerns and my condition since the last session to ensure we were still on the right track. Appointments were easy to schedule, the billing and paperwork process was straightforward, and all the staff members were courteous and professional. Thanks to PT Solutions, I now have pain-free mobility, and if I ever need PT in the future, I will definitely return to this location.

Fantastic experience: PT Solutions is the best! My doctor sent me to physical therapy in an effort to avoid surgery and I am so happy to have found the therapists at PT Solutions. Autumn, Michelle and Simie are caring and supportive experts who know how to work with their patients - meeting them where they are each step of the way. It was exciting to ring the bell and "graduate" from PT, but I miss seeing them regularly :)

Fantastic experience: I was a patient here for 6 months, and I always had an enjoyable time. Seriously - I can't think of a time where I thought "I do not want to go to PT today"! The staff is so friendly and great at explaining the issues I was facing and how we could look to improve them. They also always noted that we could change things up if some things didn't seem to help. There is substantial equipment here and I was able to do all the different exercises I needed to do. I was also given a number of things I could do at home with no or minimal equipment. I also have to say that while I worked at some point with each of the PTs, I worked mostly with Autumn, and she is delightful. She would always greet me with joy when I walked in the door and I could sense her big smile from behind her mask. She was great at explaining whatever we were doing and answering any questions I asked. She dry needled my shoulder muscles when I was feeling extra tight. She always made sure that the weights and reps for my exercises were right for me and not too easy - so I was getting my money's worth! Mostly, she is just super friendly. She remembered things we had talked about in the past, and followed up on what was happening in my life. She also put up with my constant jokes and teasing! :) I will actually miss going to PT appointments, which is not something you usually think of with any medical appointments! I highly recommend PT Solutions in Alexandria, and would go to them again if I need PT again in the future.

Fantastic experience: I went to PT Solutions Alexandria shortly after my spinal surgery. My entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. The entire staff was always professional and very friendly and the facility had great equipment to work with that was always clean and well kept. I was lucky enough to be put with Autumn Curtis, who was terrific. She was always ready to take me right at my scheduled time which was very important since my appointments were during my lunch breaks and I often had meetings directly after. Her diagnostic workup was expert and thorough and she provided a helpful, realistic exercise regimen that provided an initial strength basis to ease me into getting back to the gym and the golf course. Most importantly, as I experienced lingering soreness and an issue with a pinched nerve after the surgery, she was able to target those areas and relieve both issues literally over night. I can't say enough about how much this improved my attitude and speeded my recovery. Lastly, she and the staff there were just fun to work with and made the whole experience something to look forward! I have already recommended them to friends and neighbors and if I need further therapy in the future, I will definitely return to PT Solutions Alexandria!

Fantastic experience: Michelle at PT Solutions was great! She took her time to look at my neck issues and explain weaknesses in my back. The therapy sessions where challenging, but always made me feel better and have provided lasting results. She always took the time to explain why she picked certain exercise, so as to help me understand where my weak points were. It's been so immensely helpful. I'm not in pain at the end of a stressful day anymore, my sleep is so much better, and my cycling has improved. (which I stopped because of the neck pain). Everyone at PT Solutions was nice, and will definitely come back for any future issues.

Fantastic experience: I have been a client of PT Solutions for almost a year. This is my second time choosing them for their physical therapy. I have greatly improved with my back and knee concerns. All the therapists are very professional, to include the receptionists and they make my visits very welcoming by making me feel like I am a part of the family. My therapist is Brandon, he is fabulous! Before starting therapy, I was in a lot of pain, with sciatica and a torn meniscus. With Brandon's instruction I have to admit, I see a great amount of improvements. I highly recommend PT Solutions located on Richmond Hwy in Alexandria, VA for anyone who is in need of great physical therapy sessions and a great therapist!

Fantastic experience: A+! I can’t say enough good things about this facility and all the staff. I went through the wringer with a number of medical professionals with different specialities, and none of them could identify the root cause of my issues, and they all treated symptoms only, with one drug after another. Within my first visit at PT Solutions, Michelle was able to replicate my symptoms, honed in on the problem, and started me off on a plan of care that ultimately gave me back the active lifestyle I had before. She really listened to me, and adjusted my treatment appropriately with my progress and setbacks, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Though Annie only treated me once, she was wonderful too. Between the two of them and Mindy, the atmosphere is always energetic and fun, which is just an added bonus to their expertise and experience. I will really miss starting off my days at PT Solutions! I just wish I went there first instead of wasting my time elsewhere.

They were so flexible with scheduling, which made it very easy to be able to get in with my work schedule. Fantastic experience: I went to PT solutions for lower back pain during pregnancy. My experience there was absolutely great. As a first time mom, I had no idea the added benefits of working to stabilize and strengthen muscles during pregnancy that can contribute to those aches and pains. The staff was great to work with and truly cared about me and my well being. Would recommend to anyone but especially those who are pregnant.

Fantastic experience: After my car accident left me with a basically immovable neck, I looked for a physical therapist that was available ASAP. I found this location on ZocDocs and couldn't be happier with my treatment process. The ease of scheduling genuinely makes balancing all of my other engagements/appointments such a stress-free process. Firstly, the facility is gorgeous. It's clean, bright, got a million windows, and is minimalistic, in general. There are free weights, medicine balls, bands, yoga balls, this big machine thingy that has a ton of different functions/cabled weights, a treadmill, and a recumbent bike. The front desk girl, Teresa, is an absolute sweetheart and greets everyone with a bright smile and remembers the little details about everything. She is incredibly professional and makes it a point to give patients an update on billing, insurance, emails, receipts, etc. She also is ridiculously fun to talk to. If you have any kind of phone anxiety and need to make an appointment, Teresa is possibly the easiest person to talk to. Total pro. I've been treated by both Trisha and Michelle and they are both excellent in their own ways. Trisha is extremely understanding and listens to every concern that I have. She also emphasizes "homework" to make sure that treatment goes beyond the facility. She's really kind and really works out the kinks in your muscles without any discomfort. I've worked the most with Michelle and she's awesome to talk to. She has a preplanned idea of what she wants to work on, usually, but she's been so amazing with modifying treatment to things that I want to do or not do. She treats everyone like a friend and isn't afraid of giving tough love during exercises. Though she might be working with another patient at the same time as treating me, she makes sure to give me attention and correct my form or whatever I need. she's made the healing process less overwhelming for me with her encouraging nature and it's really easy to feel like she genuinely cares about each of her patients. I highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend this specific PT solutions facility for PT. Five stars!!
